"Inventory discrepancy"
Although I love Farm Rio, I have to say that in almost every sale they have "inventory discrepancies". I placed an order last August 8th and it wasn't until yesterday, Sept. 2nd, after to follow up emails I sent, that I was answered with a "we are sorry, we had inventory discrepancy and are unable to fullfill your order". So I was left with no items and no sale prices to enjoy.

I bought a dress and within a few days it had gone down in price and they adjusted it for me with the most beautiful email accompanied with the adjustment.. also the second one is for the boutique in Venice, California superb customer service you walk in and everyone approaches you with a smile and are ready to help you. Non-existent UK customer service
I'm in the UK. I bought an item online from the FR website, but needed to exchange it for a smaller size, which was still showing as in stock on their website (and still is as at today's date). I duly followed the procedure as detailed on their website. The only option available is UPS tracked, which delivers it to a warehouse in Swindon. The return delivery was confirmed to me by text message from UPS. Three weeks later, I still hadn't had confirmation from FR that they had received the item, or that they would be sending the requested replacement to me. I forwarded a copy of the tracked return delivery to FR by email, asking for an update. Their only response to date has been an email stating that they'll be happy to help (during EST working hours) and to ask me for the UPS tracking number - yes, the same number that I'd already provided to them. I received no acknowledgement to that email and a week later, I'm still no nearer to finding out when or if I'll be getting what I've asked for.

I placed an order that was marked as delivered, but it never arrived. I had to contact customer service twice before getting a response, and when they finally replied, they asked if I wanted a refund or for the items to be resent. I clearly requested the items to be resent, but instead I was issued a refund without explanation. Very disappointing experience and the worst customer service I’ve dealt with.

Outstanding Customer Service
This is my first time to order from Farm Rio online. I received my order and I instantly fell in love with my purchase. Unfortunately the size was a little bit off. I contacted the company right away and after few days they responded. They sent me an instructions on how to send it back without charging me for the exchange. I dropped my return as soon as I can at UPS. After few hours they sent email saying that they already preparing the dress as an exchange.
I am truly delighted with your customer service.

I had an issue with a final sale item. Customer service was very helpful and understaning of the situation and helped me make a return since the item was no longer available in other sizes for exchange. This make me feel more confident for future online pruchases with Farm Rio.

I have tried to return 3 items…
I have tried to return 3 items internationally to no avail. Sent several emails but not one has been responded to by their customer service email: hello at farmrio.com. There is no customer service internationally so be wary when ordering. This was my first Farmrio order and the sizing on all items was one size too big, including shoes that are of standard sizes. Recommend you Don’t buy anything on sale as there are no returns and the sizing varies from item to item. You need to try everything in store, not designed to buy online.

I purchased an item which I loved but color did not suit me
I purchased an item which I loved, but when I received it - the color was a bit different than what I expected. I contacted Farm Rio Customer Service and they got right back to me and offered a free return and credit to use for another item. The customer service is outstanding!

Do not buy from this company unless you…
Do not buy from this company unless you are absolutely sure you pane to keep the item. They have no customer service number only email communication, you are not provided with any return forms in your package. I started the online return process on August 13th, and still no response on how to return my items. I need to return 2 of 3 items, and they are expensive by my standards, so I guess I will have to see if my credit card company can help, what a nightmare.

They have beautiful clothes and I had some down experience with delivery but they listen and fixed it and did what it was best and they are really fair with price especially when there is any offer they adjust the price when it’s right to do it.

Beautiful business and garments
The three garments I have gotten from this site have been absolutely gorgeous and unique pieces. I found out about farm rio after my twin sister wore one of their beautiful gowns to a wedding, and I was jealous!! Return process not clear and no response from customer services
I ordered two items and received within the expected time.all good so far and I do love Farm Rio products. However , I need to return one item. I went through the returns process online and the only option was to drop off at a UPS site. Not a problem but the only UPS locations it provides are in the USA. I am in London. I’ve already logged a request in both the online chat and via the contact us option but have had no response. I appreciate customer services may be busy but this strikes me as a relatively simple question to answer. How and where can I drop off a return in London?! It has put me off from ordering from them again.
