I love Farm Rio
I love Farm Rio. They have such amazing, whimsical, high quality, timeless, unique designs.
Their customer service is excellent. I’m so happy I came across this brand a few years back. I treasure my Farm Rio pieces.
I needed to contact customer service for something and they could not have been more helpful or lovely. They exceeded my expectations and helped me in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this brand and I used to be a fashion editor and fashion stylist in Manhattan.
The quality of their clothing is on par with brands 3-4 times the price.
Unlike most clothing these days Farm Rio are lifetime long pieces that stay looking new like clothing used to decades ago.

Beautiful but need more sizing options
Quality and fabrication are beautiful for so much of the brand, but it's unreasonable that they don't make at least an XXL size for all items. To not have XXL (effectively US size 16/18) leaves out the majority of the US market.

Beautiful Clothes from a Company that Cared
Ordering is easy. When sizing issues occur I’ve been able to return for credit or exchange. My only suggestion would be to have longer shirt length for a bit of modesty and sizing for 16 US.

Excellent Customer Service
I love Farm Rio and frequently order through their website, through other retailers (like Nordstrom), and have even shopped at their beautiful Paris, France store in the Marais. I recently placed several orders during one of their fabulous sales and realized that the dress that I had purchased for my granddaughter was not in the shipping envelope, although it was designated as such. I quickly sent an email to the Customer Service at Farm Rio and I received a prompt reply explaining that the dress had sold out and I was issued a full refund. Of course, I was a little disappointed in not receiving the dress but was impressed with the quick reply. They very kindly included a coupon code for a discount on a future purchase. When a company treats their customers well, as I was here (and this was a sale dress), customers will not only return but also spread the word that any problem with their purchase will be dealt with in a timely manner. Also, I just love the Farm Rio aesthetic!

I had an issue with a dress. The side seam was not sewn close. I really loved the dress and I purchased it as a final sale. Customer service was AMAZING. The issue was resolved immediately.

I frequently shop Farm Rio, and they never disappoint with their incredible clothing, and their customer service . Their clothing brands is a great way to stand out at any event. I recently purchased a dress that I thought came with a wrap, however the dress I received was the final design and didn’t come with the wrap. I reached out to Farm and they offered to let me return it and receive a full refund and a gift certificate for my next purchase. I decided to keep the dress and they still gave me a gift certificate for my inconvenience. This is why I’m a repeat customer and I’ll continue to shop Farm Rio.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I love the dress I ordered in Medium- but they sent a Small. I emailed them asking how to exchange quickly for the correct item because I needed it for an event the following week. They couldn't exchange because they were out of Medium. I asked them to double check since I ordered a Medium and maybe they grabbed the wrong one and their inventory is off. I also asked if I could just exchange it for a Medium in the other color. They were not willing to make any accommodations to fix their own mistake. They said all I could do is return for a refund.

Customer service issue
I bought several items from them and tried exchanging a dress for a bigger size. When I tried exchanging through thier link for returns/exchanges, the item was out of stock. However, if I go directly to the website, the item i need is in stock. When I asked customer service "Luann" about it I was told that the website was not reliable.

Love Farm Rio!
I’ve placed several orders with Farm Rio and have been consistently impressed. Shipping is reliable. I typically order on weekends and receive my items by Wednesday or Thursday (3-4 days total).
I recently had a small hiccup with a return where I could only exchange a dress instead of returning it. When I emailed customer service ( on Labor Day), they responded within 1-2 days with a genuinely friendly, personalized message saying they’d fixed the issue on their end. The return process was smooth after that - dropped it off at UPS on Tuesday, delivered Friday, and got my refund immediately.
The quality of their pieces is exceptional, and their customer service really stands out. Highly recommend!

Tried to find a return address to self send! Was not able to do that. You are only able to use ups and I am
