Utter shambles at Glasgow Airport last night. Landed on EasyJet flight from Palma at 8.30pm - 1 hour and 10 minutes later we were still standing at the baggage carousel waiting on our luggage. Passengers on two Jet 2 flights which landed after us received their luggage and left the airport while we were still waiting. Elderly passengers and fractious children sitting everywhere waiting on luggage - no explanation - an absolute disgrace!! Management at Glasgow AirPort need to sort this out as their reputation is being badly affected.

Was supposed to have made a booking at valet parking which it turned out I hadnt. Barriers wouldn't lift and panic set in - guys at valet parking offered 2 possible solutions and within 5 minutes was parked up and getting keys sorted at the office. Outstanding customer service and genuinely helpful staff. Thank you

Not my first review of Glasgow Airport but I’m still annoyed with it.

It’s a delapitated relic from the 1970’s pretending to be an international airport. I travel through the airport every week. When the flight lands there’s generally 3 options to get off the plane. On a good day the plane gets to dock at the air bridge this option is getting to be a rare treat second option the air bridge doesn’t work and you get off via stairs and enter the terminal by walking to an adjacent door this is fine when the rain is not belting of the road third option you get down the stairs and onto a bus after which you are driven for approximately 30 seconds and enter the terminal and walk to the passport control. You may think that’s not so bad but the overall time taken adds another 30 minutes to your journey and it’s bedlam with 150 passengers all rushing from the bus trying to get to the passport control. Passport control is on a different level and fair to say once experienced you’ll never forget. if you have someone waiting to pick you up after the plane lands they will pay a small fortune to park.. There’s no direct rail link from the airport so options are expensive taxi or a useless bus link to Glasgow city centre. Bus is of course subject to delays due to the never ending road closures.

Personally I think the airport is a disaster run down and lacking any investment and I hate to think what tourists think about Scotland when they arrive and eventually get through the other side.

It takes longer to get from landing at Glasgow Airport to Glasgow city centre than the overall flight time from Schiphol Airport to Glasgow Glasgow Airport.

Going through security was weird, they have gates but want you to use the people checking. Security baggage was empty so we're practising checking all bags, shoes etc. Pain in the ass and then finding the flight was delayed.
Bars have so many staff but no one seemed to know what they were doing. First time in this airport for some years and went backwards not forward.

Ridiculously stressful experience. Understaffed and under prepared for volume of passengers. Surely this is a simple thing to get right and if you can’t even do that what is the point?

Parking at Airport is such a complete rip off. Arrived at 01:15 was there 20 mins in Midstay car park went to leave initially on the machine at the barrier it said £8 due, then as I presented my card it changed to £15 for 20mins. Complete theft of monies, these peope are the most ignorant cretins when you try to speak to them over their intercom. I loathe these THIEVES how they get away with this is beyond me. Terrible attitude of staff for parking and blatant theft of monies.

I arrived back in scotland from Canada on air Transat yesterday 26th Sept off 6.40 flight. The air port was smelly, floors were filthy and an overall nasty experience. I was embarrassed for visitors arriving here.

Very low quality, unhealthy food with expensive prices. They really need to up their game on it. I travel here frequently, and this is unacceptable!

Just arrived back into GLA, whilst getting through passport control was straight forward enough, baggage was a nightmare. We were waiting over 60 mins for the bags to reach the carousels.
What makes it worse, we were the only flight arriving at that time. Then they announce that they prioritise outbound flights and we would be another 20 mins.
An absolute joke of an airport, poor management and terrible service. I would give no stars if that were an option.

The whole place just feels dirty and revolting. The floor is sticky, rubbish everywhere. I’m waiting to catch a delayed flight and was trying to choose a cafe to sit in, but they all have the same sticky floors, dim lighting and dirty uncleared tables. There are little flies hanging about presumably attracted by the filth - there seems to be no standard? None of the staff seem happy or motivated in their work. After spending two days in Glasgow and finding it pretty uninspiring I can’t say I’d ever encourage anyone to come here. My first time in Scotland since I was a child and other than the accent (I’m from NZ) it’s been a real disappointment.

This is a joke VIP utter rubbish arrived check in yourself get wet going to Terminal .Its an utter disgrace and should be called basic parking and I will definitely not use again.
Glasgow airport you should be ashamed.

We had a very unpleasant experience with our British Airways boarding and our handling at the airport; there was no help and the impression that the staff were ignoring us.

Got through check in and security quickly.

Return passport control / immigration is a complete joke. They have 5 automated passport terminals to handle all international flights… keeping legal citizens waiting for hours like cattle to get back our country. Perhaps we were meant to get 25 terminals and Peter Murrell done that money too .The place is mucky, staff are disinterested. It's a disgrace for Scotland’s largest city.

Shame on the management here.

Beware of the poor signage when driving in, you will be conveniently funnelled into the drop off area and charged £7 for the privilege of passing through without stopping. We now fly out of Edinburgh whenever possible to avoid the trap!

What’s the point paying for priority security when the staff channels everyone there and takes as long as the normal queues

I have a disability and explained to security I could not stand without my walking stick. I was told I had to stand in the scanner with no help. This caused so much stress for myself and family.
Security should listen and show more empathy and stop being rude.
This is not the first time it has happened to me.

Really appalled at the air quality inside and outside the airport. Breathing in air heavily contaminated with aircraft fuel is extremely detrimental to health. I’m concerned for staff who spend extended periods exposed to these toxins. Extremely unpleasant as a passenger with a layover. I hope is not anyways as bad as it was on 6.8.26 but the airport authority should be ensuring that the airport building at least provides clean uncontaminated air for staff and passengers.

Booked valet parking and there was no valet.

Old and very tired looking, broken equipment everywhere from toilets, escalators to even the beer tap in the Lomond lounge, staff helpful but clearly poorly managed - parking stupidly planned, broken elevator and expensive. Customers being milked for every penny with no investment
