During my time with the organisation, I faced several challenges within the work environment that significantly affected my motivation, job satisfaction, overall well-being, and mental health.
In particular, my interactions with the Quality Manager, Mr. Ashish Dass, were often difficult and "In my view, his behaviour was unprofessional and had a negative impact on my confidence, motivation, and overall work experience." The manner in which these interactions were conducted had a negative impact on work performance, and ability to maintain a positive and productive attitude toward my responsibilities.
Over time, I frequently felt demotivated, stressed, and emotionally exhausted. These experiences adversely affected not only my professional development but also my mental well-being.
I firmly believe that a healthy, respectful, and supportive workplace is essential for employee growth, engagement, and productivity. Unfortunately, my experience did not consistently reflect these values, and the situation had a significant impact on my overall experience within the organisation.
I hope this feedback will be taken constructively and used to help foster a more positive and professional work environment for current and future employees.

This company is a bunch of scammers. My elderly parents booked their small suv through these scammers who pretended to be a major rental car company. When they arrived at this company airport location my parents were told no such reservation existed. They were out $800 and had to spend more money to rent a car. When they tried to contact this company when they were at the car agency their calls went unanswered. Preying on the elderly by these scammers is not only pathetic but concerning that they take advantage of the trusting nature of older people. Avoid at all costs these pathetic excuses of human trash and this sham of a company! BUYER BEWARE!

These people posed as a major car rental company. They took $490.00 from me and $189.00 from my daughter. When we called the car rental company, these people had canceled the reservation and taken the refund money. Obviously, no response to phone calls or emails.

On Sunday, February 1, 2026, I made flight reservations for four passengers traveling from Dallas to Rome, Italy. At the time, I believed I was speaking with Royal Caribbean’s Air2Sea program. The agent identified himself as Marcus Hunt and stated that he had successfully booked our flights with American Airlines for a total cost of $3,765.32.
I provided payment using my American AAdvantage Citi card. The agent advised that the charge would be split into two transactions: $2,000 to be charged immediately and the remaining $1,765.22 to be charged the following day. He claimed this was due to a rule regarding bookings made on Sundays.
On Tuesday, after reviewing my Royal Caribbean account, I discovered that the $2,000 payment had not been sent or applied. At that point, I realized I had not been dealing with Air2Sea, but instead with a company called Flights Assist.
I contacted Flights Assist on Tuesday evening. A different agent confirmed that he could see my account and stated that the $2,000 charge was still “processing.” When I questioned why a payment made on Sunday was still processing two days later, the agent became hostile and stated that was all the information he had.
As of today, February 7, 2026, the $2,000 charge has still not been processed, and Flights Assist is no longer taking or returning my calls. Based on these events, I have concluded that this company has taken $2,000 from me without providing the promised service, and I am unsure how to proceed.
I am not new to cruising and am a Diamond member with Royal Caribbean. This experience has been extremely frustrating, concerning, and completely unacceptable.

I had a booking through Expedia last October .It was confirmed ,However I change my passport so I needed to call the company to change my passport number at the ticket in order not to be be detained at the air port I was trying to call Expedia when the mimic their number to find my self taking with (Bell clifford ) Sr rep from FLIGHT ASSIST company .He said we are afflIiated with EXPEDIA
He mentioned to me in order to change the passport number you have to purchase new ticket with( 1376US)while the original ticket is 1200 US dollar and The old ticket money will be refunded to you.
I called them so many times they block my phone and different people have answered saying they already file a complain to the customer service to refund my money very proffasionel theives know how to take your money been calling them since last year until now 5/2/2026 they did not refund any money they are big scam company with all Indian and Latino people their head quarter as it is in their site in London ,but seems to me they are doing this from their homes, I did make a dispute with my bank to solve this case no result yet their phone number is 1888-2904299 Bill CLIFFORD THE BIG THEIF Senior of them and so many different name (they go by flight assistance ) or( flight junction )NO BODY DEALS WITH THOSE ASS HOLES .

I had an issue with honoring car rental.. Enterprise did not "see" my reservation and I had to pay directly to the company. I was left with paying twice for the rental.
Only on the fifth call to Flightassist I was assured that credit will be issued (which came in few days). I have to admit that the first four calls to Flightassisst were made around holidays when there were potentially not enough/proper staffing. Will I used it in the future? I'm not sure, although everything ended OK.

They are fraudsters. I booked a flight with them, they showed it 100 USD cheaper than other providers. I then got a call hours later saying that the reservation was not confirmed, the ticket not available and now the price was x2 the original ticket. Disgusting company made to defraud people. Called Amex and blocked the transaction

They extorted $4,920.00 from me by representing themselves as Viking and telling me that if I didn't pay for what they said were Government Taxes, Port Fees and other non-refundable agency service fees, they would cancel my Viking Booking which was for a $23,000.00 trip. They had all my booking information because they had hacked Viking, according to my Travel Agent. They were extremely rude and have told my Bank that the charges I was disputing were requested by myself.

Booked through them on the Kayak travel site. Got a confirmation number and I thought all was good. A few hours later I got an email saying to call as there was an issue. Called and they said I bought a standby ticket. When I told them that was not the case they then changed the story to it was a promotional ticket and no longer available. They tried to book me on other flights which surprise surprise were much more expensive. So I cancelled and asked for a refund. After reading some of the other reviews this seems to be how they operate. Sell you a cheap ticket, take your money, then tell you flight is not available at that price and try to sell you a more expensive ticket. I recommend not to use them. Agent I talked to was extremely rude, aggressive and completely unprofessional. My new rule is I will just book through the airline. Also, I am surprised Kayak even list them as an option. Shame on Kayak. Another site I will never use again.

