This is a scam they charged me $578 dollars without saying it. They pretended to be Frontier and helped me to book my flight also I don’t know how this company can used frontier rewards without being the airline?? THEY NEVER MENTIONED ADDITIONAL CHARGES BC THEY ACTED AS AN AIRLINE WORKER!!! SCAMMERS!!! THE “good” reviews that they have are FAKE!!

This organization operates as a scammer. They mislead consumers with web ads that look like airline customer service phone numbers, but instead redirect to their agents.
Our experience was typical. I looked up EVA AIR online and call the number that came up for support. I wanted to upgrade seats on a purchased flight to Bangkok. The flightsassist “agent” claimed he could do so and charged $900 for the upgrade. When we arrived for check-in at EVA AIR for the flight, they knew nothing about the upgrade or flightsassist. We called our flightsassist contact from the counter, and they refused to talk to the airline or provide us with any confirmation.
After the trip, and after several attempts to contact flightsassist — they offered us a coupon supposedly worth $350. But the agents phone number and email were disconnected and unresponsive from that point forward.
The New York State AG should prosecute them for these crimes.

Is there a “zero” star option? This company took, under false pretenses, $978.00 from me the night before my international flight. I hadn’t received a check-in email from my airline within the 48-24 hour timeframe so I googled “how to check in for ITA”. I clicked on the option that said “ITA airlines official site” but it was NOT the official site. It was Flightsassist. Once they had my flight number they were able to get my whole itinerary from the ITA system…down to my seat numbers. They told me then that I had a “pending payment issue” with this flight and if I didn’t pay them $978, immediately, my flight would be cancelled at midnight. Experts at preying on one’s emotional state, I paid it. I, stupidly, believed that this was maybe why I had not received a check-in email; also, because they knew my exact flight plan, I thought it was legit. We were leaving the next morning and I panicked that my flight was going to be canceled so I paid 😡
I am planning on contacting the BBB to write up a complaint and I have contacted VISA to make a fraud claim.
Do NOT use this company and always check the URL info when googling companies.

Misrepresent themselves as having a relationship with travel agencies where bookings originate. Pretend to pass you to the airline when really its just another person in their team of scammers. Do not give them money, go back to where you originally booked the ticket or the airline direct.
Also you can easily tell all these positive reviews are fake. Pretty substandard operation even for a bunch of scammers.

This place is 100% a SCAM!!!! They misrepresented themselves as MSC Cruise. They will have your booking info because they are a fraudulent company fronted as a travel agency. They charged me $450 for gratuities and only sent $128 to MSC and kept the rest as a "Service Fee" and then charged a $9.66 processing fee. They will not respond to any of my emails or calls.

Receiving a promised refund for flight services promised but never supplied was a hopeless proposition. We were assured numerous times that email confirmations would be supplied immediately, and refunds processed within 7 - 10 days but nothing was forthcoming.
The folks on the phone appear to take assumed names - we had Sandra Brown and her boss Ryan Gilbert. People using those names would answer the phone at any time of the day or night, promise anything, and never perform.
The matter was complicated by them routing our payment through some sort of associated company, traveljunction.co.uk, which also was of no help to us.
We were fortunate to have paid by Visa card and Visa was very good, and prompt, at covering our potential loss.
Now, all we have to worry about is what they might be doing with our personal information as they convinced us to send scans of our I.D. as a part of the purchase process.
Nightmare experience, travelers beware
I had a nightmare experience with Flightsassist travel agency and would not recommend it to any traveler. I spoke with a representative, Mr. King, for one hour and thirty minutes to discuss travel to Dubai in October 2024. During the discussion, I expressed my preference for business class travel, and Mr. King explained the difference between special fares and saver fares. I requested the Saver Fare based on its benefits. After pointing out that the price on the Emirates site was cheaper, Mr. King agreed to honor the price, and we booked the ticket. He mentioned that I would receive a call within an hour to select a seat on the flight, but I never received a call. When I contacted Emirates to select a seat, I was surprised to learn that I could not choose a seat due to the Special Fare ticket.
Upon calling Mr. King to address my concerns, my experience became a nightmare. I made over fifteen calls to the agency to rectify the matter. Mr. King became unprofessional, using a condescending tone, and, at one point, scolded me for speaking to another team member instead of him. On one occasion, he even sent me an email with all capitalized letters.
I spoke with more than ten associates at the travel agency to rectify the issue. I requested to speak with a manager, who was also challenging to reach. Finally, I talked to Edward, the manager, who listened patiently and said he would call me back with an update that never happened.
After numerous calls and unpleasant interactions with Flightsassist associates, I received a small refund, but the ticket was never upgraded to a Saver Fare, which would have cost an additional $1,548.
I sent a complaint letter to the company address in New York City, as listed on the website that was returned as non-existent. I also wrote a complaint on the website and received a call from Jeffrey in customer relations, who provided lip service, stating, "I'm feeling very bad this happened to you," but never took concrete action to resolve my horrific experience.
Travelers, beware of this "company." There are multiple travel agencies to choose from, avoiding this one.

SCAM. I tried to call Swiss Air and get wheelchair assistance. Google sent me to these folks at flight assist. "Charlie" told me I owed another $360 in taxes and fees. I gave him my credit card, but I was looking at it the entire time... it didn't look like I owed any money! I called Swiss Air. I DON'T owe them any more money. Please do not do business with these people. How is this allowed???

I googled Royal Caribbean for customer service and got a number which I called. I wanted to upgrade my room on a upcoming reservation. The person had all my information and said it would cost 568.40 to upgrade and he would need my credit card. I called another number for Royal Caribbean to confirm my upgrade and they said they had no upgrade and never heard of this company and I needed to dispute the charges with my credit card, which I did. Bank of America denied my claim because flights assist had non-refundable and non-disputable on their receipt. We are Senior citizens on a limited income and being scammed out of this money is very devastating.

Thought I was speaking with west jet - they charged my card $1500 - no ticket. No flight. No refund. Spend 5 months arguing with banks and Mastercard.
Even though they admitted I should get refund and emailed saying refund is being processed- they went back on this 3 months later.
Horrible experience and loads of stress.

Do not do any business with Flightsassist. We tried to call our airline, TAP Air Portugal, and were connected to Flightsassist instead. We wanted to change our flights and were told we needed to cancel the whole trip and book new tickets with Flightsassist. They promised a refund of $2539.80, but we never received a refund and Flightsassist is denying any responsibility for the refund. Furthermore, the original flights were never cancelled. Be aware before sharing your credit card details to this company and allways ask first the name of the company as they use to pretend themselves as a cruise line now a days. Flightsassist is now doing Scam with huge number of US Customers in the name of Branded Cruise Lines like Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Princess Cruise, Disney Cruise etc. never make a deal with them because if you dont give money they will cancel your bookings once they have your booking details so dont ever share your details. I Came to know they are in India one of their Employee personally called me and i disputed the transactions with my bank.
