while the fast courier app is easy to use and Fed ex is usually the cheapest, they never collect on the due date take way longer to deliver and need to have at least a delivery post code on their collection notes to make collection easier for multiple items going to different locations

Item was not collected on Friday
Item was not collected on Friday , Monday Tuesday , was finally collected Wednesday for a Friday drop off . The driver lied about being there to pick up on Friday , Mon , Tuesday. I rang made complaints , sent emails , admin were great ,the actual Drivers , not so much .

Great experience! We were able to book a service in the middle of the night whilst on holidays to get legal paperwork picked up next morning for delivery to Sydney next day - efficient and cost effective.

Only one item was picked up on time
Only one item was picked up on time, apparently the drive didn’t have room for the second item. Had to chase up Aramex to get the second item picked up, now it’s 2 days overdue for the delivery time I selected.

Missed pick-up twice
Was booked on 30/07 for a pick-up on 31/07 with Allied Express. Nothing happened, no info provided by Allied Express. No communication until we inquired on Monday 3/8 just to be told it has been rebooked (they basically forgot about it on the 31/07) for pick-up on Tue 4/8. And again nothing happened all day on the 4/8 until we inquired AGAIN on Wed 5/8 and then suddenly it was escalated by Allied Express and finally delivered today 6/8.

If you want to be scammed, go ahead and use them. They are not serious by any means. Overcharging over weight that is not there after weeks of the package being delivered

Booked overnight road express with Fast…
Booked road express with Fast Courier, using TNT. Website showed 1 business days. Pickup was for today 30th July 2026, and requested between 12pm-5pm. No one arrived to pickup the package. Unable to call Fast Courier. Emailed and no response. Called TNT. TNT advised that Fast Courier had not even scheduled a pickup time or day! Package is now delayed. Avoid using FastCourier.
