This company have a very devious way of getting money from people. Please do not mind the 5 star reviews that appear first. Read the lower ones. They scam people out of their hard earned money and send automated replies. You will never get a refund for any reason. This my second time to leave a review and it seems to have dissappeared

Fast easy cobrança indevida
Fast easy, offers a test, but then they charge the full amount on the invoice and still in dollars to make it difficult, contact with them is impossible and you go in the hope of knowing a product and you are totally deceived. I accepted the test and canceled it on the same day, because I didn't like the dynamics of the app and in this invoice they came charging an amount that I was not informed in the cancellation, I am extremely upset because the money is so sweaty and we are still deceived and without any support. Don't fall for this people, even if you are tempted, look for another more reliable tool.

Absolute unmitigated heartless thieves
I forgot to cancel the subscription that I foolishly signed up for and have never used.
I am self employed and have not worked much for a while because my mother is dying and I want to spend every available moment with her.
I have other things on my mind other than cancelling subscriptions.
They deducted the money out of my credit card. I wrote to them setting out my exact circumstances and how I cannot afford to waste a spare cent at the moment given my circumstances.
Those heartless bastards wrote back that as my request is not in line with their refund policy they will not refund that money.
I am absolutely gobsmacked that companies like this exist.
Do not get dudded into signing up with these plans. It is just a global money grabbing exercise.

Software malfunctions
It’s often not working and once I set my fast to 16/8 or 18/6 or anything then when I decide to do a 40 hr or 7 day fast the software Is not adjustable. Plus on my 7 day fast the program kept saying I ended my fast when in reality I was still going strong in my fast for more days to come. It shows my longest fast as 90 some hrs when in reality I have fasted 7 days straight (184 hrs consecutive total fast hrs )
Another stupid thing is to ask me date of experience. It was weeks ago and far more than one day!!! Multiple days when I performed multi day fasts the software recorded my total hrs fasting while I was STILL fasting for days more.

I feel scammed
Completely dishonest company I purchased a 1 month offer and was informed that I wouldn’t be charged again. To then wake up to see they have taken more than double the amount I paid in the first place. And are not willing to refund me only offer me guidance through the app in which I found pointless anyway I am so disappointed and genuinely gutted as money is tight right now. Please don’t waste your money

Absolutely horrible company to deal…
Absolutely horrible company to deal with, downloaded the app for a free trial and then they started charging me and won’t give me my money back and never did use the app. The gentleman I’m dealing with just keep sending these generated emails and now is boss is setting generating emails literally Bullying me and all they’re going by is their policy just give me my freaking money back. I didn’t use it and I didn’t sign up for any freaking payments. Do not use this app.

No Soul
I purchased the trial subscription for $15 but felt uneasy about sharing my data, so moments after my purchase, I asked for a refund, and they refused. My feelings were confirmed when they refused and sent me copies of their purchase policies, explaining how they were in the right to keep my money. Sometimes, when you are right, you can be wrong. They get a 1 rating from me for having no soul.

Grosse arnaque voleurs
En mai j'ai voulu faire un régime et ce site proposait 1 mois a 17€ j'ai donc plongé et depuis ils me prélèvent 41,34€ tous les mois alors qu'il n'était pas question d'abonnement. Le pire c'est que je m'en rend à peine compte je vais les bloquer a la banque. Des voleurs !!!!!

Es un timo, no la contrateis, no sirve para nada, las recomendaciones del dia es todos los dias lo mismo con distintas palabras y las recetas que te da ni el mejor chef sabe hacerlas, lo contraté por un mes por 15€ y apenas la usé, por ningún sitio leí que era una suscripción y el segundo mes me han cobrado 38,95€ que se niegan a devolverme, insisto no la contrateis.

Beware
Beware - download app, unsubscribed days before the paid subscription was about to start. Money was taken from my account. I contacted the company and ask for the money to be refunded, I was told I didn’t meet the refund criteria.

Terrible experiencia, primero prometen un plan personalizado y después le llega todo tipo de información donde cada quien debe decidir que hacer por su cuenta. Prometen devolución del dinero y aún cuando solo abrí la aplicación y al ver con lo que me encontré, decidí inmediatamente renunciar y no me fue devuelto el dinero.
