Don't trust this company, all positive reviews are probably bots.
Not a real company, scammer. I called Air Canada initially but was intercepted by this false company stating to be Air Canada, charged me for a name change. I filed a dispute with my bank months ago but no updates so I want the company to take action themselves asap. Email confirmation dates back to August 8th, 2023 and there still hasn't been any action taken.
Update as of Nov 9 2023:
Email thread has been started, they emailed back on Nov 4th 2023 stating that my case has been forwarded to the concerned department and that someone will reach out asap. Nobody has reached out as of yet.
They even emailed me asking me to take this review down and replace it with a positive one, which is so insane for a company that hasn't refunded me yet.
Update as of Nov 19th, 2023:
Still no refund, disputed it with my bank but it shouldn't take this long for a bank to process so I reached out to Flightsassist yet again but no response.
Please don't get duped by this fraudulent company, you shouldn't be charged at all to make a name change on a flight ticket.

Flight Assist Perpetuated a Scam
Our BA flight was postponed to London because an engine would not start. BA told us to find a hotel for the night in New York and call BA in the morning. When I called, what appeared to be a BA number off the internet, I talked to Clifford Bell at Flight Assist. He told me the flight had been cancelled and I would need to buy a new ticket. His claim was a lie. I bought two new ticket from Mr. Bell at the cost of $ 7,700. When we got to BA at JFK they told me that our original flight had not been cancelled and did not need another ticket. I have spent two months trying to get our money back from Mr. Bell and Flight Assist. It turns out they perpetuated a scam. They lied to us! Please do not trust Mr. Bell and Flight Assist.
As a company, Flight Assist should tell the Truth and act as a Moral/Trusted agency rather than liars and scam artists.

JetBlue has some real conscientious employees . Mr Charles is an asset to Jet blue. He has gone above and beyond
Well. My friend came from New York and her flight was as delayed three times. She was promised a voucher that did not come via email as specified.
I called the airline and Got Mr Charles who helped us clear things up. At this time he has booked her a flight and I am waiting on the ticket via email.

I had a very complicated problem. Charles spent more than 2 hours on the phone with me, patiently working to reroute me to my Rome Italy destination. I appreciated his calm assistance. He even stayed on the phone with me in the JFK terminal, to be sure I arrive at the right check in desk and to the gate.

Predatorial company
Got charged extra for ticket exchange, sends email with small print that states "This charge of ticket is nonrefundable and non-disputable with your bank in any scenario". Do not answer. Predatorial. Stay away.
I see the answer but where do I contact you? I already did email info at flightassist and patrick at flightsassist
UPDATE: spoke to customer service after posting my complaint and no answers from emails. I had a good discussion, requested for better training of the agents and happy to have the voucher for future travels. Much appreciated
