I paid the £4.99 to receive my fasting…
I paid the £4.99 to receive my fasting plan which I never received. I was then charged £38.99 that I was not aware of as well as cancelling the subscription as I did not receive the plan. I was told to download the app in which there is just basically a stop watch. I am disgusted that you have charged me this much money with no product to show. By reading these reviews I also seem to not be the only one with this issue.

Great so far
I really like the clearer viewing for fasting times and what stage you are at within the fast.
I like adding drinks although would appreciate if it could be slightly more editable. Such as the coffee, maybe instead give the option of black, decaf, moo milk based coffee, plant milk based coffee.
Cappuccino and latte really have very little difference so seems pointless having the two options. Also I know it's all relative but non of the drinks carry calories, of which for a fasting app seems logical to have the option of black coffee which is calorie free, to a milk based coffee that'll have roughly x calories.
Genuinely I think that is the only thing that I see which irritates me in the add so far.

Disgruntled customer
I cancelled my subscription after a few days because I did not recieve any information
However you have continued to charge me £14.99 in March 25 and a further £38.99 in April 25.
I am disgruntled with your company and ask you to return my payments immediately.
This is sharp practice and most unfair.

AVOID
My mother authorised a payment of 79p, instead they took out £14.99 and started requesting personal information. Quickly had to freeze card as many others have reported them taking repeat payments. AVOID

Fasteasy customer service is excellent I took out the introductory offer
I took out the introductory offer, and was unaware of the autorenewal policy which I didn't want. I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. The same day I received my refund with no questions ask thanks to Alex. So once again thank you Alex.
