This company is a scam. They Represented themselves as Disney Cruise Line. Charged an excessive amount to change names on cruise due to a family medical issue. Do not use them.

Matt Short the best rep. This company will thrive with him.
So initially I called in in regards about my flight itinerary. The first time I called it was terrible service, the first customer representative was very vague and didn’t give me any sense of direction when I explained I was confused about the information I was given. Fortunately I called a second time to get the answers I was looking for and a new customer rep answered the Phone named Matt Short. That individual did wonders and helped me with my confusion, very communicative and did not hesitate in explaining to me the information in detail. Perfect customer rep truly it’s individuals like him that make a difference in Airline purchases.
I’m giving this 4/5 stars simply because that initial call experience was terrible.
