I was having problems checking an extra suitcase.
I was having a problem adding a bag on my return flight. Simple step, righ? But nothing is easy when it comes to technology sometimes. Raymond Scott was helpful, patient, and with great communication skills during the entire ordeal. He explained in simple English about fees on top of the fees work. I didn't agree with the fees, but his service was always courteous and respectful. With customer service members like Raymond, it brings a fresh air to travel situations that are already stressful. I greatly appreciated his assistance. Raymonf is a great asset to Frontier Airlines.

Do not use flight assist!!!! My father tried searching a number for Carnival cruise line to make a payment on an existing booking. He got this number which was actually for flight assist. They told him that $700 would need to be paid in order to keep his booking. He explained he only wanted to pay $500. This man was rude kept yelling that he would cancel his trip. After almost an hour of arguing with Sam Connor he agreed to the $500 payment. This never went toward his existing trip and they booked him for a separate trip. I know he has learned his lesson. I am just so upset since he does not travel often and has never had to do anything like this on his own. We are in works with getting a refund.
Do not work with this company!
