DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I RETURNED HOME TO FIND A BIG SCRAPE DOWN THE SIDE OF MY CAR WHICH IS A BMW AND WILL BE COSTLY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF COWBOYS WHO DO NOT TREAT YOUR CARE WITH CARE!!! THEY ARE HORRENDOUS!!! YOUR CAR WILL BE PUT ST RISK, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Only giving one star as I can't give none. Returning from holiday got into car and on trying to move discovered front left suspension was gone. The car was perfectly OK when it went in and undrivable when it came out. The whole area is covered in massive potholes so i can guess what has happened.Staff didn't want to know told us a manager would phone next day. Never happened we had to phone them Only to speak to the most rude obnoxious customer service representative I have ever come across. She had no time to listen Only waffled on about terms and conditions but not specifically telling us which term or condition pertained to us. In short they moved the car while we were away and when we came back it was broken. I would certainly never use this company again and would advise anyone to look elsewhere for parking. I will be pursuing them through legal channels for repairs.
Update. Over £1000 pounds of damage to my car while in their care no liability accepted this company are probably the worst I have ever dealt with. Please if you're thinking of parking with them please read the terms and conditions ( criminal charter) as I call it, no responsibility for anything including anything nicked from inside your car even though they have the keys.

We parked on 12/5/24 until the 19/5/24 and were late in returning. We were not charged any extra costs for the delay and inconvenience we caused.
We were more than happy with the bus and driver to the airport when we left to travel abroad and also on our return journey.
Flying Scot provide a good service at a competitive price and we will use them in future!!

On arrival pot holes full of water all over stood for 15 mins although bus was in front of us. On return we waited 40 minutes for bus to turn up lady in wheelchair was frozen. Getting back to car parked in muddy puddle couldn't open back door for childs car seat discarded and a mountain of rubbish, this place is a disgrace use Skyport which we have done in the past far superior to this dump

Easy to book, easy to find, friendly and helpful staff and quick transfer to the Airport.
On return, prompt pick up from Terminal.
I paid for a Car Detailing and it was a first class job - car was sparking inside and out.

My cars bumper was damaged while parked at the car park. The parking was poorly lit so I didn’t notice it when collecting my car.I asked about a footage from the CCTV of my car entering and leaving as clearly that would resolve the dispute. I was told they don’t give any videos to customers. The way they treat customers is an absolute disgrace.Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

My car was damaged while parked the car park
Landed from Spain after 2 am and I didn't get to the car park till 3 am. The car park was poorly lit as didn't notice damage to the front bumper, in spite of the fact I did checked my car before driving away.
The Flying Scot staff told me the next day, I should have reported it before leaving the car park.
I read other reviews and its a recurring situation. On top of that, while on my way to the parking from the airport, one of the heavy large suitcases fell down from the top shelf landing very close to two small children. The driver didn't even stop to check if everything was ok.The dad couldn't move with the kids as the driver was driving like crazy so it was not safe for them to move to another sit. The dad was just anxiously watching the shelfs and feared for the safety of his two small kids. Overall I don't recommend this place.

My wife and I arrived back from Prague last night and car wouldn't start. One of the staff members attempted to jump start but gave up ( you did try hard 😊).While trying to get through to RAC luckily another colleague arrived on shift. He took the bull by the horns and tried again and yippee after 10 mins result. Thanks guys for not giving up and getting me back on the road🙏.

I wont use it again. I had to leave my keys. When i got back my car was parked in a large pothole of water which was up to my ankles in water and muddy. When i put the suitcases in the car i heard a loud creaking and clicking sound and the rear suspension has been knocking and lowered ever since. As yet i have not had this checked out and find it very odd that the suspension would do this. It was fine before leaving the car. Anyway it is not acceptable to pay for parking and have your car parked in a lake of water. I am going away again in April and afraid to use this place again.

