This order was placed on July 8 and has still not yet been received. I did receive half of the order but I’m still missing one of the dresses that was ordered. When I checked the tracking information, there’s been no update since July 10th. It seems to be an awfully long time for shipping
I’ve sent at least five emails and written on every social media - Facebook and Instagram requesting information about where my order is with not a single solitary response. There is no customer service number to call nobody to chat with and I’m at a loss because I ordered this dress over four weeks ago and still have not received it.
Although their clothing is beautiful, they have horrible customer Service and I would never order from them again

Customer service is exceptional
Customer service is exceptional. They respond immediately and resolve all issues. Very refreshing to see a company so customer focused. Makes me want to continue to support. Added bonus is that the clothes are very nice quality as well!

Refusing to refund a dress returned by tracked delivery
I returned a dress by tracked delivery and the post office have said that the parcel was collected. However Farm Rio will not engage with me to return my money. This is in breach of the consumer trading standards 2015. I have been advised by the post office to go to the police. Do not buy from this company as they will not refund you if you return an item.
To add looking at the reviews, Farm Rio are clearly writing fake reviews about the quality of their customer service. Fellow reviewers we need to report their fake reviews to Trust Pilot as it is misleading people

È una fregatura “al ciel sereno”… Ho fatto il pagamento, dopo un mese di attesa, vado in Posta per saper dov’è il mio pacco. Poste Italiane chiaro mi dicono: non esiste questo pacco. Fatto sta dopo una settimana di mail: mi dicono ci dispiace che abbiamo avuto i problemi con logistica, il corriere ha rifiutato restituire il prodotto. Ti possiamo restituire 50% del importo pagato. Ma come? Io cosa c’entro con tutto ciò?

Poor customer service/ extra fee charges
Customer service department is terrible. You can only email them and if they do eventually reply, they did not answer my query at all. I cannot create a return and I was also charged extra fees by UPS to have my parcel delivered even though I live in the UK and was assured by Farm Rio that no extra fees would apply after an online order. So I have a dress that doesn’t fit, cost me an extra £37 to basically try on and I cannot return it I will never shop here again and am so disappointed with this brand as I didn’t expect such poor customer service. I did ring the store on The Kings Road that the dress came from but it seems that they do not have a direct line to customer services and so cannot help their online customers

Deceiving pictures.
Ordered the 'black lace nature pants' for men. Very deceiving. Designed, described and pictured only to appear like a high quality trouser - but far from it. "Featuring intricate embroidery that weaves a tale of natural beauty". Except the "embroidery" is printed on. The trouser is one piece of cloth with printed textures/mesh to give the impression in photos of intricate embroidery with multiple panels and textured details. There is no embroidery on this pant. Don't tell me they've not done this to purposely deceive. They look and have the quality of pyjama pants in person. Seams already fraying with loose threads. Inside stitching around the cuff just stops 3/4s round from rushed / low quality factory. Drop ship quality. £210.

Farm Rio and I are Best Friends
I love the Farm Rio clothing. Doing business with the company is so satisfying. I have no worries, when I order items online. If there are any sizing issues, they work with me to resolves all issues. I always get compliments of my dresses. They are so flattering. I am 78 years old, and Farm Rio has become my favorite clothing source.

A skirt I ordered had a small cut
A skirt I ordered had a small cut, likely from someone opening a box with a box cutter. I reached out to FarmRio customer service and they sent clear instructions for replacement.
The skirt is sold out in my size, so I didn't want to return the beautiful skirt without replacement. I worked with Lara and we were able to come to a reasonable solution.

Online Refunds Nightmare
I am so concerned that I am unable to return my online purchase. I have never experienced this before with any other company.
They say the online portal is down on their website. I am waiting for a reply from their customer service.
There is no telephone number to contact them by. It's really frustrating.
I am also out of funds which is annoying!
Please sort this out!!!

A shambles
A shambles! How very disappointing. I have placed 2 large orders in the past couple of week, both arrived in reasonable time and I was so impressed with the quality of the clothes and beautiful packaging! I thought to myself ...wow, this will be my go to online retailer! HOWEVER, in trying to return a few of the items I have hit a huge obstacle. The online returns portal freezes, i am unable to now download a returns label....and emails to customer services are going unanswered!! I am now massively out of pocket and don't know where to turn next.....just shocking and so disappointing!!

