Très moyen

Départ avec 1h de retard, réservation pour 3 personnes et sieges attribués dans tros rangees differentes. Hôtesses pas aimables, et enfin obligations de mettre sa veste dit sur un ton désagréable. Je n'ai jamais vu ça dans aucune autre compagnie !

good for you, Flyone client

So, you bought your tickets at Flyone, and you say to yourself, they could have cost even more, so that's good. But here's another pleasant surprise – check-in is open much more than 24 hours before takeoff, so you have time to… buy your seats, because there are no free ones, not even the least sought-after ones. I mean, there are, but you can't choose them yourself, Flyone allocates them to you from those that haven't been bought. In this way, Flyone continues the series of pleasant surprises – at the last minute and without depending on you, Flyone saves you from a nagging wife or the care of a child – why should they spill on you when they can spill on a stranger? Bravoo Flyone!! I'm sure that, as soon as possible, you will sell tickets standing up.

Compensation refused despite EU261 applicability

My flight from Amsterdam (AMS) to Chișinău (RMO) arrived with a delay of 4 hours and 8 minutes.

Under EU Regulation 261/2004, passengers on flights departing from an EU airport are entitled to compensation when arrival is delayed by more than three hours. For this route (approx. 1,800 km), the compensation is €400 per passenger.

Despite this, FlyOne refused to provide monetary compensation and instead offered a €75 voucher per passenger. I explicitly declined this, as EU261 provides for cash compensation unless the passenger agrees otherwise.

After multiple follow-ups, FlyOne responded that their “internal procedures” had been followed and maintained their refusal to pay.

In addition to the delay, our flights were rescheduled twice prior to departure, significantly disrupting our travel plans.

Passengers considering booking with FlyOne should be aware that enforcing EU passenger rights may require substantial effort and formal proceedings.

FlyOne is the worst airline

FlyOne is the worst airline. They constantly cancel and postpone flights, and outright lie about their refund policies. Their deceptive tactics cost me double. Avoid them if any other option exists. I will never use this company again.

During the flight from Dusseldorf to…

During the flight from Dusseldorf to Chisinau my luggage was damaged and both baggage locks were stolen upon arrival. I claimed the airline to compensate the damages costs and cost of the locks. The airline just declined my claim for compensation, saying that they are not responsible for any loss or damages of drop-off luggage. They did NOT provide any support or help. Very miserable service. They charge huge fees or flight cost, but their service is very poor.

Denied boarding due to FLYONE system failure – EU261 case

I was travelling with my mother on a FLYONE flight from Chisinau to London Luton. We had valid UK Refugee Travel Documents and valid UK eVisas.

We passed check-in successfully, our documents were verified, and boarding passes were issued. However, at the boarding gate, FLYONE staff denied us boarding, claiming their system could not confirm our documents due to a “system update” and that they were unable to contact the UK Home Office.

This was an internal airline system failure, not a passenger issue.

As a result, we:
• were left stranded,
• had to buy new tickets with another airline for £373,
• paid £60 extra for parking.

The following day, Wizz Air carried us without any issues using the same documents, proving that our documents were fully valid.

FLYONE staff also confiscated our boarding passes, leaving us without physical proof.

This is a clear case of Denied Boarding under EU Regulation 261/2004. A formal claim has been submitted, and legal action in the UK is being prepared if this is not resolved promptly.

Misleading experience

During the booking using my account, there were multiple addings to the price, actually they click the options for you and as you move forward they add services behind. But the final shock was there is no resuming page before or during payment. After the payment the site displayed the ticket on my name, the card holder, while I was buying the ticket for my aunt and clearly introduced her name as a passenger. When I asked them kindly to change the name only 5 minutes later, they said I have to pay 70 Euro. I have made a video simulating another booking and convinced myself they know what they are doing. A company to be avoided.

Yep, so far this is the worst airline I have traveled (or at least I hope I will) with. Currently the flight is delayed, no other infos, no one to tell us anything and it looks like they have 0 respect for their customers.

