Proper shit bulgiarlan company i got 1500€ credit paid for 4months like 700€ and still i done early repayments and still paid 1500€ the shittesr company ever fck them all

I had 1 loan with them and I Paid on…
I had 1 loan with them and I Paid on time, but when I needed a loan again I applied then was declined.
I checked my credit score and was Ok, because I manage to get a loan with other company.
Ferratum will only lend you once and thats it.

The debit card is EXTREMELY unreliable
The debit card is EXTREMELY unreliable. It is refused in most shop and ATM even in Europe.
The app security makes it slow, unpractical and when you most need it impossible to reach.
I’ve had payment refused in shop but still taken out of my account a day later.
every time a payment or withdraw fail (9 out of 10) the transaction arrears as windrowed and then put back a few days later on the bank statement but the IN-OUT amount are slightly different of a few cent (I don’t get it). My statement are very very messy, impossible to check if what is realy coming in and out of my account.

No help for existing customers unless you pay DOUBLE the loan amount
I tried to get ferratum to accept a reduced payment but they wouldn't accept it unless I double the price of my original loan!
Very un reasonable and I will never use this company again for short term financial help
I will taking this to the next stage with a complaint

Reasonable & quick though could impeovw wit online
This company is fairly straight forward to use & apply with however the website is too basic & no help to exsisting customers. Why? When logging in the process is lengthy, the one time log in is needed everytime & can take a while. When logged in your account info is very basic with no way to check current ballance or scedule of payments. Customer service is helpful but again can belengthy in getting throughif trying to phone them 7.5/10

Beware!!
This company is a real nightmare.
Despite agreeing a payment plan with them and paying on time everytime they sent their debt collectors CRS after me.
CRS claimed there was no payment plan and claimed Ferratum had not received any funds.
No matter how bad your situation DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Probably not enough liquidity for all the risky microcredits Ferratum gives out at high interest rates. All my outbound wire transfers took three days to actually process; and all the inbound payments actually took close to two weeks to post in the account, as the bank was ‘verifying’ the legitimacy and requesting additional documentation to substantiate the funds -- intentionally slowly, without any explanation as to why it’s taking this long). My experience with Ferratum was terrible; I highly recommend to stay away from this bank.

Higher repayments are common for short-term loan products, and this is because the loan is unsecured, which means there is a greater 'risk' to the lender. We do however always strive to make repayment and interest figures as clear as possible, so our customers know exactly how much they will repay.

Very easy to apply,money received quickly and easy to pay off early.Just applied and was accepted for the credit line facility which i think is fab.
