I booked my car in for a silver service and a free health check. My car needed a lot of repairs and the lady on the phone was great. She explained each repair to me, which ones were absolutely necessary and which ones could wait a little while and even offered me a payment plan for the repairs. I was kept up to date throughout the day and my car was ready for 5pm despite it needing a lot more work than originally planned. It’s like a new car! Everyone on reception was friendly and chatty. Paying and completing forms for the car was quick and simple. I would 100% recommend 5star Autocentre to anyone wanting a friendly and welcoming experience. I even got a free valet on my car! I’ll definitely be back in.

Best place in Huddersfield to take your car for a MOT and service. The customer service is 5 stars. Everyone is absolutely lovely and they call you regarding any updates at all times! 100% recommend using any of their services if you want your car to be looked after by great people. Will only ever take my car to them!

Five star diagnosed the issue and were able to resolve it same day, they also pointed out that my battery was running flat so sorted that out too. And my car was fully cleaned and valeted! Great communication throughout the day and a really friendly team. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to take my car.

Had a clutch change on my van, which requires removal of subframe. This has the potential to knock the steering wheel off centre which it did indeed do. In spite of this tried to charge me extra for re aligning. Alignment and centring was perfect prior to clutch change. Denied it was anything to do with work done and said it must have been misaligned beforehand (it wasn’t)..

What a service my partner and i have received. My partner dealt with the staff and not only met friendly staff but also felt reassured the work would be done in a particular time frame. The car was returned in a prestine condition including an interior and exterior wash. Definitely be returning, car is in need of a service. Watch this space.

The customer service is excellent, particularly in the way you are kept informed about any problems, costs, etc. I have used this garage for around 6 years and never had any problems with the work. Cars are valeted after a service and whoever does the work should get an immediate pay rise because his work is quite exceptional. It prompted this review.

I recently took delivery of a tailgate and delighted with the superb all round service i received from Fivestar Autos Ipswich the tailgate was delivered a day early and in mint condition . i was fortunate to come across Fivestar autos online and would recommend this reputable company .

Recently took my Nissan in for a timing chain replacement. After paying £1330 I received my car back with a warning light on and still a buzzing sound coming from the engine. After informing Asif and returning the car for inspection all I got a phone call saying a further repair was needed for the sum of £1000 for a cam repair despite them missing this on the diagnostic! A warranty means nothing here as they will use every excuse in the book to dodge repairing your car. If you like paying a fortune to have your car returned in a worse state than you sent it then this is the place for you!

Absolutely amazing team…manager Emma is a super star couldn’t have got through my day without her help. All 3 girls on reception Lucy Emma and Sharon are wonderful..thanks to the mechanics for all their help today very much appreciated and would highly recommend 😀

I had booked my vehicle for a service and I explained that I had a few bad experiences with other garages such as K...F.., where the organisation carried out a service on my vehicle and stated that they had changed certain parts (spark plugs) but actually they did not. Five start showed me with the parts that they were going to change and once the service was completed the shown me the old parts to provided evidence to the work carried out.

Best customer service I have experienced in this industry and at a reasonable price.

I brought my car to Five star auto centre after having a recommendation from an RAC mechanic who came to rescue me. From my very first phone call I knew that I was in good hands. Emma was friendly professional and explained everything. I’ve had a new battery fitted, aircon sorted and an investigation for a rattle which another garage couldn’t diagnose. Everything was explained, the work was done professionally and they even went out of their way to chase up a warranty claim which saved me £300.
I will always bring my car back in the future. This garage is a breath of fresh air and I’m so glad I found them.
