Does anyone have the drop box info or how we can access ours? I don’t seem to have the link anymore, no responses from fitlearn. I just need to upload my final assessments.
I have spoke to the NCFE about a certificate and they don’t have my name on the register. I would suggest for people to ring and see if there name is on. I do know a few people are not on it.

There seems to be more said that Leading.uk are also part of the scam and linked to the same people who have been done for fraud.

Has anyone received a reply from Fitlearn regarding the student portal!? I’m really stressed out almost on the brink of tears! Lol. All I have to do is upload my L3 material. I’ve finished paying for the course. I don’t even want to think about the money and time I’ve invested into this company. Hopefully it’s a glitch and the website will be up and running again. However, if it doesn’t can we not sue?

I have passed my level 2, I just needed to pay for the certificate and now my account is suspended! I have finished my level 3, I just need to send it all in and pay for this certificate too. I was told we would have until the 1st of July to complete by Fitlearn and NFCE confirmed they were providing certificates until the end of July. So stressed out with it all, I've worked so hard! If anyone has any info can you please share. Thanks.

I have uploaded my video assessment but have had no reply and now cannot access my portal. I have passed my LAP and completed payment information for my certificate...
So frustrating! I just want an email reply to put my mind at ease and explain the current situation and when I will receive my video feedback!
Account suspended this morning....GGRRRRR!!!
Account suspended this morning despite being up to date with all payments and being advised previously we had until 1st July to submit as assignments! I've emailed the contractor and requested this is remedied today as I need to upload everything and pay my certificate fee (which I would rather pay directly to the Awarding Body - has anyone does this?? ) Fingers crossed they get our accounts back online ASAP. Does anyone have the Dropbox info for me to upload my video final to next week??

Just submitted a my work through Dropbox link and minutes later most of us receiver an email that none of the work will be assessed.

I had passed my level 2 and received the certification. The support was very good up until then..
On Sunday I filmed my L3 assesment video and went online to upload it.. before that I had to pay £90 certification fee.. I had a problem with Dropbox so ended up not uploading the video on Sunday and tried again today.. and all I am getting is ACCOUNT SUSPENDED message when I'm trying to enter the portal..
Fortunately I have the drop box link saved so was able to upload it there .. but no idea if anyone will have a look at that..
It does give me a little bit of hope that when I emailed the assesments Gmail account about the upload format of the LAP document earlier in the day they got back to me straight away..
I am really really hoping all will turn out fine as I put so much time and effort into this course :(
Just waiting for my Level 3 certificate!
Like a lot of the others on here, I have passed and I am just waiting for my Level 3 certificate to be posted to me. I have been offered jobs which I cannot take as I don't have the certification for insurance.
I feel like honest, fee paying students are being punished here for something that is completely out of their control. A generic email is sent whenever you ask about time frames. Frustrated is an understatement.

I was under the impression we would have access until 1st July but this doesn't seem to be the case. Not feeling hopeful having read the other reviews on here since the company went into liquidation.
Level 3 certificate
I submitted my Level 3 and passed it on 21 March 2019 straight after the company failed, I sent like 300 emails, they keep delaying saying that an external company will review the assessments at the end of August. I'm only waiting for my certificate to be sent, I paid everything and this is the worse company ever. They keep passing the ball each other and nobody can give you answers. I will contact a lawyer

Can anyone confirm that it is worth completing the Level 2 & Level 3?Has anyone had any response from Fit learn or the "contractor" after submitting your work? I also had a confirmation from NCFE saying that we have until 1 July to complete Level 2 & Level 3 but I am still hesitant to pay more money if there is no response to emails or if nobody has received their certificate!

Just found out that my certificate for level 2 has been sent to FitLearn since 17.04. (confirmed by NCFE). However, I haven't received it.
I have been advised to contact Neil directly since this was before the contractor took over.
Emails in this matter being ignored by FitLearn.

