Staff on night shift on the 23rd Sept super efficient and friendly moved all our cars to the office for parking and it was raining so very efficient keep up good work guys we will be back Glasgow

You say, how can this company improve. Easy, CLOSE DOWN. We had the unfortunate experience in booking our car in when being checked in by the most ignorant and arrogant person on the desk. Totally devoid of customer service skills and should be fired immediately. However on our return we were given our vehicle keys and left to find our car along a road that was full of craters.On finding the car we then found ourselves trapped bye cars each side and the car had been shoehorned into a space where we were unable to access the driver door and just barely enough to get into the passenger door breaking a pair of glasses in the attempt. Pure greed is the only reason for the size of the spaces. Find alternative parking solutions in my opinion as I’m sure many doors have been dented by people trying to get in their vehicles. The only saving grace was the real gentleman who drove the pick up bus who couldn’t be more helpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID . Shop around

Used them multiple times never with an issue. Very straight forward drop off and pick up, good prices too. frequent buses to and from the airport

Paid for the service and didn't get a confirmation email. Money had left my account. Called and was asked to call back on the morning of my flight to find out if the booking had went through. Having to book an alternative and call my bank to report a scam. Not a good start to the service. Would not recommend.

Wildly incompetent. Lost my booking. Manually entered it. 15 days later claimed it was for only 8 days, they'd entered it wrong. Then insisted for an hour, often verbally abusive, I had to pay them more before I could get my car. Etc. etc.

Don't bother, don't go, avoid

Staff were efficient. We booked a valet which was half done. Missed the boot and damaged the interior with a spray. Owner Graham ignoring any attempts at resolution. Calling me a liar, the damage was there before apparently. It won't be on their inspection paperwork as it definitely wasn't there. Looks like sprayed and left, lifting the colour. Expect you to inspect car insurance the middle of the night in the dark. Avoid this company. There are lots of excellent parking areas in Glasgow

I am writing this review to formally advise members of the public to seek alternative parking arrangements and avoid utilizing Softly Glasgow Parking.On Saturday, 18 July 2026, at approximately 1:00 AM, I experienced an entirely unacceptable level of service that raises serious concerns regarding the company's operational standards and staff conduct.The on-duty attendant exhibited severe hostility, a complete lack of professional manners, and an outright refusal to offer basic customer support. Furthermore, the individual's aggressive demeanor, refusal to listen, and deeply dismissive attitude gave a strong impression of personal bias and discriminatory undertones.Frontline employees serve as the public face of any organization. The toxic behavior witnessed tonight reflects poorly on the brand image and suggests a profound lack of staff training, oversight, and accountability.Due to this deeply unsettling and unprofessional encounter, I strongly recommend avoiding this facility entirely. There are numerous reputable parking alternatives in Glasgow where paying customers are treated with basic dignity, safety, and respect.

I’d give -5 if I could.

Unsafe driving, impolite manager and general dismissive attitude. Use any other parking provider is my advice.

My complaint - I'd like to make a complaint about the driver today. He drove at inappropriate speed, didn't wait to allow elderly passengers to get seated, never assisted anyone with baggage which meant it was a free for all with lose baggage/people standing to ensure bags never moved.

We made a complaint in the office and he told us he is the manager. I was truly shocked by his attitude. His response being that we, "don't know his circumstances." He cockily handed me his card and said, "make a complaint if you want, I'm the manager." It's appalling service, appalling attitude no matter what his circumstances may be.

This email was dismissed by the manager Graham and then another Jennifer. No apology just objection handling without an unbiased review from the company.

Skyport is much more professional, they don’t move your car, costs the same, buses are built for purpose with professional, friendly, helpful staff. Don’t book Flying Scot as they have no consideration for anyone’s safety.

