Refunded Amount
I bought some clothes from Farm’s online store, but when they arrived, a few items didn’t fit and I decided to return them. Although the return shipping window is only 3 calendar days — which is already disrespectful to the consumer — I managed to send them back in time. The items were received by Farm, and I was told that my refund would be processed (v24288126frm-04 in the amount of R$185.33; v24288126frm-03 in the amount of R$496.13; and v24288126frm-01 in the amount of R$258.60; totaling R$940.06).
However, my credit card was only refunded R$99.21 and R$37.05. I waited for the following statement, but nothing. I then wrote an email complaint — they apologized, said they would process the refund, and closed my ticket. Yet today, when checking my statement, I saw they deposited R$37.05, R$51.71, and R$99.23.
The total amount they refunded in this scattered and confusing way does not even add up to one-third of what they owe me. It’s outrageous to have to keep checking my credit card statement to see if they really refunded the amounts they confirmed by email. Customers, beware: this company acts in bad faith, refunding small amounts well below what they owe! Most people don’t check their statements closely… Even after my complaint, they still have not refunded the full value of my returned items. Very disappointing — let this serve as a warning to other customers.

Issue Resolved Smoothly – 5 Stars!
I had a small hiccup with my Farm Rio order — due to a system glitch, my package was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. As soon as I noticed, I reached out to both Farm Rio and UPS to try to fix it. The Farm Rio team was absolutely amazing: they quickly contacted UPS on my behalf, corrected the address, and I received my order with only a one-day delay.
They also reassured me that if the package had gone missing, they were ready to issue a refund, which gave me real peace of mind. Everything worked out perfectly in the end, and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. Fantastic team and experience — 5 stars!

Items yet to ship 10 day as after order
I ordered two dresses over a week ago that I wanted for vacation, it said 5-7 days for shipping so I expected them to arrive before I left. Unfortunately they still have not shipped and customer support is non responsive. Awful service. I will contact my bank tomorrow to stop the payment and never purchase from this company again.

Possibly a scam or the company is in financial trouble. I ordered USD 1k in clothing. Didn’t arrive (which they acknowledged), I asked them to resend which they didn’t and finally I asked for a refund. They stopped answering emails and now I’m still waiting for the refund.

Need Immediate Help: Return or Exchange
I have been trying for a week to reach customer service. They replied to me once, but since then—nothing! I really need to speak with someone, and it’s so frustrating that it’s taking this long.
I have an issue with a dress I bought for the summer and can’t wear. Since I’m not in my hometown, I need to know if I can return it in Saint-Tropez or if they can send me a return label here.
Unfortunately, I haven’t received any answer. I’m truly disappointed because I really love their dresses!

Exceptional Service!
I needed to exchange and ultimately get a refund for a purchase and Farm Rio was awesome thru the whole thing. They were very responsive and didn’t hassle me one bit. This seems like the exception these days. I appreciated being treated well.

I purchased 8 garments during the Extra30 sale and before I had even received the merchandise, most of the items were reduced even further. Farm Rio honored my request to refund the difference in this circumstance and I feel this was a very honorable response to my request. I will continue to be loyal to the Farm Rio brand for this reason.

I find them lacking
I ordered a dress for an event of which I am traveling to in a week. The zipper of the dress was sewn about 3/4 of the way down so I could not easily get into it. I started an exchange online several days ago. I chose the option where I can pay for the new dress up front - which I did. I never received confirmation nor a shipping number. I reached out to customer service by chat because they do not have a number. The reply was that they will get back to me in two to five business days. That is quite lacking seeing as their price point is not what I would consider low. Now I see the dress is available at Anthropologie but I don't think I have enough time to navigate that either. That being said, it was a beautiful dress, not sure about QC b/c of the zipper. Not likely to purchase there again. Many better options in similar price point.

I experienced incredibly poor service
I experienced incredibly poor service. I ordered an item on July 21, and it is now August 6, yet I still have not received it.
Firstly, my order was shipped a full seven days after I placed it and used what seems to be the slowest delivery service available. The package has passed through 7 different cities.
Despite paying for shipping, which was 15USD, they claimed it was express delivery. Many other websites with free shipping offer much better shipping services.
I needed this item for a special occasion and even postponed my vacation departure to accommodate its expected delivery, which was set for August 6. Now, at 10 PM on the deadline, I still have not received it, and I can no longer delay my plans.
Thank you, FarmRio. You suck.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - HUGE SCAM DO NOT BUY
I ordered some dresses in the sale which did not fit so sent them back over a month ago and have seen they were delivered. I've emailed multiple times and heard nothing back - the customer service is appalling. Do not buy from this brand it is not worth the hassle.
I am still waiting for my refund of £360 and have had zero comms - absolute scam of a company.
