I booked a flight to on the 28th of November with a discount, but the seat was no longer available so I had to pay more than what was at first shown on the website. The supervisor help me to get a reasonable price but still disappointed.

But still the experience of facing difficult situation in check-in for my flight on 29th October, getting seats of my choice for a long duration flight can’t be erased from my memory.

We are scammed.
We are scammed.
Asked us to pay a $1300.99 no Show fee, we paid, but never sent us a ticket. A picture of an itinerary sent was fake.Went to the EVA air in LAX airport counter and We were shocked that We dont have a ticket reservations. And We have to pay again.
We exchanged emails thru Keith Johnson. But we talked to a woman first on the phone and she said to send it to Keith.
Be aware.

DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! This service is a very well organized scam. In my case, I wanted to add my pet to my reservation with Swiss Air. I am unsure how I even landed on call with Flightassist in the first place as I was under the impression I was talking to Swiss Air and then got transferred to a person called Dwayne who appeared to be very helpful at first…
After asking me for my reservation number, he told me my Emotional Support Animal could be added for the cost of $350. It sounded right since after searching on Google, I found people saying it could cost me this much on average to add a pet to Swiss Air reservations (this information is probably online due to flightassist of course). I went through with the payment and received a weird looking confirmation: Brussels Airlines was mentioned without the S at the end), it said "Dear Yolanda" when my name is actually Georgia, they also had a disclaimer saying I'd be charged an additional $250 for “Airport Security Fees charged in Advance”. Such fees DO NOT EXIST! This is all misleading and false information to make you pay for a service that is not needed.
I called Swiss Air and they told me my pet could be added just by emailing an ESA letter at no extra cost. They could not explain to me how I landed on call with flightassist and said they were unauthorized to transfer calls. This said, when the Swiss Air representative told me she did get confirmation that my pet was added for part of my flights, that's when it got very weird.
So, flightassist did provide a "service" but they did not provide it in full. How is it that Swiss Air accepts this? There must be some sort of deal here with someone working at Swiss Air in order to make flightassist “services” work, partly, or sometimes, as there was indeed communication between the two. I plan on taking this further on Swiss Air side as well and will not let this go.
I tried calling flightassist to get my money back, they put me on the phone back with Dwayne who assured me this was not a scam as I can see I have received a reservation code for the dog. This email he sent is in no shape or form something that the airlines would have accepted for my pet to get on the flights. I asked to speak to the manager which was followed by an hour long old to then get Dwayne back on the phone saying the same thing again.
I am extremely upset with this service which was not even needed in the first place and REQUEST A FULL REFUND FOR THE $350 AND REQUEST YOU DO NOT EVER DEBIT THE EXTRA $250! (Confirmation reference G32Q87)

Dear customer review team, thank you for your passive aggressive response which is useless. I contacted your agent Garry Lewis on on 10/23/2023 regarding reservation number 4NBM22 and he told me that a refund had been issued to my American Express card on September 27th for $528 which American Express can’t locate surprise!!!!! I emailed him the following day asking him to provide me with the dátelos of the transaction so I can provide it to American Express and guess what? He never replied , he ignored my email because is all lies. FELLOW TEAVELERS BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY , when you call they act like you are speaking to the airlines they take your money and don’t give you the product YOU PAID FOR! I CALLED THAT THIEVES. I will continue to put reviews of them everywhere so this can be stopped. Cari Perez, my money was stolen on 9/9/2023