My work for level 3 sent to the contractor about 3 weeks ago...no feedback yet. When you ask for timeframes all you get is we assess work asap - wonder if anyone actually had their work assessed at all since the contractor is in?

Hi I am in the same boat as Sophie, I have signed up for FitLearn PT and doing the direct debits to Omni finance. I have never been to Citizens Advice before so wondering what form is that I have to pickup and what is it called? Can I download it online?
Company gone into LIQUIDATION
Absolutely shocking.
The company are in Liquidation. I signed up for £399 Level 2 & 3 course. They said I had up to a year to complete the course. I also wanted to cancel immediately after I signed up, as I felt I couldn't give the time to this course as I would have hoped. I was told over the phone I couldn't cancel, later I found out I did have a 14day cancellation period. Omni Finance Capital explains it is an unsecured agreement and regardless I have to pay monthly the instalments, irrespective that the company is in liquidation. They won't give you your money back.
Citizens Advice explained you need to write to the company. If anyone is having the same issues, you need to write a letter to Fitlearn Ltd 83 - 87 Pottergate, Norwich, England, NR2 1DZ this is their office address that is registered now to companies house. The company number is 10632304 and the Director of the company is Neil Debenham. There is a template for this letter on Citizens Advice and send the letter via recorded post. (you can google Letter to cancel a contract that's been breached citizens advice) in order to find the template.
The email addresses are useless as is Leading UK who are managing their Liquidation. They are just receptionists working the phones.
The only solution for right now are two factors. On the leading UK's page with regards to the liquidation, there is an unbold debt form which you can fill in and email to them to add you on the creditors' list. No idea if this is beneficial but worth a try. The 2nd factor is to complain to the Financial Ombudsman and record a complaint towards Omni Capital Finance. Section 75 of Credit Act 1974 should really be supporting our situation which the company proclaims it does not help us in any shape. I logged mine and expect to hear back within the next 4weeks.. I paid via finance for the course. Contacted the finance company and they said I must still pay, its not there problem. I just cancelled the Direct Debit. Think I lost about £150.
My mate paid £700 via debit card. He contacted his bank, Santendar, they sent him forms to fill out.
Took about 3-4 weeks, but he got his £700 back via the bank.
If anyones trying to get money back... CONTACT YOUR BANK!

Anybody giving this company more than 1 star must be financially involved it's a sham,I signed up and cancelled during the 14 day cooling off period over the phone the guy i spoke to said he had done it yet days later I recieve marketing emails which I found odd so I emailed asking for confirmation of cancellation as I had not received anything (no reply), I tried to call (nobody ever answers) then the missed payment emails start popping up even though I cancelled in the 14 day cooling off period and then I found out they have ceased trading,the strangest thing though is the fact they accepted my initial sign up and had a bulk payment offer running days prior to their closure,this isn't acceptable and obviously a devious attempt to take people's money for doing what looks like nothing judging from some of the other reviews,imagine I actually wanted to stay on do they think a July deadline is enough time for a person who signed up to an online (do in your own time) course in may when there website stated 365 day access to complete the course.

I received my genuine certificate and am now REPs registered; when things were working, everything was above board! My L3 however, is sat in a pile somewhere with the rest of yours :-(

Horrific service
Purchased a combined L2/3/4 course over a year ago and have been steadily working through numerous versions of the course which was changed 4 times!
To find that around 2 months ago I could no longer access my online portal, no email response from the tutors or sales team when I called, constant fob offs. After hearing the recent news that student scan submit their work before 1st July I wonder how many of us are in the same boat with no access to our online portal?

To those of you attempting to contact the new assessor but finding the email address doesn't work ; I have been in contact with the liquidation company and it turns out the original email address sent to us was incorrect. They have updated it on their website but have not been in contact with students to let them know of this change. The updated version is .com rather than co.uk.
I'll reserve judgement for now in regards to the rationale for not contacting students directly to make them aware..
