Disgraceful Scam
Repeated removal from portal, no response from tutors for 6 months. Have now just had an email stating that instead of giving us until the 1st July 2019 to complete anything the date has been brought forward and there's now no access to the student portal or anything. The website however still states the 1st July. Lost a years worth of work. So disappointed and have no clue on what to do now!

What a joke, emailed constant time no replies at all. the following email address they ask to contact (fitlearnassessments@gmail)

They have messed with peoples live’s and their hard earned money. i am unable to work now as i was dependent on getting my Level 3 PT qualification.

I am in the same boat as everyone else it seems. I have been receiving all the emails about liquidation and that I only have until the 1st July to complete my course. I am not going to be able to complete the whole level 3 section in under 2 months, as I have been doing this along a full time job. If I knew I would have had so little time to complete the course, I would never have signed up and paid. I have sent a few emails enquiring about a refund and I really hope to hear back, but reading all these reviews, i'm not sure if I will. Keeping my fingers crossed as it's a lot of money and time lost otherwise.

can't access the learning portal, it's just blank after signing in. We were told it would be open until July. Also the emails I send are returned unknown address.

How can we claim our money back from the liquidators? I am still paying hefty monthly finance for my course and have not chance to complete before July.

All I would like is to be able to access the learning portal so I can at least finish the exams. My login is not working and hasn’t been for weeks. Please respond......

Well that was a great way to waste a…
Well that was a great way to waste a few quid. Seemed a little strange when all of a sudden there is massive discount if I paid out full after agreeing to make monthly payments. So, of coarse I decided to take the discounted rate believing I would save in the long run. Not only to find out around a week or to later that the company is going into liquidation.... ha ha silly me! Well lesson learnt I believe. If it sounds to good to be true, then maybe.... just maybe it is. Refund would be lovely. If anybody manages to get one, give me a shout. Thanks.
Bad to Worse !!
I just found out that Fitlearn will be announcing their voluntary insolvency shortly.
Their web site should be updated soon to give details of how to make enquiries about refunds etc. I had to contact Muscle Works Gym at Enfield to find out that the training days to be held there have been cancelled. Big thanks to the staff at Muscle Works for their help. Good luck everyone.

Offering a generous 2* here in the hope that you reply to me on here as my emails are so far being ignored.
Can you please provide an update on the current situation? I understand it must be difficult with the change of ownership but I feel very in the dark at this moment in time. And it is apparent I am not on my own on this.
I am eager to continue my studies and submit my work for assessment however I am very concerned with what has been going on and the lack of information you are providing. I do not want to invest more time or money into something that has shown little evidence of being nothing short of a scam.
Hopefully you can provide us with some reassurance as to what is going on and the legitimacy of your company. I am willing to be patient to an extent so long as the end result of being a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer is still something you can offer?
I sincerely hope you are making the progress you claim to be and this will be resolved soon. However if you are unable to provide me with any evidence of yourselves being able to offer the services you promised when I signed up with FitLearn, you leave me (us) no choice to but start the process of disputing the payment under Section 75 of the Customer Credit Act.

The whole set up is run by scammers. I have been unable to speak to anyone regarding my course. I have instead received 2 emails informing me that the previous directors had left the company and the new director is looking for a buyer of the business. The truth is there was only one director and her name was Carol McKay. She resigned on 8th April 2019 and was replaced by Neil Debenham. The two people who left according to the emails being sent out are Scott Wolfe and Katie Hope who were both convicted of running an online nutrition course scam, netting them £225,000. Wolfe admitted to 6 criminal charges and they both await sentence in May. At Norwich Crown Court they admitted fraudulent trading through two companies called British Nutrition Council Ltd and International Distance College Ltd which traded as The Nutrition School.
Wolfe, who goes by several aliases, including Lord Scott Austin, Scott Cameron and Scott McKay, was also charged with forgery by faking a document in 2015 claiming to be from the Department of Health. Wolfe was charged on two other counts of transferring criminal property. He moved more than £98,000 out of a bank account belonging to International Distance College to his own account in 2016. On a second occasion later that year he transferred another £10,000. Some of the money was moved overseas to an account in Mauritius.
More recently Wolfe and Hope have been involved with a new company in Lowestoft called FitLearn Ltd which offers personal training courses at the Enterprise Park.
They are not directors or shareholders in the firm but Wolfe has promoted himself as the “founder” of the Norwich-registered company. In a video on YouTube published in September last year, Wolfe gives viewers a tour of the FitLearn base, driving there in a Lamborghini. And in an advert taken out by FitLearn in this newspaper last year Wolfe states he is personal trainer and an “expert in the field of fat loss” as well as the founder of FitLearn.
The advert says he has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years, including appearing on Sky TV as a personal trainer. Hope is listed as a personal trainer and tutor in the advert.

Started the course near to the end needed advice and support only to find out the directors have gone, and I can’t get on to my portal also nobody answering phones. Total waste I have lost my money feel very upset.Totally discusting.

Just dont do it. Find somewhere else. Ive been completing their courses for nearly a year. My tutor left. We got an email saying theyre selling up. No tutorial support.
Ive contacted them six times no response.
Ive spent so much money and im so upset by this

I DON'T recommend them. The communication doesn't work.They read the message 8-10 days later but they don't send an answer.
They promise "14 days money back guarantee" but they don't willing refund the price of my courses. (£299.99) because I opened the first lesson. I have a right to try the product and if I don't satisfied I can ask a refund. I asked them more times,please refund to me the money but after the first rejection I never got an answer and they didn't refund for me my paid money.I never meet with same or similar bad service.

Im pretty worried I have just paid my course and wont receive any certification.
I have been waiting for my level 2 feedback since March. They said it will take them 28 days. Still no reply, I have paid for certification. No reply for email. I did give them a call couple of times in a past few weeks, they did answer the phone and I have been told to give my details and they will be in touch with me shortly. Obviously nothing has happened still. I did try to call them today, the phone is cut off. Im so worried...

Not happy
One year of work and exams, now I can't log in, i have called countless times to be told I will get a call back....no call.
My tutor left and I have no contact details for the new one.
I email the support email address repeatedly with no reply.
Frustrated is not the word! But fitlearn can still email to ask for more money for training days though!??!!
Yes I received your email filled with lies. You give an email address for us for support yet I email and it bounces back as not found. Your a bunch of thieves who have stolen from people who are trying to better their lives. You should be ashamed

I paid in full for the personal trainer leave 3 course back in February and now have been told I have until July to complete the course as the company has gone into administration. They’re refusing to refund me, and the directors have been found guilty of running fake online courses.
It started so well..
So to begin with I had a good experience.
I decided on this course as I had had problems with a previous employer scamming me out of money.
I have a degree and just needed to get the level 3 certificate piece of paper and didn’t want to spend £1000s as that’s what I went to uni for!
Didn’t expect to learn much, however, the course content was actually really good.
Sent off my level 2 documents and waited 28 days, no certificate.. emailed and eventually got a response saying they’d received my certificate and I should have it the next day but I could submit and pay for my level 3 anyway.
It’s been 2 week, no level 2 certificate, nothing about my level 3..
I read up about FitLearn before starting my course and it seemed legit. Now i’m Not sure.
All I want is the certificate, they can scrap their CPD.
Fed up of no reply. But they seem active on here so you never know.
Hopefully I get a reply and the 2 stars doesn’t become a 1...