We used this company over Xmas this year and came back to all 4 windows down completely and a scratch on front wing of a brand new hyundai tucson which I picked up late November in London brand new not w mark on it till flying scot got it and seats all damp on brand new leather and all I got was these modern cars open when u get close lol total clowns yes they do but the 4 windows don't go down not even an apology nothing just bye bye we got your money one cheeky parking attendant really telling me to f off politely I suggest management read trustpilot reviews and sack this old guy my in camera also let's me listen to language of first guy that moved it and he was having a bad day I think also anyway last time we use you as not happy with a paint job to do and damp interior

Well came back from holiday got home after picking car up, found it strange that my windows inside were soaking but was tired and drove home.
Got up next morning and passenger side of car was soaking they'd obviously parked my car up and opened passenger, as I double check when leaving my car windows are closed.
So phoned to bring it to there attention and was told manager would phone me. 10 mins later Graham the manager phones me going mental down the phone at mesaying i was abusing his staff when picking my car up and my car was completely dry.
Hmmm never complained till about 10 mins prior to his phone call so was absolute puzzled by the story he fed me. I called him out on it and said look I only phoned 10 mins ago to complain Graham said he didn't appreciate my tone, Jesus the way he started and how he spoke to me when he phoned was atrocious then preceded to tell not his problem I should've complained when picking my car up. I said but you've just told me a story that I abused your staff about my car that was brought to your attention prior to me actually picking it up that the window was open. Well after I explained that at no point was his story true and how could it be brought to his attention hours before I phoned to complain. Well he didn't like the true version of the story and hung up on me.
Absolute cowboys to make a story up and abuse me down the phone when at no point did I get out of line just a customer making a complaint and I was abused avoid at all costs.

Collected car. Someone had moved car and broken off driver’s door handle. Manager accused me of doing it!!! Do not park here

Excellent service.
Trips to and from the Airport were short and the driver helped everyone with their bags.
I also lost my carry on small bag between passport control and arriving home.
I contacted them at midnight to check that I had not left it on their bus.
They were very responsive and got their drivers to check the busses and also checked around where I had been parked.
Eventually got my bag at the Airport, but Flying Scott could not have been more helpful.

Bit chaotic when you arrive and try and find a space to park, then so busy in the office forgot to give me a ticket. On the way back only 1 bus and had to wait 30 mins at 02.30 in the morning

Appalling customer service. Had holiday cancelled due to COVID and they would not give a refund, had to make do with a credit voucher that was “without time limit” Well the manager on today now says that’s not so, the terms and conditions also makes no mention of a time limit but the manager still says no seems to be her decision as she could not give me any term air condition saying there is a time limit. Obviously hoping I will just right it off as my loss. It’s ok with this company till you have a problem then your on your with no appreciable help from jokingly named customer services. Be wise spend a little more for decent service, don’t use Flying Scot

Horrendous customer service, arrived back at 2am to be told battery flat in car, after reading previous reviews today have no doubt they have used our car and left interior lights on.
Told us to wait till morning for local garage to open, no jump leads and couldn’t give us taxi numbers to get home. Rude lady on desk today when husband when back down.

Arrived back to Glasgow to find car wouldn't start, battery totally flat. Had left it with them at night so suspect that they had left lights on when they moved car.

Clear signs (scratches on terminals and minor scratches to the front paintwork) that the battery had been jump started at some point during its stay with them. It's a good job that the battery was flat, as they didn't close the bonnet properly. Had the car started, the bonnet could have opened on the motorway. They never told me at pickup the battery was flat or that they had jump started it. No response to my complaint via email.

Coach transfer was ok, but will never use them again.

Have used flying Scot before, but after some advice from a friend I took a time/date stamped video of my car and mileage. On return a week later I took a tome/ date stamped photo of my mileage after taking a visual check of the bodywork. No apparent damage to the bodywork but a 26 mile discrepancy in the mileage. Anxious to get home I waited until the following morning to call for an explanation. I was told by the manager that the higher mileage was recorded by then when I dropped the car off despite me confirming I had the video/ photo contradicting his story. He was adamant my car had not been moved.offered no apology or anything, very dismissive of my concerns and said there was nothing he could do. Will never use this company again. Not impressed by their response at all.

No idea why anyone's moaning about flying scot. I found the whole transaction to be flawless. I even extended my holiday, which meant extending my car parking and they couldn't of been more helpful.
