Et on me prpose une réduction de 80% suite a ma résiliation.
Je compte bien être remboursé de cette somme prélevée injustement

This is an absolute scam
This is an absolute scam, it’s one of those apps that is very shady about what you are signing up for, hide the small print. I was shocked to find out I’d spent a further 2 lots of £38 for an app I wasn’t using. I wrote to them explaining this, and was told I’d receive a reply within one working day. Weeks later absolutely nothing, because that’s how they cheat you out of your money. I hate dishonest apps like this, they really are the worst.

Had ik vooraf maar deze reviews gezien. Had een gratis proef week, deze heb ik voor einde van de proefweek opgezegd. Maar wat schetst mijn verbazing; Bij mij ook onverwacht 2 bedragen afgeschreven. Communicatie kan idd wel beter hierover. Het lijkt dus niet voldoende om enkel in de Appstore het abonnement op te zeggen, want dan volgt een jaar later de verrassing dat het abonnement opnieuw verlengd is. Wanneer je de klantenservice hierover mailt, hoor je een maand niets. Geen enkele verantwoording waarom er tot 2x toe geld is afgeschreven terwijl je in de Appstore al tijdens proefperiode hebt opgezegd. Makkelijke manier om geld te verdienen. Ben met de proefperiode direct gestopt omdat de adviezen nergens op sloegen en niets met gezond afvallen te maken hebben (5 liter water drinken?!).Vervolgens krijg je in het volgende bericht: “ Dear user,

Para nós consumidores, esta cobrança mensal indevida no cartão de crédito, não passa de um golpe, porque quando visitamos o site diz que é gratuito, nada fala sobre cobranças, a não ser que a pessoa queira assinar o plano, mas comigo foi só o fato de ler já veio a cobrança, e o que é pior, pedi restituição...nada, pedi cancelamento...nada.
Pergunto o que mais podemos fazer para resguardar nosso direito?

E' stato, penso automaticamente, aperto un abbonamento e vengono richiesti degli accrediti mai autorizzati. Ho scritto direttamente al supporto ndi FastEasy.io senza venirne a capo, riporto di seguito l'ultima email inviata:

Faccio seguito alla vostra risposta del 30/6/2025 dove mi dite di eliminare il mio abbonamento tramite il mio account utente sul vostro sito web con l'indirizzo associato all'account MA IO NON HO NESSUN ACCOUNT SUL VOSTRO SITO WEB quindi non posso accedere al vostro sito web per cancellare l'abbonamento che non ho mai richiesto.
Inoltre NON HO altri indirizzi email che potrebbero essere associati al mio account che NON HO MAI APERTO sul vostro sito web, NON HO SCREENSHOT della conferma dell'abbonamento o della sua modifica perchè non ho mai aperto un abbonamento.
Vi chiedo di PROVVEDERE ALLA CANCELLAZIONE della richiesta di pagamento che puntualmente fatte ogni mese.
Qualora anche questo mese ci sarà tentativo di addebito sul mio conto da parte vostra mi vedrò costretto a tutelare i miei interessi per vie legali e fare denuncia alla Polizia Postale.

Total scam! Canceled immediately and they still keep charging my card without my permission. Phone says the subscription is canceled. No way to contact them. No way to cancel agsin or request a refund. No way to block them. Taking my money without providing a product or service is illegal in every country! Putting my cybersecurity contacts on it now.
