Take away the star and give this a zero. Unsure who these folks are and I know nothing about this company but at the end of September suddenly a charge of $39.85 is trying to be billed against my bank card. Luckily the bank caught it and asked if this was something I approved. No it wasn’t. They keep trying and at this point the bank has issued a stop payment as there is no identifying information provided so that they may be contacted. Not sure how or who got my card. Very fraudulent activity…STOP

What a Scam!!!

These guys are literally ripping people off. I took one month subscription from their website last night even though I saw a lot of negative reviews here. While making the purchase, they clearly showed that if you don’t like our service or don’t find value we will surely refund you the whole amount. So I didn’t find anything valuable and decided to cancel my subscription and asked for refund. I haven’t yet used their services but they refused to refund me. What the hell is this? Additionally, I bought 1 month subscription however when I was checking my subscription I saw they added 1 more month which will charge around £35 after the first month. This is complete Robbery. I didn’t even know that they added this package in the background without my consent or without showing me the package.

I am requesting again to send my money back as I haven’t used your services yet.!!!

There is nothing you cannot accomplish on your own, and it is really difficult to unsubscribe; I was not able to find it. Seeing as how difficult it is for some people to unsubscribe, I suggest avoiding this and fasting on their own.

Ich habe mein Abo am ersten Tag gekündigt weil ich das nicht gut fand und das zum Testen ausprobiert habe weil die Geld zurück Garantie angeboten haben. Die App ist unnötig und braucht man nicht. Ich habe dann versucht mein Geld zurückerstattet zu bekommen aber sie sagen auf einmal das funktioniert nicht obwohl die sagen das das funktioniert. Scam! Nicht abonnieren!!!

This company is no good
I have ordered 1month to trial it and they start taking every month the fee
I cancelled by e-mail and cancelled the bank account
They replied by e-mail telling me I have to somewhat cancel within their site on face book
I am 80 years old and not good with this stuff
Somehow they have managed to get into the new account and deduct again
So tomorrow I will get the bank to help me get rid of them
Beware when you order online and look for the small print ( very small!) I never saw anything given them ongoing rights to take money

Engañan a la gente con una suscripción y luego la renuevan automáticamente sin preguntarte.Lo ponen en letra pequeña para que no lo leas.
Cuando te das cuenta,ya te lo han cargado en la tarjeta y aunque anules la suscripción,dicen que no te lo devuelven.Que te dan gratis una suscripción para todo el año.En resumen una estafa.No recomiendo a nadie está app.

I thought I was getting the plan for a reduced price of around £3. However, I was charged £15.19 which I did not authorise. I have never accessed the plan, so I have not used it. I have emailed asking for my £15.19 to be refunded but to no avail.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

non ho mai usato i vostri servizi, malgrado abbia pagato. Ora mi sono vista addebitare in data 12/10/2024 in modo fraudolento tre mesi di abbonamento mai richiesto. Il Vs. modus operandi è pessimo, in quanto non si legge chiaramente che dopo la prova vendono addebitati altri mesi di abbonamento non richiesto. Sto contattando il codacons. Ad ogni modo ho annullato l'iscrizione, e mi attendo da Voi un rimborso sollecito.

Beware of Fast Easy! I was charged $60.00 on my credit card without my permission, all because they claim it’s an “automatic sign-up” for the next month—something I never agreed to. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Every agent I spoke to seemed like a robot, completely unhelpful, and their responses were always irrelevant to my issue. Their support team is garbage and provides no real assistance. Peter and Alex, in particular, were the worst—totally useless. I am disputing the charges with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ich habe am gleichen Tag meine Bestellung (für 30 Tage) storniert. Wenn man sich registriert, wird man mit E-Mails überhäuft (6 E-Mails), teilweise in Englisch. Die Anleitungen für Übungen usw. als pdf-Datei auch in Englisch. Vorher wurde ständig etwas am Preis gedreht, wenn man nicht gleich bestellen wollte. Ich habe am gleichen Tag meine Bestellung storniert bzw. widerrufen und die Rücküberweisung über PayPal gefordert. Bei der Stornierung habe ich gemerkt, das ich eigentlich eine ABO bestellt habe, wo monatlich neu Geld abgebucht wird. Wenn keine Rückerstattung erfolgt, gebe ich hier nochmal eine Info.
Die Antwort wird wieder in Englisch sein, was typisch für die Intransparenz des Unternehmens ist.

Eu já tinha comentado isso antes, gostei muito do app, pois ele me desafia e me sinto motivada a continuar. No entanto gostaria que vocês criassem um plano vitalício para que continuasse o jejum por um valor fixo. Obrigada.

This App is a Con they give you an add on for free then when you go to cancel the app they say you only cancelled the add on and charge you for another 3 months DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

I bought 1 month £15.99 and was charged an extra £15.99 on the same day for an optional extra that I did not authorise. I was then charged a further £38.99 and £30.99 the next month (supposedly this is I the small print that your introductory offer signs you up automatically for the next month.)
It must have been extremely small print as I did not see it and I have no way of checking what I actually signed as the App is now closed. (The subscriptions part of the App gave no further info about what you had signed up to) and there are no email confirmations to check). A company that misleads. I have huge concerns for those who do not notice the extra payments going through. I am currently in dispute asking for a refund of the extra charges and am shocked that FastEasy would prefer these complaints, reviews and disputes than to refund unsuspecting customers.
