Just had a full service carried out today. Very efficient from start to finish from friendly reception staff to the technician who carried out the service. Kept informed of the additional work required and the costs by phone and sent helpful videos with full details shown on the final invoice.The vehicle had also been valeted when I collected it. I would most certainly recommend.

So thankful I came across this garage after mistakenly taking my car to a moron who claimed he could do the work needed, Amazing bunch of people nothing was too much trouble Asif is a legend and would not give up till the problem was found and fixed.....FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH.

Since many people read poor reviews first hence my one star review.
I had read some poor reviews as well with some complaints that they felt additional unnecessary jobs were found so i was a bit apprehensive.
I've just had my first visit to Five star autocentre for Gold service (ecceeding skoda dalerships ) & first mot for my Skoda Superb L&K 4×4 which is almost out of warranty.
I made the unusual request to have the old parts saved simply for my own curiosity as to their condition.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and said its no problem.
Service and mot was done at time promised with no additional work added and old parts wrapped & in car which had been washed.
My numer plate should have caused mot failure but mechanic simply removed offending screw & cover with no charge or issue.
I can only go by my own experience.
I would not hesitate in recommending this garage and if I'm visiting Huddersfield next year will certainly book next mot & service with them.

A fantastic garage👍 I phoned them Friday, dropped ithe car off Monday, got a call Monday afternoon explaining what the problem was, how much it was going to be & it would be finished by Thursday. I had to leave the car with them. I got a call Tuesday saying the parts had arrived & they were on with it.
I got the car back on Wednesday a day early. It even looked like they'd washed it👍

I had my mini in for a timing chain replacement. I can not fault any of the workmanship and how helpful Asif and his staff were, the time off turning the job around was brilliant and beat the time they said it would ready. Thank you all and would recommend where ever I can.

Never heard of the garage until car had to be towed there. Kept in touch by text or phone call from car arriving via RAC to saying the car was ready. Absolutely spot on service which is a rarerity these days.

I was recommend to use Five Star Autos. I can say from on set genuinely overwhelmed from start to finish. They provided me a main dealer service with our a main dealer price tag.
My Audi e-tron required some repairs. They fitted me in and provided a free loan car so that I would not be inconvenienced. They had assured me genuine parts were used and all work was guaranteed for 12 month. Speaking to Laurie and Ali the master technician. I felt at ease and was explained to what my car had and needed in the next 12 month. Genuine I feel I have a garage to go to from know on refreshing from a main dealer alternative. Prices very competitive.

Unlocked my car one morning to go to work, the headlights came on straight away so I knew there was something wrong, the doors wouldn't unlock or mirrors open out, but the boot unlocked. RAC took my car to this garage and reassured me they are really good and all the workers at RAC take their cars here. So to hear the poor man working so hard on my car was absolutely baffled to what the problem was caused me concern, he persisted and with a great amount of patience and hard work found the problem - the rear washer pipe had been leaking causing corrosion of the harness plugs. Although this was a costly repair I'm so grateful for all the hard work and really appreciate the efforts. We now have a 1 year warranty with the garage and a nice added bonus they kindly vacced and washed our car! The lovely admin ladies stayed in contact updating us on the car throughout. Will definitely be returning here in the future. Amazing service. Thanks again!

I recently took my 4 year old Mercedes in for faulty Fuel gauge problem that turned out to be a very complex issue . The team were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process.
Mohammed went above and beyond expectations to solve my issue , which he did.
I have nothing but praise for the way this business worked to solve my issue and would highly recommend them .

Used this garage for first time. Booked in my v.w golf in for repairs. I had only purchased the car 5 months ago. Selling dealer had provided me a spare key but didn’t not program to the vehicle. Five star had managed to program the key for me which saved me a lot of money thank going to the main dealer. Thank you for you help and support

I have found this company to be reliable. Been using them over 10 years. Nothing bad to say just positives. Always professional and nothing too much trouble.

Very expensive and was charged for work that did not need doing ( brake fluid and wheel alignment ) they missed out topping up the coolant ! and also a knocking noise from rear suspension should have been picked up on "road test " was missed !

Top marks for being highly professional and providing outstanding service from start to finish. Booked online and when I arrived next morning all paperwork was ready to hand. Had a quick chat about the job which was a full service and a mot. A fixed price quote was given and I was told exactly what would be done. I left the car and went up to Greenhead Park for the morning. I was told of so some advisories on the tyres and was told they were not essential at this moment in time and that I should keep a check on them in about 6 months. From my own experience I would absolutely recommend them to all.
