Avoid at all costs they are a bunch of scammers, i purchased the app in the app store for £15 and since then they have taken two lots of over £38 out of my bank even though i cancelled their app. i never even used the app anyway its a load of rubbish , just tried to leave a review on the app store but every title i put in it says name already in use !!! trust me i put lots of made up names and it wouldn't except any of them cos apparently they were already in use im over £100 down and not even used their app, the company name is in Dubai and its fraudulent , Fasteasy don't bother to reply to this with one of your generic made up bull shit answers dont know how you sleep at night wronguns

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY This company are utter frauds. They take your money for a one month 'trial' then they take your money again. They say they will look into it and will reply the same to this message but it's a lie, they keep your money.
UPDATE: as usual, a reply saying there was a 'misunderstanding' but not a refund. Just replying for replying sake and keeping everyone's money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

How do I log that I have fasted lomger than I should due to illness

The app works well and is easy to navigate. While fasting 18 hours it helps to know what state your blood sugar is, works good.
The only upgrade I'd like to see is compatibility with fitbit.

TBF to the company I accept their comments below and thank them very much for the refund. There are some companies out there that do this type of direct debit sign up in order to extract extra payments but since they have quickly rectified the situation I take back my angry and frustrated comments below!

App didn't work, took £38.90 from my account in November & December after 9 months of no correspondence, even if it was a mistake where did £38.90 a month come from ? Asked me to screenshot the amount which I did for proof but fobbed me off with confusing garbage. Scammed!!

Zu viele Nachrichten zu unmöglichen Zeiten (nachts um 3 Wasser trinken) Rezepte teilweise nicht übersetzt oder mit falschen Beschreibungen, die nicht zu den Zutaten passen, dazu mit völlig unbekannten Zutaten und wer isst bitte Putenkeule mit Kürbispüree um 9 Uhr morgens? Zutatenfilter funktioniert nicht, App verbraucht viel Akku

What is missing is the ability to log my meals and get my daily calorie intake. I thought this app would be similar to Noom. I am not good at jumping from app to app to figure out all the required data. Also, it is very limited in tracking exercise.

Mi sono iscritta ieri per un mese di prova e mi sono resa conto che è previsto l'addebito automatico a un prezzo molto più alto alla fine del mese. Non lo trovo giusto...
Domanda: se annullo l'abbonamento adesso, dopo un solo giorno dall'attivazione, il mese che ho già pagato lo perdo? O posso continuare a usare l'app per il mese pagato?
Altra cosa che non capisco: ho selezionato gli ingredienti preferiti nelle impostazioni dei pasti e delle ricette, però questa scelta non ha avuto nessun effetto sui pasti proposti in menù... Sono sempre uguali.... Infatti ho trovato solo due ricette di pesce fra centinaia di altro tipo.... Anche mettendo solo il pesce come ingrediente preferito e togliendo le carni.....Non è possibile avere più ricette di pesce?? O poter selezionare solo un certo tipo di ricette? (per esempio solo pesce??).
Ho provato a chiedere queste cose per email al supporto, ma arriva sempre la stessa risposta automatica: mi si risponde di guardare le FAQs... Ci vorrebbe più attenzione alle email.. e rispondere in modo personalizzato... Se un cliente scrive un'email, significa che nelle FAQs non c'è risposta al suo quesito...
Grazie per eventuali risposte/approfondimenti... Se risolvete questi problemi, l'app la trovo utile e valida. In tal caso, se sarò contenta alla fine del mese, avvierò un nuovo periodo di abbonamento più lungo...

It’s an easy app, but the information stays the same. There’s nothing new for information. The app could go more in depth to make it easier to put down foods in calories instead of figuring it all out by yourself, which makes it time consuming.

Annulation à priori oui mais fin janvier ( je m’y oppose) je souhaite immédiatement et remboursement non pourtant demandé le jour même du prélèvement.
Je veux être remboursée je vais donc les poursuivre pour vol ( usage des coordonnées bancaires sans accord) bien que paiement passé sur paypal

Ich kritisiere nicht die App an sich, da ich sie, obwohl ich es ursprünglich vorhatte, erst gar nicht genutzt habe. Ich bin auf die Werbung gestoßen, habe Fragen beantwortet, mir schonmal meinen BMI ausrechnen lassen, etz. Aber der Ton hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, sodass ich es dann sein gelassen habe. Man möchte etwas für sich und seine Gesundheit tun. Die Psyche spielt da auch eine große Rolle.
Nur weil ich leicht übergewichtig bin und etwas Gewicht verlieren möchte, muss man mich nicht mehrfach auf die Erkrankungen hinweisen, für die man mit steigendem Gewicht anfälliger sein soll. Gerade bei dem Thema Krebs sehr fragwürdig.
Ich habe die letzten Jahre durch Medikamente zugenommen und werde es jetzt nicht mehr los, auch wenn ich nichts mehr einnehme. Aber ich lebe ansonsten gesund, achte auf möglichst ungespritze und unverarbeitete Lebensmittel, bewege mich regelmäßig. Ich wiege zu viel und möchte abnehmen, aber ich bin in keinster Weise beeinträchtigt, weil es nur leichtes Übergewicht ist, was ich dort ja auch eingegeben habe.
Dann wurde man gefragt, wie groß der Wunsch der Gewichtsreduktion ist.
Es gab drei Optionen. Ich nahm die zweite. Dort hieß es, dass ich gerne etwas abnehmen möchte. Die Option war mit einem starker Arm Smiley versehen. Die dritte Option war die "stärkste" und mit einem Feueremoticon versehen.
Dann hieß es "Motivation: gering", nur weil ich es realistisch eingeschätzt habe und natürlich ohne Druck, schädliche Fremdsuggestionen und Jojo Effekt an das Ganze herangehen wollte.
Ich werde also mehrfach auf die Gefahren des Übergewichts hingewiesen, habe aufgrund meines leichten Übergewichtes angeblich ein erhöhtes Risiko Krebs zu bekommen (Rauchen, ungesunder Lebensstil, das wurde gar nicht abgefragt) und meine Motivation gilt als niedrig.
Nein, vielen Dank. Da suche ich mir was anderes.
