I didn't sign up for a monthly subscription but they took £38.99 from my account without permission. Customer service said they couldn't refund the money. So how could you take this and not ask or inform me about the subscription? IT'S NOT LEGAL! REFUND ME MY MONEY!

I bought a one off purchase for £14.99. Several weeks later this company stole a further £38.99 which is apparently an automatic subscription payment. I DID NOT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION, Please cancel and refund second payment of £38.99.

Ho aderito ad una vostra iniziativa che prevedeva l'abbonamento di un mese, a circa € 14. Nel procedere con il profilo mi viene chiesto di autorizzare l'abbonamento per un anno a € 20, cosa che non intendo fare, perlomeno in questo momento. Poiché ho autorizzato il pagamento di 14 euro per un mese, vorrei che questa mia volontà venisse rispettata dandomi la possibilità di ricevere o entrare nel mio profilo per vedere la dieta da seguire. Qualora ciò non fosse possibile, prego restituire immediatamente la somma autorizzata. Attendo una vostra spiegazione. Grazie

First, there is no way to inform them of issues you may have that may affect fasting, like diabetes. They take NOTHING into account. They wanted to start by charging me $1 per day for 7 months. Never join this rip-off UNSAFE company.
