I applied for a loan yesterday which was accepted and funds to be paid within 2 hours.Today my money still had not been paid into my account. I contacted Ferratum and was told my loan application had been declined!! Would not recommend to anyone!

Stay Away! As mentioned in all the actual real reviews.- stay well clear of this 'company' its more a case of 2 people in a bedroom trying to scam people. Its been 2 weeks I've been trying to get in touch the phone will never be answered nor will any emails. Theres clearly something not right and DO NOT BUY INTO the fake reviews...

Fetratum have took a payment of £428 yesterday to repay my loan in full but have taken the payment twice!!!!!!!!! Tried to call them twice today but they are shut until Monday this has left me overdrawn for the weekend and I was suppose to be going away for the weekend with partner , I now can’t go as this double Payement has left me overdrawn ... I now have charges from my bank and have had to miss out on my weekend away because of their error absolutely fuming

A now former client, who had used Ferratum NZ on several occasions and NEVER defaulted, usually paying back loans early. Over past couple of months have had massive issues with the website and loans have been declined. Used to be an excellent lender, but would not touch them any more.

If you are looking for a loan online Ferratum is the first company that appears you are eligible for. Without my consent they was doing a hard search on my credit files...and it was not only once. Awful lender!!! They only damage your credit score!!!

Couldn't pass from the registration process. Done the ID verification, but was unable to proceed because the software was giving an error.
Contacted support, but they didn't help, told me to repeat the process that it might work this time.

Glad I didn't put my money there, given the way that the simple stuff works poorly.

I'm Amazed this pay day loan company that exploits vulnerable people has a rating this high, they must be fake ratings, the lady in the office who is rude(Racheal) and has no customer service skills, her people skills are like a rattlesnake, horrible woman

I made a complaint about irresponsible lending but complaint wasn’t upheld .But im happy with outcome and payment was in my account same day as complaint was closed .
Just want to say thank you Kelly for the quick response and quick payment.

Always had a good experiance with them would recomend them anyday .

Now 500 plus, no missed payments.....

I took a loan with Ferratum when I had a good job and had been with them for years - unfortunately I was made redundant and everything changed. I asked to set up a payment plan as money was tight. We agreed an amount per month for the time being to be paid on a certain date. This would have been fine but my payment was due on a certain date of each month by standing order so if the date fell on a weekend then the payment was not made until the next working day. Ferratum kept taking the monies on the prior working day. This led to issues of not having sufficient monies in the account. I explained several times and asked that they take the monies on the working day after. Apparently their computer was not able to deal with this so they were supposed to set it up for two days after the date thereby ensuring that the same problem did not occur again. Instead they did not try for the payment and two months later sold to a debt collector, claiming they were a sister company. I have asked them to take the loan back and continue with the payment plan and, as I am now working full-time again, have offered to increase the amount. They are incredibly slow at responding to emails but having called them to discuss and got somebody who tried to tell me that they had not sent the loan to a debt management company (do they realise people can use the internet to check the information they give?) which was untrue I am not prepared to use the phone. Very disappointed as have paid when requested on the correct date or shortly after this but they did not even attempt payment requests and used this as an excuse to sell the loan on. Not at all honest!!!

Complaint has been reviewed by an adjudicator at FOS who found that Ferratum were irresponsible in lending to me for 15 loans.

Have been given 2 weeks to answer, 1 week in - no response from Ferratum.

Very quick to chase up if any missed payment - slow to agree to adjudication and get case closed.

Please speed up your process Ferratum - disappointed that nothing heard yet - would be thrilled to get a suitable response soon.

They have been amazing to me over the past few years however recently I have applied and I have been declined for no reason as my credit report has improved.I will never use this service again and will definitely not recommend it to those who build a relationship with a trusted creditor to have them punish you for being compliant !! Avoid !!

It is a scam, I borrowed 700 from them, and I was told I would pay back 800 over 4 months, by the end of three months I had already paid 650 pounds and when I called to check how much money is left to pay off, I was told I had to pay an extra 780 according to the agreement. Stay away from these scammers

I've had loans with ferratum over the years. Always paid them back , often early. Got a sms text message from them asking it I wanted another loan. Applied and got declined. Tried a month later n got accepted. Paid it off early. Last week got sms text asking me if I wanted a loan. Applied and got declined . Give up

I just want to say a huge thank you to Ferratum. It took less than 24hrs to process the refund that was agreed with the FOS, I am truly grateful for this very quick turnaround.

Quick and easy application and had the money within an hour.

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY-AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
THIS COMPANY RECORDED A DEFAULT ON MY CREDIT REPORT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. THEY TRIED TO SAY THEY EMAILED IT! ASKED THEM TO SEND A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE DATE AND TIME OF THE EMAIL AND GUESS WHAT THEY CANT!!! HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FOS AND ICO! HOWEVER DESPERATE YOU ARE DONT GO NEAR THEM!!

Helpful. Reliable. Very easy application, no issues ,money in account really quick.
interest is standard not low but too not high.
