Fitlearn 

Am pretty disappointed with Fitlearn. The site clearly states that it is an online course which turns out to be two textbooks that you have to read and then do online assessments. There are supposed to be online videos that don't seem to exist. The social media team don't respond to the live chat option they have on their Facebook however, when I submit a question (often a very simple question like where do I find X) to their online tutor support only to be told I have to book a call with a tutor which adds another 48hours to the process. The one time I spoke to a tutor, they hadn't even looked at the query I submitted. Unfortunately, I will have to go to another company to become a Personal Trainer so have wasted a lot of money with Fitlearn.

An absalute pleasure to deal with, Kate provided me with all the infomation i needed when i was unsure of what course would suit me best, she even offered to phone me to go through everything in detail, I was a bit worried about starting something new but with their guidance, i have now signed up to do the elite diploma and I can’t wait to get going, if you are unsure of anything I’m pretty sure the team will guide you every step of the way

I've just finished my Personal Training Qualification with FitLearn, And I have to say I enjoyed the course, and learnt a lot. Kate was very helpful and replied back to my questions very quickly with detail.
I would highly recommend FitLearn to anyone that has a passion for fitness and would like to achieve a Level 3 PT Qualification.
I will defiantly be studying more courses with FitLearn in the near future.
So thanks to Kate & the People at FitLearn for the time and help.

I am a current level 2 student with Fit learn, i am currently coming to the end off my course and i would like to say for anyone who is wanting to seek a great online course; is to do it with Fit learn, there support is quick and helpful, along with the layout which is really easy to understand. I would like to give a special thanks to Katie Hope who has been my tutor throughout my course and she's been very supportive and a great help also too me.This is why i will definitely be staying with fit learn for my next course, in the future. I must admit when I first put my order in with Fitlearn I had some slight reservations as they seemed to be a fairly new company and their prices were cheaper than many of their rivals.

However all my worries were put the rest when the learning materials arrived and I attended a training day; they are a very professional company, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into the fitness industry.

My tutor, Kate, has been superb throughout my learning, always available to answer questions.

All in all a very good experience and I will no doubt return for CPD, or a Lvl4 course in the near future.

All course materials came so quickly. Excellent customer service-I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I found the course very informative and effective.
I didn`t like that all of the information wasn`t included in the text books, but it only took a bit of research to fill in the blanks.
The system for getting in contact with my tutor was great, and they never tried to push me off the phone, always wanting me to have all of the information I required to progress.
The 1 thing I didn`t like was the £143 for the certificate that wasn`t mentioned clearly when I signed up

Cannot recommend fitlearn enough. Do it all in your free time and at your own pace. Support on hand whenever you need it. Response to questions is quick and helpful. Highly recommended attending additional training days they are really beneficial!

My review of the course so far has to be nothing but a positive experience. For those who work long hours, or even just work and cannot afford to take weeks or months off to pursue a professional qualification, then look no further. Having the opportunity to work at your pace, have as much support as you require and the ability to speak to someone for advice is invaluable. Don't be put off by those who think on line courses are a waste of time or money. With the 20 hours shadowing at the local gym, you realise very quickly that what you are learning will equip you adequately to get started. You will find it hard to match the prices for courses, and the material supplied is excellent quality. Having competed my hours at the local sports centre, It had already been suggested there is a job for me should I wish to take it. Please do consider the course of this is your option to gain a qualification, even speak to the sales team, who have been great in offering me advice of what to choose once this course is completed.

An absolutely amazing experience as of far on the Level 3 Personal trainer Diploma which ive purchased with a whole combined package from the Level 4 Elite PT package. This course provides perfect resources that have in-depth information. I love being able to take online exams and the different assessments you have to conduct truly provide an easy process.

May I say, Kate is a phenomenal tutor who answers every question in detail and even spans off to offer more elements to consider that you, yourself may not have considered beforehand when it comes to an assessment.
