Ce site est une arnaque qui vous abonne à votre insu à un programme mensuel de 39,98€ plus les frais de 2€05 car situé aux Émirats Arabe Unis .
Le soit disant essai se transforme en abonnement sans aucun signalement .Je n’ai jamais reçu aucun programme m’indiquant que j’étais abonné, je n’ai installé aucune application etc…
Ma banque refuse de me rembourser considérant que je n’ai pas résilier le contrat que je n’ai jamais signé !!!

Ho letto molte recensioni in cui si parla di truffa…anche io mi sento truffata perché mi hanno tolto 38,99€ senza chiedermi l’autorizzazione e ad oggi senza inviarmi fattura. Dopo parecchie mail sono riuscita a interrompere un abbonamento (che non ho mai fatto) ma i soldi non li rivedrò più.

I never subscribed to this app,money…
I never subscribed to this app,money was taken out of my account without my permission and I have been charged for two months ,when I requested the return of my money I just received an automatic response stating I can use the app for free for a year,at first I thought my kid had bought an online game but that's not the case. I have cancelled my credit card and ordered a new one ,this is daylight robbery,by the way im in perfect health and weight so I would never have been interested in this scam.

After you make your first payment to…
After you make your first payment to them you should cancel your credit card otherwise they going stolen your money without your permission.
I sent two emails and asked them to give my money back, but it’s not part of their policy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I joined through the advert and payed a 3 month subscription up front. Since then the website doesn't recognise my email or password and when I ask to renew the password no email is sent to me. I've been trying all day and nothing. My money is gone from my account and I can't even get on the app. Daylight robbery. AVOID

Do NOT use the app
I do not use this app at all but did download it and signed up for a free trial. There was absolutely no mention of payments to be taken as I am very vigilant with cancelling subscriptions. 3 months later, they took £66 out of my account. I emailed the company and asked for a refund as I cannot afford this amount coming out of my account. I was told there was nothing they could do and refused to refund. I explained I’ve never used it and do NOT want 3 more months. They offered no refund again but a year’s subscription. Not helpful at all!

So eine absolute Frechheit, eine absolute Abzocke.
Es wird ein Abonnement für den nächsten Monat automatisch über 38,99 € abgeschlossen und auch dann abgebucht! Man kann nichts dagegen tun! Ich kann dieses unseriöse Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen. Lasst einfach die Finger davon, ihr werdet hier wirklich betrogen! Zuerst wird man mit einem Lockangebot ins Boot geholt und danach ganz schnell ohne etwas zu ahnen, wird nochmals ein sehr hoher Betrag abgebucht. Passt also auf, Ihr braucht es nicht versuchen. Ach, die App ist die absolute Katastrophe, so schlecht aufgebaut und total unrealistisch. Denk an meine Worte und fallt nicht drauf rein.
Nach dieser Bewertung hat sich ein Mitarbeiter darum gekümmert und alles in Ordnung gebracht!!
Der Support arbeitet professionell, dafür 5 Sterne!

E' una truffa
Purtroppo ho autorizzato il pagamento per una piccola cifra tramite PayPal e subito hanno preso più euro con la scusa che pagavo un abbonamento.
E' una truffa.
State alla larga e fatelo sapere ad amici e conoscenti.
Grazie a PayPal mi hanno subito restituito quanto si erano presi.
