Wish I'd read reviews before using this company.

If you decide after reading all reviews that you want to still use this company, please have them inspect the car with you when you drop it off.

I dropped my car off while on holiday. On my return, the car had been moved to another parking space and on inspection, there was damage to the front bumper and driver door which I'm certain was not there when I dropped it off. I went into office to speak with staff who came out to view the car bringing a form with them and a blue pen. When I showed them the damage to the car, they showed me the form which showed a mimic of a car with (blue pen) stars in the areas where my damage was. They told me this form had been completed by them after I dropped the car off.

I asked why I didn't have the opportunity to carry out this inspection with them when I dropped the car off and they told me I could have if I'd asked and this was part of their terms and conditions noted on a sign in their office - the sign was hardly in an obvious place that customers would look when they were in a hurry to get to an airport to go on holiday.

They said they had cctv which would prove the damage was already there and I asked to see this and they refused but told me it would be available for my insurance company or police to view.

I won't be using this company again and will discuss with my insurance company and police if necessary.

Very very poor service. Attempted to make a booking online for 23-26th June at Glasgow car park. Site kept crashing so payment wouldn’t go through, it was £38.99 minus 10% so £35.09. Manual booking was done for £35.09 at the desk. All good or so I thought. Returned on Monday 26th and the manager(or claims to be) looked at the yellow ticket and it’s says 25th. So she’s saying abruptly that that’s an overstay and £5 charge. I explained that her colleague had did a manual booking at the desk for the same price and I showed the attempted bookings and the cost. Point blank called me a liar saying g they can’t do manual bookings. dismissed me and said she was the manager and wasn’t discussing it, and that it’s my fault for not reviewing the ticket for any errors and that it was only £5. Why would I book 3 days for the same price as 4 days when I needed the parking for 4 days? Obviously an Error on their behalf. Needless to say I will not be returning here.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!! We parked our car here for our mini-moon trip with our 2 year old. We returned and our car was parked in a tight space so struggled to get in the car with a toddler and our cases. When we arrived home and unpacked the car, we realised there was a massive dent in the back of the car. We phoned the car park immediately to be told that they would not take responsibility as we didn't report before we left however, it was almost impossible to inspect the car properly with a screaming toddler and with limited space to walk around the car.
We asked them to review their CCTV to be told they would but their insurance would likely not cover it. We reported it to the police who were treating it as a hit and run on their grounds. We immediately contacted the company to let them know and asked that they do not destroy any CCTV as this would be checked by the police. Regardless of this, they told the police the CCTV was destroyed 24-48 hours afterwards and they refused to take responsibility. They are robbing scumbags - please do not make the same mistake as us.

If you're leaving your car for more than 48hrs, this company has no CCTV footage in case of damage. May as well leave it on the street. Email from company: "Our CCTV, records over itself every 48 hours, if you had followed procedure and filled in a complaints form, we would have been able to pull the CCTV for your stay."

Update: 4 days later...
Used the boot for the first time since coming home and the door doesn't close properly, the paint is scratched at back on driver's side and there's a considerable gap between the door and frame.

I would have left a 5 star review as everything was great. Fast shuttle service and pleasant staff, however I got home today and found this massive dent on the passenger side of my vehicle. Can't claim as I didn't spot it before I left...

Arrived back to the airport around 2am to find the company had lost our key blade to the car and we were unable to unlock the car to get home. No manager on site to help. We were then there for 16 HOURS before a locksmith was able to come out. The company let us sleep in a van... Company claims we never gave them a key blade, refuses to re-imburse us, or take responsibility. Refused to give out CCTV and management was just rude. They were asked as part of their terms and conditions if they accepted responsibility for keys "loose items" and I got no response back and was told the matter was dealt with... the matter has NOT been dealt with. DO NOT USE!!

Used this company for years but never again. I used them in March and the older lady who I believe is the manager was very rude and abrupt. Not only to me but other customers. But this time basically steeling my money. I booked through sky park secure this Time as they accepted the blue light card. But they put in the date that I made the booking which was a month early. They didn’t even get the day correct. As they don’t open on Weekends I phoned the car park right away to be told phone back on Monday. I explained that they booked me in from Sunday. But was told still to phone back on Monday. When I phoned on Monday they then said they can’t change as booked with skypark. I emailed sky park they said it’s up to the park as the get the money. This went back and forth for 2 days. Each saying the other one gets the money. A girl at flying Scot was in the procces of changing my dates until the rude manager shouted. Don’t change it. He booked with skyparks. Just say we can’t change or give a refund. The girl was so embarrassed she wouldn’t tell me so the manager came on and rudely told me. I said skyparks said you have to change it and she hung up on me. Absolutely disgraceful. Don’t know how long this lady has been there but will never use while she still is

Just arrived at 2 am ...asked driver politely to turn his radio down as it was like a disco ...told in no uncertain terms "I won't be turning it down or off .....he then proceeded to drive like a maniac back to the car park. 50 mph on the bends felt like on 2 wheels.. asked to slow down ... wouldn't do it ... Quote "I am the boss of this bus and I will drive as I please .... Was told by this man whose name I know but won't say that I won't be on his bus again . . He's not the owner only a driver! Customer service NIL. called to speak to manager who said ..tacograph reads 26km. REALLY .If you had been on this bus he was driving like a maniac.... I have used this company before and had an ok experience. But this was terrifying..! No help at all from manager... Tacograph reads ok. Rubbish.