Order never received - Farm Rio refusing to respond!
I placed an order in the UK over two weeks ago, with shipment of „48 hours“. After it was dispatched the tracking stopped at „item received by Royal Mail“ for over a week. Now the tracking isn’t working anymore at all, and says simply that „an error occured“.
I have contacted Farm Rio about 7 or 8 times about this in the last 10 days (I was under particular pressure as I was leaving the country 10 days after placing the order - which should have been largely sufficient given the shipment commitment of 48 hours). I haven’t had a single reply to my email. I have also contacted them via Instagram and have been ignored here too.
I have left the country in the meantime, and am left trying to figure out how to get my £300 back for an order that was never received and clearly has gone missing in the post. While I understand it is not strictly Farm Rio‘s fault that Royal Mail have screwed up, their complete and utter lack of response to any form of contact is beyond frustrating and frankly shocking, and something I have not encountered with any other retail company before. Absolutely outrageous, and I will never be buying from them again (which to be honest isn’t a big deal as their clothes feel and look really cheap - but that is not the point of this post).

Unable to get a response from Farm Rio
I am a big Farm Rio fan but are utterly disappointed with the customer service this time. I bought a skirt in the sale on the 9th of July and received it in good time. The skirt was then reduced further and as per Farm Rio price guaranteed I asked for the difference to be refunded I have now written to Farm Rio three times without getting any response. Why is the customer service department not answering emails???

Return process is a scam!!!!!
I had the most shady experience with a return to Farm Rio. They provided me with a return shipping label. I went to UPS with the Farm Rio package and another package going to Urban O. UO received their package but Farm R sent me an email stating they never received the return and it was past the return window and that I would not get a refund. When I checked the tracking number on the return label in UPS tracking, it stated the label was created but never scanned. After speaking to numerous people at the UPS store, the owner was able to see what happened only because she pulled up my UO tracking. Both packages were scanned however the tracking number on the Farm Rio return label did not match what number comes up on the barcode. The package was delivered to NY, NY. Farm Rio is in Rutherford, NJ. So I called UPS and they gave me the address it was delivered to. Bergen Logistics. When I google searched Bergen Logistics I find they have a location in Rutherford NJ! After looking at the original return label the return address says "Farm Rio....Bergen Logistics:" SOOOOO they are getting their return back to location in NY but saying they never received it because the tracking number on the return label is bogus and does not match the barcode. If I did not have another package scanned at the same time, UPS would have never been able to look this up. How many other people have been scammed???

I love Farm Rio
Farm Rio is the best. They make their clothing from natural/sustainable fibers, like cotton, linen, and viscose. Packaging is also sustainable and cute. Customer service is top-notch. I'm obsessed with everything I have ever bought from them. During their big 4th of July sale, an item I purchased was oversold. They sent me a discount as consolation, which I promptly used. When the jumpsuit restocked a few weeks later, they generously honored the 4th of July sale discount. I felt so appreciated as a customer. I've been eyeing that jumpsuit for a while, and I'm so excited to finally get it.

Orders constantly not being fulfilled
I've ordered a dress from Farm Rio 3 times now and each time the order has been cancelled 2-4 days later because they don't have stock. I have NEVER had this experience with any other online clothing retailer. I think it's fairly straightforward, if you don't have the dress in stock then don't let customers buy it? The dresses aren't cheap and so it has meant I've had around £1k ringfenced from my bank account and no dress!! When I contacted customer service they were unable to give me an explanation other than "an inventory discrepancy"...

I made my first purchase, and given welcome discount hasn't been applied. I've written to the support and asked about an according recalculation and refund, all was done quickly and professionally. The FARM Rio team is very friendly and lovely, and the clothes are just amazing. Now it's my favourite brand :)

Love the quality and patterns but size is all wrong
This was my first time shopping at Farm Rio. I saw their items on the Anthropologie site and I loved the style and patterns. I bought three items and I selected “large” for all three. Items are all beautiful and received in timely manner. However one of the “large” items was 16” smaller in width than the others. I understand that items marked “large” can vary by a few inches smaller or larger but 16 inches? It was obviously mislabelled by manufacturer. It was a final sale so not sure if there is any hope of refund/exhange. It’s the pineapple flower top. Buyer beware. Large is super small!
Thanks for responding. I did purchase from Farm Rio and emailed twice. I was told no refunds or exchanges. Top size chart indicated fits 38-40 bust. Bust measured 36” on top. I’ve sent screenshot as per your advice.

Farm Rio has the best customer service…
Farm Rio has the best customer service team I have ever experienced. So kind, so helpful, and go above and beyond to help me! My package got lost in the mail, which many companies would probably say that’s not their problem but farm Rio reached out to ups themselves and then offered me a full refund or to resend the package. Clothed are great quality and so fun and unique too!
