It was the worst flight ever. You have to pay more and more for absolutely everything, and you need to stay alert all the time. They don’t clearly state or communicate that so many services come with such high prices — there are many hidden fees.

The overall quality of the flight was very poor. The staff was unfriendly, and the plane itself was old and honestly quite scary. Never again. Ever.

That’s why it’s important to write reviews like this. Just imagine a company like this taking over a market niche and turning it into a monopoly — passengers would have no other choice. That idea is absolutely crazy and unacceptable.

I made a mistake in booking and paid in a hurry. After 1 minute I realized i didn't pay for the right day. I tried to reschedule but I couldn't any more, and I was obliged to buy a new ticket, with no chance to speak to anyone. I wrote mails to a supposed Contact Center, i tried to chat online, nothing. No one answered or help. Moreover, the booking process is very tricky and these scammers add up on your bill everything possible without your consent. You have to look for and write off the amount you didn't agree upon.
Horrible, horrible company.

I would rate FlyOne as zero star instead of 1. Literally the worse airline I ever flew with. Poor customer service, unresponsive from their customer service. On the plane, dirty, overheated & smelly. Airline crew aren’t professional at all. AVOID FLYONE at all costs

Hi, I had terrible experience with this airline when travelling with my 3 years old child from Dublin to Chisinau, and Chisinau to Dublin. If you are travelling with kids/elderly people or people with disability - avoid this airline at all costs!
My flight was delayed by 3 hours and 19 mins, they allowed everybody with kids to enter airplane but for some reason they didn’t allow me, waiting on the bus that takes you to the airplane like 20 mins or more. etc

I emailed them - and they didn’t answer anything! I’m never booking a flight with this airline again and I regret it doing it in first place - unprofessional and if something happens they don’t take any accountability! Soon I have to book another flight but of course I’m booking with the other company flying from Moldova!!!
Update: at least they gave me 100€ voucher after complaining .. will change from 1 star to 3

Never book tickets with this company. My overnight flight from Dublin was simply delayed by four hours, without explanation or warning. We had to run around the airport staff to get any information. It was a night flight, the airport and all food places were closed, and after a long wait, everyone was really hungry. But there was a new problemin a plane. you can only buy a sandwich for cash. Although many airlines have the opposite. The assistants treat customers poorly, running around the plane, pushing. I bent over to pick up my bag and was almost hit by a food cart. The pilot was professional, thankfully he was reasonable.

On my flight back, woman who worked on check in area was completely rude with me from nothing. I went up to the counter to ask if I could go to duty-free (since I had a boarding pass and online check-in), and she started yelling at me and insisting that my ticket wasn't valid and that I should have come earlier and printed out a physical ticket. But after asking the airport and border service staff, it turned out to be a complete lie. This is the most disgusting service I've ever seen.

The support team has been unhelpful and rude. It is impossible to reach them by phone. When you try to write to ask for clear information regarding your case, they simply stop replying.

Can they provide clear guidance to help you? I dont think so

The company is an absolute scam. I am supposed to fly with flyone for the third time tomorrow and there is the same „problem“ every time. There is no way for me to log in for check in, since it ALWAYS says my password is incorrect, which it is not, because I saved it. When I try to reset it, there is ALWAYS a technical error on the website as soon as I click „reset“ button. No way to solve the problem, not with a smartphone, not with a computer or a different browser etc. This way I will have to pay for Check-in at the airport again, which is 100% ridiculous and a scam. Also there is only a possibility to call the hotline in few countries, which I am not doing, since I am convinced it will cost me an additional fortune. Do not fly Flyone, you will end up paying same amounts as when you chose a sophisticated one!

1 Stern ist eigentlich zu viel. Die Flüge werden einfach überbucht. Man steht mit vielen Leuten beim Boarding und nach und nach wird klar, dass viel zu viele Leute in dieses Flugzeug wollen. Die Plätze sind doppelt gebucht und letzendlich wird man nicht mitgenommen und bekommt auch keinen Ersatz. Eine Nacht am Flughafen in Moldau und sich auf eigene Kosten für den nächsten Tag einen neuen Flug buchen ist nicht zu empfehlen. Finger weg von dieser Airline, sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

I booked a FlyOne flight from Chișinău to Milan for November 1, but the airline silently changed the date to October 31 without sending any notification — not by email, not in the app, not by SMS.

When I discovered the change, I contacted their support immediately. They refused to move me back to my original travel date or cover the extra costs I had because of their mistake.

I had to contact the Civil Aviation Authority of Moldova and the consumer protection agency just to get a proper response — and even then, the airline stopped replying.

This experience shows a complete lack of transparency and customer care.
If you choose to fly with FlyOne, double-check your booking constantly and be prepared for zero accountability.

totul a fost corect. Zbor ieftin pentru o familie de 4 cu un bagaj de cala intre zaventem si otopeni in luma iulie 2025. Totul a fost in regula- punctualitate, bagaje si pret. Avizele negative ma ingrijorau insa nu a fost nimic special. Pacat ca au doar putine zboruri in saptamina. Faptul ca pleaca de pe aeroportul primcipal din Belgia seara tarziu in afara orelor de birou este un mare avantaj

Cea mai urita companie de zboruri, mereu amina, schimb de ore, de date si chiar de aeroport,am pierdut bani si timp cu ei, fără rambursări or garanție. Nu mai zbor cu ei nu.ai dacă e ultima companie si e urgent

Wir hatten Flüge von München nach Moldau gebucht. Am Flughafen wurden 70€ für den Buggy extra und 36€ pro Person für den Check-In verlangt. Wir hätten gerne vorher online eingecheckt, das war leider jedoch nur mit Reisepass möglich. Einreise mit Personalausweis ist jedoch erlaubt. Am Schalter sagte man uns, wir würden das Geld sicher in Cisinau am Schalter zurück erstattet bekommen.
Dort angekommen verwies man uns nur an die Beschwerde Email Adresse, bei der sich trotz mehrfachen emails niemand meldet.
Würde nie wieder mit Flyone fliegen.
Rückflug meiner Mutter wurde einfach storniert ohne einen alternativ Flug am selben Tag anzubieten. Einzige Frechheit!

They have issue with the site and you are not able to do check-in coz iz giving eror and they want you to pay at the airport a fee

Everytime is the same. The only think you can be sure with Fly one is that you will be late. Don't make any plans until the landing will end

Arrivo al check-in e nessuno dei dipendenti dell'azienda è in grado di spiegarsi/comprendere in lingua inglese ... Farfugliano qualcosa riguardo il check-in online, chiedo spiegazioni e mi dicono (grazie a Google translator) che devo pagare 40 euro (!) per il check-in perché loro sono una compagnia "low cost" ... Aggiunge anche che devo sbrigarmi perché il mio volo potrebbe partire .... Avendo capito con chi ho a anche fare, non mi metto a discutere con queste persone e mi faccio estorcere il denaro. Ovviamente mi riservo di studiare la questione perché non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere.

Ich kann verstehen, dass hier alle, bei denen ein Flug annulliert oder verschoben wurde, den Dampf ablassen. Aber ich möchte auch mal eine schöne Erfahrung teilen. Trotz der technischen Probleme am BER wegen des Hackerangriffs, lief alles super. Auch Boarding mit händischem Abhaken in einer ausgedruckten Passagierliste wurde souverän durchgeführt. Ankunft in RMO pünktlich auf die Minute. Rückflug genauso reibungslos. Also, keine Angst, traut Euch: Fliegt mal ruhig mit FlyOne:)
