Disgraceful Experience with FlyOne – Overbooking Disaster
To whom it may concern,
Your company managed to turn what should have been a joyful trip into one of the most humiliating travel experiences of our lives. We bought tickets to Milan, checked in early, arrived on time, and followed every rule. And yet, at the gate, my wife was denied a seat because of your shameless overbooking practices.
Let’s be very clear: you sold us something you did not actually have. That is not just “bad service” – it is a deliberate scam. You happily take money from your passengers but cannot even guarantee them the basic dignity of sitting on the plane they paid for.
This was not some ordinary flight. It was meant to be a special trip for my wife’s birthday. Instead of celebrating in Milan, you handed her humiliation at the gate. Imagine telling your customer, after check-in and everything, that their seat doesn’t exist. It’s a joke – except the only ones laughing are FlyOne while passengers stand stranded.
Your airline has proven itself completely unreliable, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. Overbooking is nothing less than theft of trust and money. You turned a birthday into a disaster.
I will make sure to tell everyone I know, post on every platform, and share this disgraceful experience so people understand exactly what kind of company FlyOne is: one that treats customers as disposable, tickets as gambling chips, and trust as worthless.
You should be ashamed to call yourselves an airline.

The worst scam airlines
The worst scam airlines - never recommend to anyone! Their website often does not work for online check in - and then you MUST pay extra at the airport extra 36 euros if you want to board on their plane. When asked for refund with all the proofs and videos they simply ignore your messages. Such airlines should not exist in EU!!!
Very poor quality service.
They change the time and date of departure at any time they want and then do not refund the money for a ticket that you no longer need.
At the check-in counter at Stansted Airport, you won't receive the attention and assistance you deserve from an airline employee. When you ask, you'll be advised to call the airline's customer service.
On top of that, the plane's interior will be dirty and you'll have to fly in the mud.
The airline's customer support service does not respond to emails or calls.
Think 100 times before flying with this airline.

Cerco da giorni di contattare la compagnia per capire come posso prenotare il trasporto animali (gatto) provando a telefonare ai numeri indicati sul sito della compagnia presso gli aeroporti italiani - numeri non validi. Ho spedito delle mail - nessuna risposta. Al numero della compagnia in Moldavia se rispondono dicono che non ti sentono. Provato e riprovato senza risultato. Deludente!!!!

If there was an option of minus then I'd probably do thet . Guys be aware flyone is a big scam. You can book a flight at one time but then thay very likely change the time with no normal option to change and it gets worth if you have a changeover then you can wait very long time by me its 11:45 and thay give the poorest customer service and no one to talk to beside if you'll wait 2 hours. So be aware when you book. It's attractive prices hide a bitter truth.
Compagnia Aerea poco seria
Pessima esperienza con flyone armenia. Prenoto un posto da 32 euro e mi trovo imbarcato su un posto da 8 euro. Cerco di trovare una soluzione con l'equipaggio ma questo era formato da elementi non preparati e con scarsa conoscenza dell'inglese . Scrivo al ritorno al loro customer care e la risposta é stata che l'assegnazione era per loro giusta. Poca serietà!

Менеджмент компании лицемерные хрючево, кто пытается заработать лишние 5 евро на смс и 8 евро на страховке багажа, что ставят его без твоего ведома.
Только такое гнилье и можете сделать, ничего построить не можете хорошего в стране.

Flew with Flyone from Chisinau to Dublin. Brand new airbus plane. Crew were excellent, very methodical in everything they did. Punctual and reliable. Can't relate to all the bad reviews.
Also, was able to check in online seven days in advance, no extra cost.

✈️ Am zburat cu FlyOne pe ruta Chișinău – Londra și experiența a fost peste așteptări. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, atent și responsabil, un colectiv tânăr și plăcut. Spre surprinderea mea, scaunul avea încălzire termică – un detaliu care a făcut călătoria și mai confortabilă, mai ales pentru o companie low-cost. Recunosc că aveam emoții după ce auzisem comentarii negative, dar zborul a fost minunat și m-am convins că FlyOne chiar ține la pasagerii săi. Mulțumesc pentru o experiență frumoasă! 🌟

Terrible airline! We flew in transit from Istanbul via Chisinau to Barcelona, but we were unable to fully register on the airline's website because the program crashed and said it couldn't find a seat! We tried many times, to no avail! We had to register again at the departure airport. Since there were four of us, we paid 160 euros! 40 euros for each! At the checkout, a woman came up to us with the same complaints about this airline, and she also couldn't register for the same reason!!! Therefore, dear passengers, I do not recommend using this airline!! Good health to everyone and a good flight!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We were denied boarding due to overbooking on our flight between Lisbon and Chisinau and were offered ZERO assistance. Contacting customer care is like trying to make contact with aliens from a different planet. We were sent from kiosk to kiosk between Lisbon and Chisinau with nobody actually taking responsibility or offering any help. Getting them to start processing refund the original outbound flights was also immensely difficult as they do not respond. We have flown many times and have experienced hiccups along the way, which is inevitable, but this has been THE WORST experience I have ever had with an airline by a landslide. FlyOne claims to do something noble for the Moldovan diaspora, but in reality care very little about them... What a disappointment. Be better!

Shocking! Failure to respond to my request for a refund due to Flyone cancellation
I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund for my disrupting journey following Flyone's cancellation of my connecting flight to Istanbul.
The cancellation caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. I specifically chose to book with Flyone because of the convenience of the initial connection and the scheduled travel time.
Flyone's system glitches, not sure if this is set up deliberately. I was not offered a suitable option, nor was I given the choice to decline and receive a refund. Instead, my refund request was declined by the system system without consideration of the inconvenience caused by their poor scheduling and communication.
This failure to respond my emails is concerning and does not reflect acceptable standards of customer service or regulatory compliance.
Non-existent support and rescheduled flights
Our flight was rescheduled for the next day, which would not work for us. On the website you can ask for a refund, but the button does not work. Of course the emails are going to nowhere, calls are not answered - neither in English, nor in Russian. Now I am contacting my bank, as I don't have time and mood for searching how to get my money back from a joke company like FlyNone

Avevo diritto ad un doppio rimborso a causa della errata commissione straordinaria che mi avevano inflitto quasi 40 euro in piu inoltre valigia distrutta all'arrivo...pagata 120 euro...alla fine mi è stato accordato un rimborso totale di 45 euro ma aspettando circa 1 anno mi viene risposto che è scaduto.......
