Au départ de Paris un retard de 1H30, et malgré un personnel sympathique, un oubli d'enregistrer au préalable sur le site de la compagnie ainsi qu'un bagage de format cabine mais contenant des liquides donc a enregistrer en soute m'a été facturé 191 EUROS !!! Ce prix est scandaleux. C'est de plus un confort en cabine léger avec des siéges rigides et une assise fine, sans également pouvoir rabattre les cotés de l'appui tête pour un vol de nuit c'est difficile. A bord ils ne fournissent pas de couverture. Bref, une compagnie qui hormis la gentillesse de son personnel navigant est très chère pour la qualité de prestation et de service d'un low cost. A éviter absolument.

I was double charged during the online check in. The airline's website was not functioning properly. It charges for the seats then is reversing the check in from the beginning and repeating the process. First charge is not reverted back. Appears a way to aquire more money from theirs customers.
The company’s customer service can't be contacted by phone and is a cold stone in dealing with customers complaints. Shockingly dissapointingng
experience.

Oggi abbiamo volato da Chișinău verso Bologna. Premetto che 7giorni fa mi era arrivata la mail con lo spostamento dell'ora di partenza senza alcuna spiegazione, ho fatto il check-in online 22 ore prima... e oggi mi ritrovo,dopo aver passato il controllo passaporti , che mi chiamano per dirmi che il check-in non è valido online...per fortuna che sono stati sbrigativi rifarlo dentro la sala di aspetto per l'imbarco...
Non c'è comunicazione fra il passeggero e la compagnia aerea, peccato...

When we arrived from Bucharest to Hurgada, we were two late hours , we had our flight in the evening. But he changed our flight in the morning. On the way to the airport in Hurgada we were informed that the flight will land in Cluj and then in Bucharest. Bucharest being on the way to Cluj. I mean, we were going over Bucharest to get to Cluj and then we were going back to Bucharest. The first and last time I fly with this company.

Mijn vriendin is met Flyone van Amsterdam naar Chisinau en terug gevlogen. We boekten op zeer korte termijn plus extra handbagage en betaalden de hoofdprijs (€ 450,-). Maar dat weet je als je een paar dagen van tevoren boekt.
De vluchttijden waren bijzonder gunstig en we hadden weinig flexibiliteit.
Al met al een degelijke ervaring. Alles op tijd, nergens problemen mee. Kortom, het kan ook gewoon goed gaan.

Scammers. 30£ for a check in at the desk. Only one email with confirmation and nothing else. No reminders, no emails with online check in open alert. Avoid if possible.

Abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza oggi con flyone, Sono 3 giorninche cercavo di fare check-in online, Io e mia figlia abbiamo la carta d 'identità italiana , quindi quando dovevo mettere il documento , mi veniva chiesta solamente il passaporto, io come facevo a mettere nella dicitura "passaporto" , sè io sto viaggiando conn la carta d'identità? è un errore dell'applicazione, cosi non sono riuscito a fare il check-in, quindi al momento del giornibdel volo andiamo e chiediamk chiarimenti, e li ci chiedono di pagare il check-in. Non mi sembra corretto, sè io sbaglio a scrivere un nome o cognome, è un problema, siccome per paura di sbagliare , nella dicitura "passaporto" mi hanno detto che dovevo mettere i dati della mia carta d'identità, è una cosa sbagliata perchè sono 2 documenti diversi. Mi hanno detto di fare un reclamo per eventuale rimborso.

Buna seara, azi am zburat cu fly one, totuşi a fost o problema pentru-că la moment de check in pe care am dorit sal fac online dar nu am avut posibilitate deoarece acolo se cere doar Paşaport, (nu este de exeplu alegere ca cum ar fi la alte companii, intre pasaport sau carta d'identitate)
doar noi calatorim cu buletin italian deoarece suntem cetateni italiani, eu nu am avut posibilitate sa fac check in online si am fost nevoit sa platest check in fara ca cineva sa ma poata ajuta, deoarece daca eu greseam la introducete de documente putea sa am probleme , in asa caz sa rezolvat ca eu sa platesc si nu imi pare okey. Miau spus de la flyone ca sa fac o reclamare ca sa fiu ajutat.

The employees working for flyone haven't found a better company. Nobody is working volunterely for such a bad airline. Poor staff having not better qualification to work for another airline company.

