Mi hanno rinnovato Senza il mio consenso un abbonamento per 3 mesi a 65,99€ Senza inviarmi nessun avviso per un app che neppure uso. Credo che mi rivolgerò al mio legale perché tra l altro ho cambiato anche la carta di credito e mi chiedo come abbiamo fatto ad avere il nuovo numero.

Total SCAM
Total SCAM. Be careful. Trying to cancell is virtually impossible. I did get an email from 'service' in Cyprus saying they were offering me a free year, which I did not want. They provide access to a cancellation link, but it does not work. I have asked for confirmation of cancellation from 'service' but no response so far. The subscription still shows on my bank account. One day, I might get out of this nightmare.

This app is a scam
This app is a scam. It kept charging me even after I cancelled the subscription. Nothing shows up under my phone subscriptions, I can’t log in or reset my password, and there’s no way to contact support. Avoid using this apps. I request refunds immediately.

Fraud at it's best
Fraud at it's best. Did not subscribe and impossible to cancel. Finally reported fraud to credit card company to get charges to stop. Where is the federal government in stopping crooks like this?

If you do decide to subscribe becareful with every click they try and get you to subscribe other features
there is no mobile app, its a website and to get to the info i requested I had to answer so many questions before you even fill in your data. if you arent paying attention they try and get you to keep buying other subscriptions, as it is they tricked me into premium which I did NOT want
I got this yesterday and asked to cancel haven't heard from anyone and asked for my money back.
i cancelled the form of payment so they cant try and keep charging me... ..buyer beware

fraudulent company who've been taking…
Company who've been taking money from my account without consent after I cancelled subscription. There is no subscription listed in my phone, it wont let me log into the account or reset the password to go back in to cancel again, and no way of contacting the company.
Update - to be fair to the company this review did the trick they were quickly involved and the situation resolved. I even got a refund which was very decent of them. However, I still wouldn't rate the app highly its not very flexible and doesn't carry some of the features My Fitness Pal provides for free. So on the quality of the app alone I still give it 1 star.

App completamente inutile
App completamente inutile e studiata per spillare soldi. Sostanzialmente si tratta di un timer che ti ricorda con frasi idiote quando devi mangiare e bere. Il servizio si rinnova in automatico (è scritto piccolo piccolo in fondo al costo di attivazione) ma non è disattivabile da smartphone (furbetti!) per cui una volta scaricato ti dimenticherai di averlo e nel frattempo ogni mese ti addebiteranno €30.
Se avrai la fortuna di accorgertene spulciando la lista movimenti della tua carta o PayPal allora gli scriverai e solo a quel punto ti annulleranno l’abbonamento.
Ad ogni modo l’app non fornisce alcuna dieta o programma alimentare per cui è totalmente inutile.
Da evitare!

Signed up for a month challenge.
Decided not to extend and correctly ended my subscription. They have tried about 7 or more times to take money from my account.. luckily my bank can block them.. absolute scam
Further update - 24th May
Still trying to take money out of my account. Absolutely fraudsters stay well away. !

I like the app. It is helpful to have on my iPhone.
I am enjoying the experience so far. I would like to ask if I am missing something. Is there a place where I can log in my exercise I do at the gym, like 45 minutes working out in chair aerobics. That would be helpful so I can see that I am going to exercise regularly.

Cobran mensual y no ocupo esta aplicación
Hola más de 3 meses que no ocupo la app ya q perdí el correo y contraseña y no puedo hacer alguna modificación ya q no tengo la cuenta con la cual ingrese solo ocupe los 2 o 3 primeros mese y de ahí me siguen cobrando y no puedo eliminar esta app y me cobran $ 8324 y $ 497 por favor ayuda contestar a mi espero respuesta he tenido mucha paciencia
