Fast courier offer the cheapest courier…
Fast courier offer the cheapest courier service for the once off pick up and deliver. Just avoid the cheaper ones because they can be a bit unreliable, this is not fast courier's fault. They have great communication and are efficient at solving matters.

I paid for a next-day courier service
I paid for a next-day courier service, yet four days later my parcel still hasn't even been collected. The service promised bears no resemblance to the service delivered. To make matters worse, my enquiries have been completely ignored. No updates, no explanations, and no response from customer service. When things go wrong, you expect at least some communication, but apparently that's too much to ask.
Choosing this company was a huge mistake. They've taken my money and failed to provide the service I paid for, while leaving me completely in the dark. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless you're prepared for delays, frustration, and a total lack of customer support.

Collection is carried out by the third-party carrier selected at booking, and a delay of this length is not acceptable. Just as importantly, your enquiries should never have gone unanswered, and I'm sorry we let you down there. Please email hello@fastcourier.com.au with your reference number, marked for urgent attention, and we'll chase the carrier immediately and make sure you're kept updated. If the service you paid for wasn't delivered, we'll also review your options for a refund.

When I booked it was supposedly a same day delivery.
However, it took 3 days to deliver a small packet from StLeonards to Willoughby, a distance that takes 15mins by car.
The company should have advised they were not doing same day delivery.

Scammers! Overcharged after delivery when declared weight and details were correct
I am changing my review to terrible experience as after a good delivery this company charged and deducted an additional $150 claiming that the 20kg chair is 85kg! I am a small female who carried it up 15 stairs which would have been impossible if it weighed that much. Scammers! Do not use!

It was a complete disaster
It was a complete disaster. item not collected for 2 weeks after told it would be collect everyday. It cost me more than the item was worth (over $500 in later fees to the receiver). I I will be taking this further and if required I will approach mainstream social media. I understand it was problem with Aramax . I would like to be contacted about this.