Never choose FlyOne, it's a scam

I had a FlyOne flight from Moscow at 9:40 am to Europe with a connection in Yerevan, and a train to catch upon arrival (with a decent time gap, 6h in case of delays).
FlyOne sent me an email at 2 am on flight day saying my flight is "rearranged" and so moved 4 days later. Lucky I saw it before leaving for the airport.... Of course, I opted for a refund which has thankfully arrived, and had to urgently buy another way more expensive ticket. They wouldn't compensate anything beyond the initial refund though - not the train (€45), nothing beyond the bare ticket cost.
Beware and never fly with them, it's a scam and embarrassment, not an airline!
I wish I'd read all these other reviews before buying their tickets :(

I am writing as a loyal customer of FlyOne to report a significant technical issue with your online check-in system, which resulted in unfair additional charges for me and my travel companion.

· Date of Departure: 15.01.2026
· Flight: 5F 5581
· Passengers: VLADISLAV SUBOTIN & OLEINIC MIHAIL

Detailed Problem Description:
Several days before our departure, and repeatedly until the day of the flight, both I and my friend attempted to complete online check-in for our joint booking via the official FlyOne website. Each attempt ended with a system error (e.g., "Technical error, please try again later"). The problem was clearly on FlyOne's side, as we successfully entered our booking details.

Having no other option, we proceeded to the airport check-in counter. There, the agent informed us that we were required to pay the airport check-in fee. Consequently, we were charged a total of 70 Euros for both of us, which amounts to 35 Euros per person (equivalent to 723 MDL each).

Why These Charges are Unjust:

1. We are experienced FlyOne passengers and are fully aware of the online check-in policy. We made numerous good-faith efforts to comply.
2. The failure was due to a technical malfunction of your online system, which prevented us from fulfilling the procedure.
3. Charging passengers for a service (airport check-in) they were forced to use due to the airline's own system failure is unreasonable and damages customer trust.

Our Formal Request:
We respectfully request that you:

1. Initiate an internal IT investigation to review the system logs for booking [16HG6J] between 13.01.2026 and 15.01.2026. The logs will confirm the failed check-in attempts.
2. Cancel the unjustified airport check-in fees of 35 Euros per person (70 Euros total) based on the findings.
3. Refund the total sum of 70 Euros to the original method of payment. We are ready to provide necessary card details for the refund.

As frequent flyers who choose FlyOne for its value and convenience, we expect a fair resolution. We trust you will rectify this situation promptly.

actually good

i saw terrific reviews and was ready for the worst, but the flight chisinau - nice was great!

the boarding and the arrival were exactly on time, the plane was new and comfortable (although chinese i suppose).
i had no extra charges and they didn’t measure the my (only) hand luggage.

I had a very disappointing experience with FlyOne.

My flight from Yerevan to Chișinău was scheduled to depart at 17:00, but was delayed by almost 3 hours. There were no notifications at all - not by email, not in the app, and not at the airport. The departure board kept showing 17:00 with “boarding” status until nearly 19:40. Even the call center confirmed at 17:20 that the flight was “on time”, which was completely incorrect.

During takeoff, passengers were walking around the cabin while the seatbelt sign was still on, and no crew members were present to ensure everyone was seated. The same occurred during landing, which is a serious lapse in standard safety procedures.

Additionally, there was a hygiene concern on board. One of the cabin crew members appeared unwell, was coughing into his fist, and then used the same hand to distribute drinks to passengers, which felt unsafe and unacceptable from a basic health and service standards perspective.

Overall: poor communication, misleading information, lapses in safety procedures, and questionable onboard hygiene.
I would not recommend FlyOne based on this experience.

Changes flight by days not hours

Bought tickets for various destinations ahead, almost all destinations are being changed, with 2-3 days, back and fourth, all plans are messed up! horrible experience, it's like a lottery, you bought the tickets, made plans, and now you have to pray the dates don't change, lost money on a hotel reservation. Also, you can discover that you are not allowed to fly while at the counter, because of the overbooking, horrible company. Sad is that the government doesn't regulate the airline companies.

Terrible😖

I didn't receive a message for online registration. They fined me $100 (there's no fine of that size anywhere). We were detained for two hours, all passengers just sat on the plane and waited while some quiet questions were answered.
