The delivery was not pickup
The delivery was not pickup. No communication. It was only until i kept hounding i got somewhere and they still didn't pick up when they said they would.

My items took 2 weeks to be delivered
My items took 2 weeks to be delivered. I had rung many times about where they were as an email stated they were on board for delivery on the 14th but never arrived. Every time i rang, I was told give it a few more days, no one could tell me anything about were my 5 ctns were and give it time. Sorry but if post office and another courier company can get a parcel to the same address with in 3 days, why did it take so long and no one could give me any answers. I lodged a claim and had to wait a week to lodge it, the receiver also lodged a list claim and still no answers, it wasn't until I lodge a list tracking claim and asked for a dock sweep that I finally got an answer that it will be looked into.
They finally were delivered today but the amount of time and hurdles and phone to get an answer was ridiculous.

Incredibly poor service
If I could give zero stars for your service I would.
I booked a service carrier online to pick up a package and it took REPEATED calls and emails and FOUR days for them to collect it. I went on the website on the evening of day 1 and the automated response to selecting 'my package was not collected today' was to just roll it over to the following day. It was not collected. The response to the email I sent after non collection on day 2 suggested I should just cancel the order and rebook with another carrier. THAT was their solution. Not to actually ensure collection as a priority. So I found the number of the local courier outlet. On the morning of day 3, one person outwardly lied to me and told me "the driver is aware it is to be picked up" but it was left again. I was told the following morning when I rang, "the driver is now aware it is to be picked up" and that the message to the driver the previous day had not actually been sent.
It took 3 emails and 3 phone calls and 4 days for the parcel to be collected and, for a courier service, that is just unacceptable. There was no amends for this delay either, it still took a week to deliver it. So a total of 11 days. Such a poor experience from start to finish.

Terrible watch out for extra charges.
Terrible! I paid $139 for something to be delivered to me. Their machines said it was larger than I measured it to be, and they charged me an extra $ 230. The delivery did arrive within four days. Considering I bought an overnight service, it was slower than expected.

Took 8 days to deliver a motorised wheelchair via "priority" delivery when it should have taken 2
I bought a motorised wheelchair and the seller did his best to get it picked up quickly but the delivery was outsourced to TNT.
It took them 8 days to deliver the chair from Sydney to the Gold Coast when it should have taken 2 days.
When it was finally delivered, I was in hospital and my partner was interstate and it was
just left it out the front exposed to the elements, then it rained. If they'd bothered to ring the doorbell, I would have answered it and opened the garage door so it would be safe.
We tried to talk to someone about the delivery several times, but it's easier to have a conversation with god than it is to talk to a human at TNT.
