Total scam
Total scam - amounts are not advertised in local currency as claimed - all are on US$. And for some reason, with no explanation - I was charged two & a half times as much for the second month. Stay away from this company - anyone can avoid eating during the night … for free. Charging $65/month for reminders to drink water is disgraceful

No weight lost and I was not informed…
No weight lost and I was not informed that payment would be taken and when I queried this I cancelled that day they would not refund my money but I was offered a cheaper price than what they took out the bank not impressed. As I am a pensioner I could have done with this money for food and heating I did not know I had signed up for money just to be taken from my account.surely this is fraud.

Whatever you do stay away from this company! I purchased a 3 month offer for FastEasy, which was just a one off payment £25.99 for 3 months
The app was useless to me, unbeknown to be they had set up a continuation without me knowing, which they automatically do for you, so you don’t miss out!! Basically so they rob you of the money, £66.65 which I have not given permission for them to take, was taken last night, I went in to my subscriptions I haven’t approved for them to just take this off my card. Please beware that this company robs you of your money!! Fraudulent taking your money out of your account

I have tried many diets unsuccessfully…
I have tried many diets unsuccessfully probably the most successful was Ozempic however unfortunately it was withdrawn from the weight loss market due to shortage.
By chance I came across Fast & Easy and thought here goes another fad, however I soon found out my new found coach was the clock on my phone telling me when I could eat. I found that I could not have that quick nibble through the day and pretend it didn't happen as the clock was saying wait another hour or so.
Initially it seemed very daunting to go 18 hours without food however I soon adapted and sometimes go a further hour or two. How many times have you heard " overweight is only due to what you put in your mouth" well Fast & Easy certainly stops you grazing through the day.
I have only been using Fast & Easy for a month and to date have lost 5kilos (11 pounds ).

continued to take payments after I cancelled
I used fasteasy for a while but then wanted to cancel. They make it impossible to cancel using the app so I contacted support who confirmed my account was cancelled. It also says cancelled in my account settings. But they have continued to take a payments from me every quarter automatically with no way to stop the payments. Please do not use them unless you are prepared to continue to pay forever.

Para quienes como y buscan una respuesta real, ellos en su pagina ofrecen un reembolso, basado en su política, la cual transcribo a la letra para su conocimiento.
"Usted acepta que la Compra es definitiva, que no reembolsaremos ninguna transacción una vez realizada y que la Compra no se puede cancelar"
Por lo tanto es una estafa en toda regla, por que prometen devolver... basado en una expresion en la que te dicen claramente, que jamas te devolveran nada.

Ineffective app and poor customer service: I do not recommend
Hello, this is a terrible app, it doesn't work properly and doesn't deliver any results. I do not recommend it. I spoke with their customer service, and the treatment was very poor. They are rude, and all they care about is taking money from users. If you're looking for a real solution, look for other options, because this app won't help you at all. Don't waste your time or money here. I do not recommend it to anyone!

unclear instructions and expensive meat suggestiosn …
i bought the app for £ 15 or £ 15.95 today.
i went to the first recipe and it was for 300 grams of veal. for 1 person?? i emailed. referred to the Q&A.
also veal is not available i thought. i googled it and it is very expensive but available in the UK.
as i could not find the answers to my queries i cancelled. they turn out to be tenacious in spite of me pointing out the 14 day cool off period in the UK. they cancelled as per my request but not refunding the payment. tiresome, wish i had stayed clear.
