Needed to add an infant to my flight apparently they couldn't help for 2 and half hours and we missed our flight....Daniel and his manager couldn't add my child onto our flight.
The best part was they wanted me to pay 2g to add my infant i was willing to pay to get on this flight but then it turned into a 6g price tag.......for an infant (she wasn't even two) to be added.
Everyone was confused as to why they couldn't add such a simple thing.

THEY WONT STOP EVEN IF YOU DO.
This is the first time I used this company or even heard of it. My first experience with any company is first impression. My first team member was great with handling my bookings( flights, motel and car) But when I got my emails all hack broke out. 1st my room was canceled and afterwards I only received half of my flight, no return flight. After learning that the company I called to make my bookings wasn't the one the that did. To make a long story short Justin Hunt & Flightsassist rolled up their sleeves and got down to dirty. After the dust cleared I had my flights redone to my satisfaction ,my rental was the same and I received my refund for the room in which worked for my good. I told my wife I wasn't going to use no third parties anymore, but thanks to Justin and his coolness in dealing with disappointed clients on the edge of losing it, changed my out look on this company. Who said costumer service is losing its flavor.