I booked a flight through them, received a confirmation number, and saw that china air charged my credit card. Good. 5 hours later I received an email asking me to contact them (flight assist) immediately. I was met with a very rude bilingual, who kept interrupting any questions out of my mouth to simply insist that “the flight was no longer available for the price I had paid.” I was confused, because the airline (china air) had already charged my card. She tried to go on and on about it being peak season etc etc, and insisted she would cancel the booking. Before i could get any answers to my questions, she again very rudely said she was going to cancel the booking and then hung up the phone!
I called back and got some other arrogant bilingual that also would not answer my questions and he said that I had just called in and that I had ASKED to cancel the flight! Wtf?! They were clearly trying to cover their own a$$es for selling flights they couldn’t fulfill.

There is not a rating low enough for this company. They scammed me out of $1300 for a MSC cruise. I cancelled the cruise the same day I booked it and Marcus Hunt, their agent, never cancelled it. I finally got my money back by disputing the charges with my credit card company. Do not use this company -- some of their agents are scammers.

I booked a cruise with Celebrity for $7,626.00 that included on board ship credit and the drink package with basic wifi. After everything was settled I received a call that the fare has been increased to $9,394.04. Three times I asked to cancel and have my money returned. All three times I was told no, their confirmation says no refunds. To protect my $7,626.00 I ended up paying the larger amount and they agreed to add the gratuities. According to Celebrity the inclusions "perks" are added to the reservation within 2.5 weeks after full payment which I paid. It has now been almost 8 weeks and my reservation is only for the base, no perks. I have the reservation from Flightsassist that shows the inclusions. I did not know until being on the phone for almost an hour and getting the cruise summary that I was dealing with Flightsassist. When I asked them what company I was dealing with, since I thought I dialed a reputable company, I received a vague answer. The phone number for the agent is never answered and you can't leave a message. I have not received a response to my last few emails. The one where I did get a response said they would call me. Of course still waiting for that call after about 3 weeks. This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau for a very good reason. I was made to pay more than the agreed upon price and then have not gotten what I paid for and no response from the company.

They took my money to change a flight, when arriving for flight the airline had no record of changes. This company is an outright scam, they hung the phone up multiple times

Flight assist are scammers. They lied and said they work with Expedia . I had booked with Expedia , thought I was calling Expedia and got flightsassist when I wanted to cancel a flight that was booked with united airlines with Expedia. Before I attempted to call Expedia, in a rush I cancelled my flight that I booked in November 2024 with Expedia , I cancelled it directly , a flight on united airlines website using the number Expedia sent to me and it worked . So I did it directly . But then I realized I was acting too quickly and wanted to check with Expedia the terms of cancellation. It was when I called or tried to call Expedia that I got flightsassists and they lied in telling me they worked for or with Expedia . Cause after being scammed by flightsassist to verify my cancellation and buying another ticket through them from air Canada , I felt sometimes was not right . They charged me, flightsassist charged me a fee to cancel and said I would be fully reimbursed by united airlines but when I called Expedia they did not know who flightsassist was and said no Expedia did not work with them, and that united airlines did not reimburse but expedia could get me a credit , and that expedia nor united airlines did not charge , do not charge fees for cancellation as there is no reimbursement! So I immediately called my bank to cancel all transactions , I panicked and went on air Canada website and with flight assist booking number was able to cancel the ticket but the booking was made by Tim Brown from flightsassist so I saw on aircanada website it popped up the cancellation was going to that email . I never got any email from air Canada directly . When I called air Canada they the online agent just saw it was booked in my name and I was able to cancel, so she said I would not be able to be refunded , even though I said I was scammed . It was then that I cancelled my credit card and declared a fraud and the credit card launched a fraud investigation. . Within 10 days I got the fraudulent cancellation fees back charged by flightsassist which totalled 1158$ when they said it would be 749$ and that Expedia confirmed that there are no cancellation to put cause I could only get a credit with united airlines and no refund . So flightsassist lied about getting me a refund . Another important lie from flightsassist, Expedia found in my file that I requested a reimbursement cause I cancelled for medical reasons and so I had to supply a note from a doctor . This is a lie , I never said that , that I cancelled for medical reasons , I panicked yes , and flights assist never told me about their lie that I said I cancelled for medical reasons. So flightsassist said this and lied , all to get the 1158$ in cancellation from me or their lying way of doing business.

To note , very important, that Expedia said they never heard of FLIGHTSASSIST, Expedia do not do business with FLIGHTSASSIST, so FLIGHTSASSIST hack their way into expedia and airlines . So this is also for airlines who are hacked into their systems by flightsassist. Beware individuals and organizations airlines and other companies in travel , such as Expedia

Defrauded by Flightsassist of over $1500.00. Would have been more except Alaska Airiines caught their fraudent activity.
I inadvertently used this site and assured by their agent Aiden Key that my tickets were refundable. Emails to prove this claim.They were not and when I could not fly, I requested a refund and was sent email and told I would receive the money back to my card. It was not. When I contacted Flightsassist they said Certificates to Alaska Airlines were issued and used by me. Which was a lie.
I contacted Alaska and they notified me they had caught another couple using these certificates that had been issued to them by Flightsassist. They had to pay for their flight and Alaska confiscated the certificates. Flightsassist were crafty enough to break up my refund to multiple certificates and I was only able to get back 2/3 of my money. Do not use this company. They are a scam. Some people able to use because they steal from others, like a pyramid scheme.

Found out that this guy is a scammer! He screwed me out of 1300! When you try calling the number he gave you it does not go through.