Я была неприятно удивлёна, когда FlyOne потребовала дополнительную плату за регистрацию в аэропорту, потому что я не зарегистрировалась онлайн. Меня заранее никто не уведомил об этом, никакие письма или смс не приходили.
Сотрудники на стойке отказались пустить меня без оплаты — пришлось заплатить 16к драм просто за то, чтобы получить посадочный талон.
Это выглядит как способ заработать на неосведомлённости пассажиров. Ни одна уважающая себя авиакомпания не наказывает клиентов таким образом.
Обязательно подам жалобу в ANSA и рассмотрю обращение в Европейскую комиссию по защите прав потребителей.
Не рекомендую FlyOne. Это не лоукост — это ловушка

Avoid by all means. Flights rescheduled on a return trip from Manchester by their end, i am in dept as the trains to and from Manchester are not refundable. I had to use another airline with departure from London for peace of mind. Thanks and good luck

Worst airline ever.
Don’t use them if you know what’s good for you. They cancelled my flight (not enough customers obviously). They still sold me the ticket though.
Pardon me, they didn’t cancel the flight, they simply “rearranged” it.
They don’t care about customer service at all. When I tried to call them and speak to them I got hung up on. They wouldn’t offer me suitable alternatives and told me to go on the website. When I pointed out the website was throwing up an error message, they told me that it was working fine and the operator hung up on me. She kept quoting terms and conditions as if that was going to help.

Just don't!

This airline changed the time about 4 times, changed the AIRPORT and the compensation they tried to give me was in "credits"... Credits that I'd have to use on the airline and no where else... Even with the compensation I will not use this airline as the hassle, pain and money spent are not worth the small compensation they give you. I know of too many people that had their flights moved by more that 12 hours or the airport changes on the day.

Changed date of flight home one week before due to go only able to get refund on one flight. Due to lateness of change was unable to get refund on hotel id booked

Il 5 maggio 2025 avevo prenotato un volo Fly One (5F233) da Chisinau a Verona con partenza alle 12:00. Scopro solo durante il check-in online che il volo era stato rischedulato alle 20:00 – nessun preavviso, nessuna comunicazione da parte della compagnia.

Niente email, nessun SMS, nessun avviso. Se non avessi fatto il check-in, sarei andato in aeroporto convinto di partire a mezzogiorno.

Questo comportamento è gravemente scorretto e dimostra una totale mancanza di rispetto verso i passeggeri. Ho perso ore, ho dovuto riorganizzare tutto il mio viaggio e sostenere costi extra.

Il servizio clienti? Inesistente. Nessuna assistenza, nessuna scusa.

Una compagnia inaffidabile e poco professionale. Procederò con la richiesta di rimborso e segnalerò il tutto alle autorità competenti.

Sconsiglio vivamente Fly One.

Unglaublich, dass so etwas in Deutschland erlaubt ist.
Fluge werden kurzfristig storniert, ein anderes mal wurde einfach das Flughafen gewechselt. Online Checkin meistens ausgeschaltet, im Flughafen kostet es dann 36€ pro Person extra.
FlyOne hat keinen Kundenservice in Deutschland.
Lest doch mal die Bewertungen im Netz, wer mit sowas fliegt - selber Schuld.
WARNUNG zahlt lieber paar Euro mehr und fliegt mit vernünftigen Airlines.
Drecksfirma verdient keine Name - Fluggeselschaft.

The worst company that could possibly exist! We had a flight planned with a dog, we had all the documents for the flight, but when we were already boarding the plane, the girl who works for this company (by the way, a very unpleasant person, apparently, she does not like her job and herself in general) said that we need to get an additional document from the airport veterinarian, naturally we went to get this document (it takes literally 10 minutes), but when we returned, the same girl said that boarding was already closed and she would not let us on board the plane (her behavior was very unprofessional and with a smirk). Then, when we contacted the check-in desk of this company, the young people who work there (if you can call it work) said that they cannot help us, they cannot pay for us another ticket, pay for our hotel, etc. THIS IS ENTIRELY THE COMPANY'S FAULT (and in most cases it is a girl who simply DOESN'T want to do her job)
The impression is very bad!

Whole thing went wrong we paid for priority check in the website at the check in counter the told us they stop this service long time ago 😴.
Will never fly this airline any more..
