Unübersichtlich und überteuert
Die App ist unübersichtlich und deshalb habe ich statt einer wöchentlichen Probe ein Monatsabonnement für 38,95€ abgeschlossen. Ich habe dem App-Betreiber mitgeteilt, dass ich die App gar nicht genutzt habe, daraufhin wurde das Abo beendet, Geld bekommt man nicht zurück.
Dafür daß ich dort aufschreiben darf, was ich alles esse und trinke, ist die App überteuert.
Falls ich Features in meiner vermeintlichen Probewoche nicht angewandt haben sollte, dann weil ich sie nicht gefunden habe, was für die Unübersichtlichkeit spricht.

Costumers should be treat differently
I received an offer for 20.85 CAD, but they set up an automatic payment of 53.45 CAD, even though I had signed for 30.99 CAD. This issue has been going back and forth via email and has yet to be resolved.

Absolute scam . FASTEASY
If I could give this a minus I would . Total rip off . I paid the required fee in euro and was asked to download the app , which doesn’t work . There are NO contact details for the company and I want my money back .
It’s a scam and I foolishly fell for it .
After finally downloading the app , it asks me all the same questions and wants me to pay a SECOND time .
Scam,scam scam . I’d be grateful if anyone has any email or contact details for these con artists . Fury doesn’t cover it
Oh and I took the customer service address from one of the replies they’ve made to another complainant , guess what ? It doesn’t exist ! Email not found .
Heartless company deserve to rot in hell for what they’ve done

I had a free trial
I had a free trial, then I decided it wasn't for me and I cancelled in good time and FASTEASY continue to take money off my card, behaving like they are doing me a favour by offering me a years free access to their app. I want my money back, I am a woman with needs and every penny counts. The have taken over a £125.00 from me, it's criminal behaviour. I have been a back and fourth with them and all Alex can quote is terms and conditions. The reviews shows me this is their pattern on how they treat people. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Something needs to be done about them. PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE THIEVES! THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED!!!
The crooks behind this app are narcissistic and prey on people trying to improve their health. They rob you and somehow manage to decide it’s is the customer’s fault. They take your money from your account, even when you cancel, and claim that they are sorry for the confusion when you write a review about them. Do not be fooled!!! In the UK they take £26 then a whopping £67. Less in Europe (€16 then €39). Each country has a different pricing and not because of conversion. There is even different pricing within the UK. This Cyprus registered company somehow takes your money via Dubai. When you try to get your money back they lie and say they are sorry but under no circumstances will you get a penny back because they are calculated, ruthless thieves who need to be investigated and SHUT DOWN!! Then they claim that they are giving you the app for free when people just want their money back from the scammers. DON’T SIGN UP!! DON’T believe any lies from their responses to customer reviews! They are NOT sorry… There is NO “confusion”…No one asks them to auto renew even when you say NO!!! People can choose to forget to renew, it’s not the end of the world if they do! The robbers are NOT willing to negotiate EVER!!!They will keep your money they stole regardless!

I paid for a 3 month subscription £26 &…
I paid for a 3 month subscription £26 & didn't even use the app. I was notified of a pending subscription, so cancelled straight away when I realised they'd be taking another 3 months subscription at a massive £67. They proceeded to take the funds out of my account. Any other company I've dealt with would either stop payments or refund back to the account... NOT THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I made contact & they made out they were doing me a favour & allowing me to use the app 'for free'. Well it's not really free when you've charged nearly £90 for nothing! They point blank refuse to refund, referring to terms & conditions.

Fraude, arnaque, méfiance
Application servant de minuterie et quelques recettes. Assez inutile. A l'annulation de l'abonnement, problèmes. Le Chat disparaît quand on parle annulation. Ensuite par mail, ils ne reconnaissent soi disant pas le mail. Et sur formulaire du site, à l'annulation ils confirment avec 36euros en plus de l'abonnement. Carte bloquée.

It works well with good results
Can’t get the “steps” portion to work, but that really doesn’t matter. I’m dropping 1 or 2 lbs each day and it is not so intrusive that I can’t stick to it.
