Fast Courier Experience
I needed a cost effective way to get some personal items from Sydney to Perth.
I found their website reasonably easy to navigate.
They offered me a good selection of courier company options at reasonable prices (basically half the cost of Australia Post parcel delivery).
Their parcel tracking option was excellent.

Used them to send a next day delivery…
Used them to send a next day delivery within state from Katoomba to port Macquarie for a funeral. Still hasn't arrived 2 days later. Now can't be buried with my father as intended. And they do not have any phone numbers to call to try and get help so don't expect any customer service.
I have contacted them over email and have not been particularly impressed with the response. Giving me a different tracking number then originally, and then I find out they used a standard service when I wanted next day priority.

Absolutely shocking company and…
Absolutely shocking company and service.
Organised some boxes to be shipped interstate for myself as I was moving interstate, I put in a little extra on the measurements just in case and I still received a email for a new invoice because apparently the measurements are wrong, also been charged with a residential fee when I selected residential when I made the booking. I have photos of the measurements as it stated on their website to take pictures, I have tried to click on the dispute link they send in the email with the new invoice and it does nothing, I have also already sent them 3 emails in regards to this with no reply then finally got a reply when I put a bad review on another website, asked them to explain how exactly they are working out the measurements for my items being 'over weight' and for a different zone, now my emails are being ignored again. They have no phone number to call and discuss about this.
Absolutely shocking services, wish I read the reviews before booking with them.
Also have just seen a couple of days go I've been charged for 3 separate invoice 'fees' when I only had 2 booking and they've taken money out of my account. Yet again I've sent emails to them and getting no reply. However they apparently have time to reply to reviews but not customers emails.
Edit 7/09 - I have already sent through everything in email weeks ago and still no reply but again can reply to reviews, what great customer service.

The driver Damaged my driveway
The driver unloaded the shipment using a trolley jack, but looked like he didn’t know how to use it. When he brought it down my driveway he gouged a line in the concrete approximately 4 meters long.
This has damaged my driveway and I would like more than just a sorry to remedy the issue

I was let down by Aus Post and decided to find another way. I googled and found Fastcourier. It was easy to use and the speed of delivery was exceptional. All along the way I was sent updates on my parcel. I can't recommend Fastcourier enough.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, two days of no shows! Call centre in Manila had no clue on how to contact or escalate to FedEx for finding out where truck driver was, only to find two days in a row, no drivers were assigned. There is also no phone number to call just a chat channel. Absolutely disgraceful!

Aramex are the most unreliable couriers. Booked my collection twice and they still didn't collect. I had to deliver my 4 carton consignment to their Port Melbourne depot. ... and I'm paying for the service. I will never use them again.