Avoid like the plague. Used this service for the first time . From the 9th may 2026 to the 21st may 2026.
Got back at approx 2am to see my car moved . The car next to it was so close and as a result my driver's door sustained damage.
The staff took pictures and said someone would be InTouch. It's now 16th June 2026 and no one has bothered to contact.
Wasn't aware my car would be moved and sandwiched in.
To get in my car I had to put something soft over the door to make sure I didn't damage the vehicle next to me.
Appalling service will never use again.
Do yourself a favour and find an alternative

Absolutely appalling experience with this airport car park.
We returned from our holiday to find our vehicle damaged after being left in their care. Rather than taking responsibility or properly investigating the matter, the company immediately denied liability and showed little interest in resolving the issue fairly. The most frustrating part has been the attitude and lack of accountability. Customers leave their vehicles expecting them to be kept safe and treated with care, yet when something goes wrong, this company appears more focused on avoiding responsibility than helping paying customers. We have photographs and evidence showing the condition of the vehicle, and we are now having to pursue the matter further ourselves.
I would strongly recommend anyone using this company to take photos and videos of their vehicle before handing over the keys. Based on our experience, I would never use this service again! AVOID!

Absolutely unbelievable experience. Was made to feel welcome comfortable and at ease. Saarah Saleem was Absolutely amazing and her assistant who unfortunately I didnt manage to get her name. Been in unimaginable pain and they did amazing. Well happy with their service. Would recommend 100 percent. Can't thank you enough.

Terrible rude drivers, just arrived back from Glasgow and the driver wasn’t pleasant and didn’t help us with our cases, with my 70 year old mum and dad struggling, if they don’t want to work don’t work, give the job to people who do.

Having used this company previously I would certainly use them again. Easy to book online and and once again I have experienced no issues with their service.

Used flying Scot numerous times and no issue but we made a mistake with date flying back and flying Scot never charged us the extra day when the had the right to do so, friendly staff and I know my car is safe and looked after , would recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and I parked there 3 times in total and we never will again. Every time my husband asked if they can leave the car in gear instead of using the handbrake, they said they always do it anyway , guess what, they don't ! The last time they pulled the handbrake so high with all force that they broke it. It was very late at night and we haven't noticed it was that bad even though it felt very loose. We still had 3 h drive ahead of us and when we got home we parked on the hill and it wasn't holding at all ! I phoned them next day but they said that they cant do anything about it. Do not recommend!

I should have read the reviews before booking with this car park. Left my car for a week to find out mud on the front seats, over the middle console between the seats and small stones stuck under the parking selector preventing it from properly settling into it's nest therefore a fault was on the dashboard. Obviously a staff member had gone to the driver's seat through the passenger door with their muddy shoes. I requested to speak to a manager but was told that the manager was not available and they can only apologise. I insisted to fill out a complain form and I was given a blank sheet of paper then I was told they would give me a call on the next day which never happened. I will never use this place to park up my car again.

Came off our flight and picked up luggage 04:25 called Flyingscot number did not get picked up until
04:55, so much for there every 10 mins service

I left my car with Flying Scot on 23/09/25 for 1 week. Collected the car mid afternoon, and on my journey home I put the radio on to discover that I was tuned into SCOTLANDS NUMBER 1 ASIAN RADIO STATION. I am not of Asian descent & never knew there was such a radio station. My car was parked about 100 yards from where I dropped it off, so it's difficult to understand how someone would be in my car long enough to change the radio station - who knows, maybe they had a singalong / karaoke in my car, because radio channels don't change themselves !!!!!
I have emailed them twice about this and my emails are being ignored. I will NEVER use them again and suggest others do likewise.

Dropped car off no problem on 5/9/25, arrived home this morning at 04.10 am , we got picked up at the airport without any problem.Immediately when we got on the bus after putting our bags up the VERYgrimpy driver said” if that’s drinks in that bag you need to move it’s cos if it breaks the bus will be off the road!” !!!! I really didn’t understand why that would happen !! He was not at all nice.We then collected the keys , asked where the car had been moved to , we were told row 7! So off we went to row 7 with no definite directions of where on row 7, the car was, bearing in mind this is all at 5 am this morning , very dark and wet, 1 of the employees had just moved a car and asked if we had tried to bleep the car ? Of coarse that was the first thing we tried, he then decided we were at fault and said we were rude, I explained since we were picked up at the airport the whole staff had been rude to us, he showed no interest.After now 15 mins going up and down the rows we eventually found the car .Never had any experience like this before , very unhappy with the attitude of the staff .

Had to cancel my booking due to family illness, phoned up to inform them and had the money back in my account within 4 working days,excellent customer service.
