Rimborso biglietto overbooking - chi l’ha visto??
Non prenotate i posti perché vi scalano i soldi ma quando volete fare il check-in i posti pagati non sono più disponibili. Nessun’altra compagnia aerea non si è comportata così nella mia esperienza.
Ma il peggio è che dopo quasi 2 mesi non mi hanno ancora rimborsato il biglietto per l’overbooking. I termini sono 5-20 gg lavorativi… Le compagnie serie rimborsano subito.
Non solo, non rispondono più alle e-mail e hanno pure il coraggio di chiedere com’è stata la mia esperienza con loro. Ho volato altre volte con loro e tutto sommato non era andata male. Ma questa ultima esperienza è proprio brutta.
Volete volare in Europa allora cominciate a comportarvi un po’ seriamente!

Recently I booked a ticket for my wife - I wrote her name as a traveler, but apparently, I did not tick that i am not traveler so booking was done on my name (instead of her name) . I realize straight away i call Fly one call center 3 days in a row - no one was answering, wrote them mail - in order to be called, Finally I call again after 4 days of my booking, lady from call center answered in very hysterical way (she presented as operator 49) , so she sad only paying fee of 70 Euro for name change. After I did attempt and went to main office from Grenoble street - same answer. After a text the co-owner Mariana Tabuica to help me, she pass my number to one of call center - which came with same answer. To be honest totally disappointed in them - as they using all tricks just to extra charge their customer. Also you will be lucky if your flight will be not delayed, My friends flight with them in Nice in July, flight was post pone 11 hours !!! nothing was offered. Also at mu other friend flight was cancelled 1 month ago - and still she did not received her money!!! Overall Fly One - has no customer orientation at all they have only orientation towards their money!

My daughter flew at the beginning of the month, her flight changed 3 times. Me with 2 small children in the middle of the month and they gave us 3 different seats, in different corners of the plane.
Flight from Hell
I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and outright disrespect from an airline as I did with Fly One. Both of my flights – going and returning – were delayed for up to 5 hours each way with no explanation, no updates, and absolutely no apologies from the staff. We were simply left waiting, frustrated, and completely in the dark.
The customer service was shockingly rude – it felt as if asking a simple question was an inconvenience to them. The flight attendants acted as though passengers owed them something, treating people with cold stares and dismissive attitudes.
I was traveling with my baby and needed to buy water for her. Both of my bank cards failed to process through their payment system – an issue on their side, not mine – and they also did not have change for cash. Even after explaining I needed it for my baby, they still refused to provide at least a small cup of water. The lack of basic compassion and humanity was appalling.
From start to finish, Fly One delivered chaotic, disrespectful, and careless service. Delays, zero communication, rude staff, and complete disregard for passengers’ well-being – especially those traveling with children. I will never fly with this airline again and strongly advise others to avoid it if they value their time, money, and dignity.
Extremely disappointed – flight cancelled without explanation or support
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with FLYONE.
My flight 5F-326 from Istanbul to Chisinau, scheduled for August 8, 2025, was cancelled less than 3 days before departure. I received only a short email with no explanation, no alternative flight offered, and no clear instructions on how to get a refund or compensation.
I tried to submit a complaint through your website, but the form does not work and returns an error. I also emailed your support team but received no reply.
According to EU Regulation 261/2004, I am entitled to a full refund and €250 compensation, as the flight was cancelled on very short notice and without any extraordinary circumstances mentioned.
This situation caused a lot of stress and disrupted my travel plans. I am asking for an immediate response and resolution.
I urge FLYONE to take responsibility, respond to my emails, and process my refund and compensation without delay.

azienda da evitare assolutamente. non riesci a contattarli , ai numeri di contatto sul sito non risponde nessuno. ho provato anche a quello moldavo ma dopo 14 minuti di attesa mi ha scaricato il credito. ho aperto un ticket sulla loro pagina ma dopo 2 giorni nessuna risposta. dicono che sino operativi 24 su 24 7 su 7. sono solo una vergogna. evitate di viaggiare con loro, vi conviene.

Im Sommer letzten Jahres flogen meine Mutter, mein Schwager und mein Neffe von München nach Chișinău. Beim Rückflug teilte man ihnen am Flughafen in Chișinău mit, dass das Flugzeug überbucht sei – sie sollten zwei (!) Tage auf den nächsten verfügbaren Flug warten.
Als meine Mutter nach Alternativen fragte, wurde sie in einem scharfen Befehlston abgekanzelt: "Nicht diskutieren und die Schlange nicht blockieren!" – eine absolut respektlose und unprofessionelle Behandlung.
Zum Glück konnten sie privat untergebracht werden. Eine versprochene Entschädigung wurde nicht ausgezahlt – angeblich sei dafür ein moldawisches Bankkonto notwendig. Für internationale Reisende ist das schlichtweg eine Zumutung.
Fazit: Extrem enttäuschend. Diese Erfahrung war in jeder Hinsicht unseriös – schlechter Service, fehlendes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, keine Entschädigung. Ich kann nur dringend abraten, mit dieser Airline zu fliegen.

