UPDATE with Flight Assist. After reading the reply, I called and no one wants to talk to me. It looks like they only wanted to reply but with no intention of solving the issue with me. I need a direct line to a manager. The manager is always off work or having lunch. I believe that I will have to send a formal notice. I already put in a complaint with the BBB.

I have never encountered a more unethical and deceptive company. From the start March of 2023 I somehow was directed to their website as I needed to cancel two AA tickets. They were happy to help at a cost of 150.00. I was told I had a a 1010.06 credit for future flight and just found out that that wasn't the case. After a long discussion with Monica she explained she could get me 600 of the 1,010.06 credit to apply towards tickets on AA and that I should receive them within 24 hrs. The company, without authorization charged my CC 610 dollars. I found out that flightsassist put on hold two tickets for my flight but had not purchased them. I was supposed to leave on 01/24/2024 to help my terminally ill brother in law in Chicago only to be told by Jeffry Will that they were not going to honor the 600 hundred dollar flight credit and that there were no longer going to honor the flight that they had secured for my wife and me. I spent a total of 2hrs and 45 min on the phone trying to figure this nonsense. In the end Jeffry told me I could now pay the much higher price advertised on AA website. I found Jeffry to be rude and condescending.

It's been over two years since my ordeal with FlightsAssist began, and unfortunately, the saga continues with no resolution in sight. Despite my previous review, detailing my frustrating experience and the company's empty promises, there has been absolutely no effort from their side to rectify the situation.
Since my last review, I have sent numerous emails and letters in a desperate attempt to reach out to FlightsAssist, only to be met with deafening silence. The lack of response is not just disappointing but also raises serious questions about their customer service ethics. It's appalling that a company can completely ignore a customer's plea for help, especially after acknowledging their mistake.
Adding to the frustration is the discovery that FlightsAssist doesn't even have the physical presence they claim. They profess to have an office in New York, but my investigative efforts have revealed that this address is non-existent. All my mailed correspondences were returned, unopened and undelivered. This deception is a red flag about their operations and transparency, suggesting that they are not as established as they claim to be.
To make matters more perplexing, it has come to my attention that FlightsAssist is actually based in the UK, not the US as initially thought. This geographical obscurity adds another layer of complexity to their already dubious business practices.
The response from FlightsAssist on December 2, 2023, provided no real solution or compensation for the stress and financial loss I've endured. Instead, it was a generic apology with vague assurances, which has since proven to be another empty gesture.
My experience with FlightsAssist serves as a cautionary tale for all travelers. They have demonstrated a consistent pattern of unresponsiveness, lack of accountability, and misleading information. I urge potential customers to steer clear of their services. It's disheartening and unacceptable for a business to operate in such a manner, and I hope my continued efforts to share my experience will prevent others from falling into the same trap I did.
In summary, FlightsAssist remains a company that I cannot recommend under any circumstances. Their failure to address customer concerns and their misleading business practices are inexcusable. The stress and frustration caused by their unprofessionalism continue to be a significant burden, and I am left with no choice but to pursue further action against them.

I have a bad experience with the sales agent, but the CS team did their best to get back my all refund.
The CS team is excellent and provide the professional service to follow up my case.

I was also scammed from this company as well as Flair
I was also scammed from this company. They charged me 612$ to change my flight, from the 1st of January to the 27th of December from Canun to Edmonton due to a medical emergency. The phone number I dialed looked like the Flair customer support number as it was cleverly disguised. They also charged additional 285$ for the flight change to direct to the airline. I received confirmation from the airline that the flights were successfully changed, but then when I got to the airport the airline canceled my ticket. I had to purchase new tickets that morning for an additional 985$. No one at the check in counter could help me. When I got home I called the airline and they told me that because there was an amount of 80$ outstanding they cancelled on me. So due to Flight assist not charging me the correct amount I had to pay for the same flight 3 times! Also because of the fact that I bought the new tickets that morning I do not qualify for the 1500$ in compensation that I would have qualified for since the flight was delayed 17 hours. All the while receiving these updates from Flair (flight was delayed 4 times). Terrible experience from both places.

Create a hidden Bogus service fee
I recently had a transaction with Flight assist. My agents name was Paul. Sounded very professional but on the phone claimed he worked for a different airline. Later he stated that they are hired by multiple airlines and if they are busy it gets rerouted to them. At first I was trusting. He helped with adding a departure and return luggage to my trip. Gave me the cost of $218. It sounded reasonably it being busy season and airlines making the money on the add ons. I asked if any extra charges or services fees he stated no this is only for the luggage. As I wanted to secure a spot I gave my info. I recieved an email and he became very pushy to just look at the amount and to reply immediately for authorization. So I replied for baggage charges. Little did I know that flight assist blended a service fee for themselves and put it under as baggage. I looked on my Credit card and saw two charges. One for the airline and on from them. Made me very suspicious so when I looked at the airline site and looked at the cost of luggage to my surprise it was only $57 a bag. So I got charged $218 for a $115 luggage fee which meant that Flightassist pocketed $104 claiming it as a baggage fee. I have since tried contacting them via phone but always says no one is available. Emailed the Paul agent and his response again was the charges was only for luggage no other fees. I finally just put a dispute in with my credit card company as I have the emails and documentation of actual costs. No were do they put a fee of service charge. I would have never agreed to pay that amount for just clicking a few buttons.

So flightassist seems to have an automated reply to bad reviews as they replied here 12hrs after posting and the reply is exactly the same as other bad reviews recieved. It is word for word so a very untrustworthy response from a non existent customer care team.

Flight assist replied and very untruthfully. They deemed they made multiple efforts to contact me which the only effort was a verbatim reply here which was now recently edited. They make it sound as if they made many efforts to get ahold of me and now give me a different number to contact them which is not the original flight assist number. If really concerned they just contact Paul Nash their sr. Travel consultant who did the scam of charging me.

Was contacted by Paul informing me of a refund within 72hrs. Was told I would receive and email with confirmation of refund processing but never recieved. Now on reply being told 7-14 days which is not a normal refund process time. As per BBB customers have gotten this response before and have been waiting 3 months+ and flight assist no longer answers calls or emails so I am very sceptical this will be refunded. If it is I shall reply here.

I finally got the refund of $104. I still have not gotten an explanation of that charge beside luggage even though verified online and when I checked in for my flight total for luggage was $115 by flair yet I had two charges of $115 and the $104. People check your transactions and verify the charges. They did return the money but to remove a bad review. I find this a learning for flight assist as well as myself. I will always verify who I speak with now and have them call me to verify numbers are legit.

Scammers ( I will sue their malpractice)
I am really angry with this service. They scammed with $448. My parents are currently stranded without a wheelchair all because I thought they took care of the assistance. They are hijacking the direct airport phone number and the agent Katherine has stopped responding.
I am going to get to the highest authority to make sure their malpractice is exposed.