Abusive behaviour from one of the employee.
This is the second time I was abused by one of the employee.
The employee does not know the services and the rules of the company he works for but feels totally entitled to abuse costumers.

Normally I like to use parking where I keep the keys but on this occasion Flying Scot was cheaper so I decided to give it a go.

When I returned to pick up the car a small amount of cash (approximately £5 in coins) had been taken from the centre console. I was in a rush so didn’t bother going back to reception to complain but judging by then other reviews here it wouldn’t have done any good anyway.

In summary: feel free to use Flying Scot parking as long as you don’t mind the employees helping themselves to whatever is in your vehicle!

This is a good service….but John and Dan really went the extra mile on the evening of 29thNov (midnight) when they went out of their way to help out when we had a problem getting the car going. The two of them couldn’t do enough to help us and finally resolved the problem to get us on the road. A big shout out to them and a huge thankyou.

We have a brand new 22 plate leased car. Parked here from 10th to 15th November. Was unimpressed when the driver raced car away to go park it for us. Went on our holiday regardless. Came back, collected our car and drove home. On the motorway, we noticed that the dashcam wasn't on. It had been disconnected at the charging point. We reconnected it there and then. Next day, done the school run and immediately noticed damage to the back of the car. Phoned Flying Scot to explain and was put through to a "Manager". Wasn't interested. Should have checked the car upon departure, lesson learned - will never go back here again. Even the "manager" was childish in his responses to me and hung the phone up before the end of our discussion. Oh and i checked my dashcam and guess what.. last video was us arriving at car park and next video was us driving home when i reconnected it. LOOKS LIKE STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR THEM TO DISCONNECT YOUR DASHCAM - NOW WE KNOW WHY. Very angry that we will be left with a bill due to their dishonesty, negligence, call it what you will. I hope this review helps others decide where to park their car

My car was damaged while parked at this supposedly secure car park.
Flew back from Bristol following a family wedding and in my hurry to get home I didn't notice damage to the rear side door and bumper.
The Flying Scot staff didn't notify me but must have known that an incident occurred.
Only now getting my car back repaired after months of hassle and had to pay £450 excess for the priviledge. Absolutely fuming!

Bigger buses, less drivers, more waiting about time. Very poor seevice

This was the cheapest car park for Glasgow Airport but if you book then please don't leave anything of value in the car. I left 4 pound coins in my car and they had gone when I collected the car. I told the receptionists but they didn't seem interested - they advised me not to bother contacting the police 'as it was on private land'. Reading other posts, I gather theft is not uncommon at FlyingScotParking.

Have used Flying Scot many times but very disappointed by the way service has deteriorated.
Yes, they have introduced new bigger buses but because of this we were kept waiting longer for it to fill up before journey to airport and yesterday when we landed back in Glasgow only 1 bus operating! We were told other driver was unwell but surely a replacement could have been found. No room on first bus that arrived so had to wait another 30 mins for bus to return.
Carpark surface is in a terrible state now. Raining when we eventually got back so had to walk through numerous muddy puddles to get to our car.
To add to our bad experience car battery was completely flat and we had to get help to charge it up although this was done well/promptly. Lights had been left on when it was parked for us!

The parking was quick, easy and cost effective. However I would avoid the valet at all costs. I paid £45 for a full valet but upon return to the car noticed there was residue of polish left on the outside and marks internally that were not cleared. I did speak to the staff in the office who offered to have a member of the valet team come and check the car but as I had a long drive ahead of me I declined. During the drive I noticed even more flaws and as a result emailed flying Scot requesting a refund. After a week I got a reply to advise it was performed by an outside company and refused a refund, having followed up I received no reply - proving that customer service may not be the number one aim of flying Scot.

UPDATE - I thereafter contacted the Police who attended the car park. Conveniently all video footage had been cleared so I was unable to take this any further.
I will never use this car park again. Listed as a 24 hour manned secure car park. I unfortunately left £500 in the car (which was sealed in the compartment between the two front seats). I left the car at reception and checked into the office where I handed over my keys. I was handed a receipt and the keys were thereafter placed in a clear box for storage. The car is then moved further into the car park for the duration of its stay. Upon return to the car park I discovered the money had been stolen. Ladies in the office not interested whatsoever. No offer to check with drivers on shift or even CCTV to check!! A few emails to the General Manager who was also extremely unhelpful and uninterested. Apparently their staff wouldn't do such a thing. Well I'm afraid they did. I appreciate I left the money in the car but someone physically searched my car and stole the money. It is theft. Has been reported to the police.

Overall the service was poor but then it got worse. Left our car here from 6 to 16th of August 2022. Collected it in the dark and realised the next morning that they had damaged the rear bumped and not told us.

No Customer service .
We arrived to book car in @ when I went to reception was advised my booking had been cancelled as I was flying from Edinburgh.
I advised I had not cancelled & why would I be here at Glasgow .’
The mature blonde lady was so cheeky & unhelpful , not what you need starting your holiday .
She reluctantly rebooked me .
My husband & other customers could not find parking spaces .
I was overcharged, sent numerous e mails which have been ignored.
Car park a disgrace all pot holes .
Avoid this car park.