01.08.2025, a flight from Barcelona to Chisinau was operated by Flyone (5F 512 at 16:40)
Upon arrival, I discovered that my luggage was missing, the conveyor belt stopped launching new luggage and closed. I kept an eye on the suitcases and mine really wasn't there (that is, no one could have taken it), about the fact that my friends and I were checking it in on board the plane at the same time, but their luggage arrived safely, and mine was unlucky.
I immediately contacted the department that deals with "lost or damaged baggage", the woman was very unfriendly and indifferent and told me that they do not cooperate with this airline (and it is Moldovan, so it is doubly strange). Like "there is an information desk on the right, they would help you there, but today no one is at work" and left. On the third attempt, asking other employees, I was told that I can go to the counter of official Flyone representatives at the airport. Then I went there - but the scenario repeated itself, no one knows anything and does not owe anything to anyone: they said that without a form (act) they will not help me, but there is nowhere to fill it out and they do not do this. I asked to communicate with the woman who did not provide me with this form, to which I was also refused. I stood there for about 10 minutes, waiting for something incomprehensible, they gave me the phone number 060054980, saying that now someone else is a counterparty there from 08/01/25 and handles such cases, but I couldn’t get through.
After that, I asked another employee, she said to write a letter to the mail, I asked for an email and a form of what exactly was needed, they answered me “that you can find everything yourself on the website”, then there is a counter question: why are you sitting there????
I found what the letter should contain and sent it that same evening to the official website to the support service with a photo of my documents and the ticket itself, the baggage tag, but 24 hours have already passed and no one has contacted me!! I called the number that is also listed on the website (+373 22 100003), as it turned out it was a paid number, I was charged more money than for the tariff plan that I have been using for a month on a cell phone in Ukraine, but that's not even the issue, the operator did not pick up the phone, I just listened and the call ended, so the money was wasted.
What is the bottom line: companies do not care about their clients and their things, no one wants to take responsibility. Be prepared for your luggage to be lost or returned with external defects (there were also 2 or 3 clients with obvious damage before me). The employees are not at all interested in helping you, no one will look for anything, even if you have a bus to Ukraine in an hour and a half, your problems are strictly yours. Despite the fact that in addition to clothes, I had valuables, jewelry, and the set of care and decorative cosmetics itself costs a decent amount, each tube +- 1k UAH. Do not use this airline, I definitely do not recommend it. Horrible! Complete lack of service!

Terrible experience with FlyOne – avoid at all costs!
Our flight was delayed for over 6 hours with no explanation, no apology, and absolutely no assistance from the airline. Not a single representative showed up to offer information or help the stranded passengers. We were left in the airport, confused and frustrated, without updates or care. FlyOne clearly has no respect for their customers’ time or wellbeing. This is not just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. Such companies should not be allowed to operate in the aviation industry. FlyOne is a disgrace .

FlyOne is an absolute disaster
FlyOne is an absolute disaster of an airline.
They are completely incompetent — delays are constant, communication is non-existent, and they clearly have no respect for passengers’ time. Every flight feels like a gamble, and they never take responsibility for the mess they create.
If you value your time and sanity, avoid FlyOne at all costs.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Flyone that I believe is worth sharing. Despite completing online check-in and arriving at the airport well ahead of time, I was denied boarding because the airline had overbooked the flight and claimed there were no seats available.
What made the situation even more unacceptable was that the flight itself was delayed by approximately two hours. During that entire time, I received no clear information, assistance, or support from the airline. I wasn’t offered any compensation or even basic care while being left behind through no fault of my own.
This is not just poor customer service — it shows a lack of respect for paying passengers. Overbooking may be a common industry practice, but denying boarding to travellers who check in and arrive on time, and then failing to communicate or take responsibility, is entirely unacceptable.
I hope the airline reflects seriously on how it treats its passengers — especially during disruptions of its own making.

Charged me as I hadn’t checked in online, but the online check-in had been down throughout the prior 2 days whenever I tried.
Expensive extra charge without warning
They charged me €37 for not checking in online for more than 4 hours before my flight. I recieved no warning for this extra fee when booking my flight. €37 for administration is a ridiculous charge. It took the clerk 1 minute to check me in. Is this clerks time worth €2220 per hour? I don't think so. This fine comes down to legal theft pretty much. If other airlines can check in for free at the counter, why not flyone?

0 stars. This is an accurate description of the service. One flight was delayed for 4 and a half hours. No explanation. No way to get a refund for the ticket or change the flight to another day. On the phone, the standard phrase - you bought the cheapest ticket, so nothing can be done. Is it okay that other budget airlines refund money even in the case of a five-minute change in the flight schedule? The second flight was simply postponed for four days. No way to get your money back. This is my last purchase here. Do not fly with them! They work like a gang of thugs from the back alleys, attracting you with inexpensive prices, and then simply cheating you out of money with changes. And to you, disrespectful sharaga, I wish you to go bankrupt as soon as possible and disappear into oblivion.
