Absolutely amazing service all round
Absolutely amazing service all round. Picked up this garage on a Google search after our Renault car was sitting in an official Renault garage for over a week and they did nothing with it. We gave them a call and had a call back from Emma who from very reassuring. They got us an appointment for the Monday and fixed it the same day, updated us throughout. They also discovered and fixed a few other issues which the main dealer had missed on a full service only a few months earlier. Highly recommend this garage. Thank you Five Star you've made our family Christmas super. Keep up the good work!

Excellence throughout.
From start to finish, my experience with using Five Star was brilliant. They got me booked in very quickly over the Xmas period, and kept in touch throughout the day letting me know how things were progressing. My car was ready very quickly, and had even been washed and cleaned. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable - this was my first time using them and I’ll be a returning customer from now on.

After breaking down - not the best experience. Emma from Five Star Autocentre gave me a call Whilst waiting to be towed. She sent me a breakdown of what my car was going to cost me and the work that needed to be carried out. The garage fixed my car swiftly and kept me informed. I felt that the prices were very competitive. They cleaned the car and Hoovered it out. It smelled wonderful, like new.
Everyone was super friendly and cared about the business they run. If one good thing is to come out of a bad is that I found a good garage that can service BMW.
