Farm Rio was such a smooth and positive experience. I purchased a gorgeous dress for my daughter and it was already on sale but had a deeper discount three days later. I replied to the email receipt and asked for a price adjustment and they did it, no questions asked. This is a one time courtesy that Farm Rio does for their consumers. As long as you request the price adjustment within seven days it is honored. It’s so rare nowadays that people have a good experience purchasing anything really. This company is very generous and has their heart in the right place. I really appreciate the way they market their designer fashion and make it accessible to people across the world. I recently had an issue with my package arriving opened and empty, which made me quite nervous. But Amanda from FARM Rio’s customer service was absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, and incredibly fast in helping me resolve everything. She explained the process clearly, processed my refund immediately, and made me feel fully supported. Even though my situation wasn’t ideal, the way FARM Rio handled it showed how much they care about their customers. Thank you, Amanda, for turning a stressful moment into a positive experience!
