I recently bought a blouse and now I know why it was a final sale. It’s not constructed properly. I will need a tailor to see if they can make it wearable. I have bought many things from them so angry I can’t return an item that was made very poorly. Not happy they won’t stand behind their product.

I purchased an item on 7/4/25 and have yet to receive it (7/21/25). Farm Rio does not have a phone number for customer service and all replies back to their customer service email are generic AI. Frustrating!

I will continue to leave bad reviews till my issue is resolved. The company replied to my review and said the courier for Canada was on strike, that is A LIE as i have a friend who also placed an order the same day as me, who lives in my city, and promptly received her order just a few days later. As a Canadian I would know if there are any courriers on strike, but there aren’t any! Also, the label has been created with fedex for 2 weeks now. Stop lying to customers and send them their orders, OR AT LEAST CANCEL THEM AND RETURN PEOPLE THEIR MONEY!!!

I ordered a dress from Farm Rio’s website. Shipping was a little slow, but that wasn’t the problem. My dress arrived thrown inside of UPS bag without any protection. The entire bag looks like it had been soaking in some kind of oil that soaked through the bag and destroyed the dress. I reached out immediately and 4 days later, Farm Rio sent back a very “automated” reply asking if I wanted to exchange or return it. I sent an immediate response of requesting a new dress be sent out due to the received item being completely covered in oil, discolored, and destroyed. I included photos and video. It has now been another 3 days and I haven’t heard anything. Their customer support is completely poor. I will never purchase directly from them again. This issue should have been made right immediately, but instead some “bot” reply just leaves me hanging. Meanwhile, I’m out of $380 and have a ruined dress to show for it. Do not order from their website and only order from major retailers or purchase in store. Very frustrated and disappointed. Rip off.

Terrible customer service..
Placed an order and didn’t take my gift card credit at that I entered and it has taken full amount from my debit card. Email the customer service straight away didn’t even take 2 min after placing the order and email them 3 times on the same day and called kings rd London branch for advice as bot service online was useless. It’s been 4 days haven’t received any emails. Absolutely terrible paying so much for a brand has 0 customer care support is absolutely terrible.

They were so helpful. They answered my email with 24 hrs and they were able to sort it out. Will for sure order from them again

Thank you to the customer service team for quickly resolving a sizing issue for me. The fabric, color and details on my dress were incredibly beautiful.

I adore this brand! Ordering online is always seamless and my orders are beautifully packaged. This particular order was needed to be returned and customer services were fantastic. Really easy process and had my replacement in a few days! Love, love, love xx

The clothes are great quality, lovely fabrics and attention to detail. Non-London folk will probably buy from the web which comes with its own problems. I found the sizing on the small side so returned. FR use UPS which is difficult in some areas of the UK, an Access Point is needed if you have no printer meaning a journey of around 10miles and 45mins in the shop sorting out email transfer & printing. Refund was processed promptly (5th day after returning). I’ve based the review on the clothing, but please reconsider your returns methods.

Customer service is very poor, especially for a supposed high quality company. Returned a dress which was delivered ripped, 15 days ago and reached out for updates but only got an email saying they could not give me an eta. I understand delays, but not providing customers with any updates is really poor service, it’s a lot of money to hold without communication. I would very much like my money back from them or at least an update as to why I haven’t got it yet.

I received my item it was too small, I sent it back for an exchange over 10 days ago. The company has reached out to me stating there will be an update today.

My order was cancelled after a few days without explanation. I did not receive a reply from Customer Service on my request for clarification.

I placed the exact same order again, which was - again - cancelled. This time I received an automated email explaining my order was cancelled due to an inventory discrepancy.

I am surprised to see similar reviews on cancellations due to 'inventory discrepancies', dated from months to even a year ago. Being aware of this issue for such a long time, I don't understand why Farm Rio hasn't solved it yet.

At the time of writing this review, the item I ordered is available again in the webshop. I do not dare to order it a third time...

Customer service is great. They price adjusted a dress I needed to reorder.

10/10 experience with customer service. I felt that they went above and beyond. This was my first time ordering directly from farm rio, but I will be back for sure.

The customer service I received was prompt, friendly, and resolute. There was an issue with fit and quality of fit on a final sale item and the company met my need for a return without compromise or giving me an undo run around which I truly appreciated. The service was exemplary.

I purchased items during the July 4th Sale along with many, many other people. I was dismayed to learn my new clothing would not arrive on time for my planned vacation nearly two weeks (leaving July 19th) after the sale due to overwhelming sales volume. I contacted customer service. They replied in 2 days. I also got shipment confirmation that my items would be arriving in time for me to pack for my vacation. So, I am one happy Farm Rio shopper! Thanks for attentive customer service and your efforts to ship items in a timely manner despite the popularity of the sale.
