We had a pick-up booked in but then needed another parcel delivered to a different client, your driver was very obliging and waited until we could rebook, box and label the second pick up.

Item was never collected.
I ordered my courier on the 13th of July and it was never collected. I had to follow it up, and on the 27th of July, I received it. Could give me no reason what happened, nor any sort of compensation when I asked to have it upgraded to a same day delivery considered I booked it for an overnight delivery.

Fraudulent thieves
Fraudulent thieves. Delivered my 11kg package then sent me a $125 invoice claiming it was 56kg & delivered to a residential address not commercial. I'll never use them again.

Additional fees like this aren't determined by Fast Courier — they're based on the dimensions, weight, and location type recorded by the carrier you selected at the time of booking, which can include volumetric weight calculations rather than just the dead weight of the parcel. This is outlined in the Terms & Conditions accepted at the time of purchase.
If you believe the measurement or address classification was recorded incorrectly, there's a formal process to dispute this by providing supporting evidence (such as your own photos with a measuring tape, or details supporting the correct address type), and we're happy to raise this with the carrier on your behalf. Please email your booking reference to hello@fastcourier.com.au so we can look into it.
Convenient service
Convenient service, however, unresponsive when questioned about extra charge based dimensions of package, just had to pay 💰.

Unreliable pick-up service when prepaid.
Process your payment before confirming package will be collected. Package wasn't collected and it was up to me to rebook the pickup. There is no phone number to call and speak to someone. You are responsible for the whole process. Won't be using again for business as unreliable. (using different email address for this review to remain anonymous. Used this service for business)

Included all info to make choice easy. Going ahead and making the booking was simple. Tracking provided by both FastCourier and the shipper I chose.

Total unprofessional delivery service
I was given reassurance and guaranteed my package would be delivered within the time frame. As l was leaving for Canberra Friday morning for a week and couldnt risk the box being left outside. " I was told it wouldn't be left as it required a signature" as arranged by the sender. I was advised, if not signed for it would be left, but would be taken to the depot.
I gave my next door neighbour's phone No. and address for delivery as l was alerted to a delay.
Ii then had a txt from the delivery driver that he was dropping the box off.
I replied and told him l wasn't there for a week. And to deliver to alternative (Next door Neighbours address with contact details)
Then l was advised it was delivered. To my address.
WTF. Are u guys totally unprofessional
Now the rare parts l have aquired are left at my front door in the open for a week. If l am lucky they will still be there when l get back in a week.
So much for safe delivery

On the tracking numbers: carriers sometimes reissue a consignment number in transit, which is why a second one can appear, but we should have explained that to you rather than leaving you to work it out. I had frozen food delivered to one suburb and specifically asked for same day service. Pick up was great was collected Thursday morning but somehow was not delivered until Monday. All food was wasted. Very disappointed never again
