Got a defective item and they helped me with it, even when the item was worn
I bought a swimsuit that changed the colour after wearing it only once and washing it by hand. I contacted them and explained the situation and, even though the item was worn - and it was bought a few months ago-, they helped me out quickly and fixed the problem :)

Lovely products and excellent customer service
Bought 3 dresses in my size. Two were absolutely fine in fit. One a little small but just around armholes but next size up too big sadly. Returns and refunds very quick. Retroactively applied my discount code too. Fabric and finish high quality. Will be looking again at this brand!

Their clothing is beautiful, beautifully designed and made, with so much attention to detail! Fabrics are top notch!
I recently bought four dresses on sale and love all of them, cannot wait to wear them. The quality is unsurpassed from anything else I’ve purchased in the past 10 to 20 years. The regular price point is out of my budget, but when on sale, an Incredible deal. I know I will wear these dresses over and over again.
Returns or exchanges are very easy in the United States and Customer Service is outstanding.

Sizing is very inconsistent
Sizing is very inconsistent. I bought two dresses, final sale, both large. One fit perfectly, though the fabric is very wrinkle prone. The other is also a size large, has a zipper, and absolutely doesn’t fit. I’m not sure how this company is selling two dresses, both size large but in truth, very different sizes. I understand that I can only exchange these, but they don’t even have a size up in the one that doesn’t fit. And I think such a return policy is a little too draconian. Especially given the high price point of the items.
Update- the company has reached out to me to rectify the situation. This is really important. Customer service is everything, so I really appreciate them reaching out and I’m updating my review, pending resolution. Thank you.

Terrible experience
I purchased 3 dresses on Boxing Day. I received one of the three dresses and it was very large- the website advertised that it fit small and to go a size up. The website also said that sale items could only be exchanged for another size. When I requested a smaller size I was informed that international orders for sale items could not be exchanged for any reason. This is misleading. The other two items arrived today and they were not what I ordered- two skimpy jumpsuits and not the cute dresses I ordered. I certainly am surprised and disappointed with my experience so far.

Beautiful style, even better service
I found Farm Rio in 2025 and I just love everything about this brand. My clothes are shipped quickly, the quality is fantastic, and I love the artistry in the designs. I’ve only needed to contact customer service once and I was surprised by the fast response and kindness. They’re just so polite and easy to work with. Cannot rave about this brand enough!

Terrible customer services
Bought a lovely romper for the wife.
She loves it but finds it too short, it's going back.
First thing, for a refund these guys want £5. Not disclosed at the time of purchase, so I am not impressed.
Anyway, got a prepaid label, packaged the item and drove to my local UPS point. The will not accept the parcel until after the new year.
Look for a UPS access point in the UPS web site. They point you to the wrong location, so go round for 20 minutes. Finally find it, it's broken.
Call UPS, although the label is prepaid, they don't do collections unless I speak with FarmRio or give them another £4, in spite of the fact that collections are free for prepaid labels, which mine is.
FarmRio does not have a phone number, they respond in two days, and in their terms and conditions it clearly states that they do not do collections.
So I have wasted an hour of my life because UPS services are terrible, I will have to waste another hour to drive to the next town, hoping that the machine there works, I am giving money to FarmRio for the return, yet they will not make it easy for me to actually make the return.
And, it will take at least seven working days from when they receive the item.
My advice, stay away.
UPS - you will shortly be getting a one star review as well.

Terrible experience – wrong items sent twice and no refund
I am extremely disappointed with Farm Rio’s customer service and overall handling of my order.
They sent me the wrong items not once, but twice. Each time, I had to spend my own time and money returning the items due to their mistake. After the second error, I was told by their team to contact them so they could issue my refund.
I did exactly that — and now it’s been 6 days with absolutely no reply. No refund, no update, no accountability.
This situation is beyond frustrating. I have wasted time, money, and energy correcting Farm Rio’s errors, and now I’m being ignored. At this point, I just want my money back as soon as possible.
This level of service is unacceptable for a brand of this size. I expect Farm Rio to take responsibility and resolve this immediately

I purchase items from Farm Rio frequently and I do enjoy the enormous savings on Cyber Monday. Clothing is unique, classic and timeless! I always receive several compliments!
Customer service is prompt! I recently had a delivery courier state that my item was “delivered” however, it was not. I contacted Farm Rio and in 3 business days I received my purchase! ☺️This is a reputable company that takes pride in manufacturing sustainable, eco friendly items. I’m proud to always “dress In happiness”!

To update my prior review: customer service has reached to me and remedied my situation, which is highly appreciated, as the brand definitely has unique/cool designs and quality; linen floral applique dresses I have get compliments from everyone!
I love the brand and designs, but customer service is the worst, and at the end of the day, it matters most. I bought 4 dresses is size M on sale, and on 2 out of 4 dresses the sizing was off -smaller than others (and I also have other dresses bought from Farm Rio site before at regular price, all M). Reached to customer service to explain above requesting exchange and all three customer service reps gave me standard copied answer about Final sale returns and only exchanges for a different size in the same item, which makes little sense. I was willing to exchange for regular price items, paying way more money, but it felt like customer service didn't even read my explanation. Very sad and those buying from them, beware of the sizing inconsistency, also highlighted in other reviews.

Racist employee
I just had a bad, uncomfortable experience at the Farm Rio SoHo store in New York the first employee that help me was really nice she asked me if I need help returning or exchanging a dress I told her I just want to exchange for a size small, but she only had one last medium size on the rack so she went to check in the back for the small sizes while I hold on to the medium size dress just in case.While waiting on her another employee ask me if I need help I explained the situation to her but she proceeded to take the dress from me and put back on the rack. I was so confused. Why she did that? She was racist towards me. I was so in shock I walk out the store and I didn’t say nothing to her. I did exchanged the dress for the medium which was the last one in the store ,but this one employee ruin my whole experience. I will never go back. We should not spend money in a store that doesn’t welcome you.

Update: Pulled a Fast One on Sizing
I purchased a size small dress on a no return exchange for different size only sale. When I got the dress, it was nothing like a normal size small, more like an xxs! I ordered the small based on prior purchases with this company. In addition, the dress was sent very wrinkled and packaged just in a box, without even any plastic or protective wrapping. As the larger sizes are sold out, they refuse to take any responsibility for the misleading sizing and will not do a refund, store credit, or color change in larger size. As I'm reading other reviews, I'm
not being treated with any similar "valued customer" policy as some have encountered. I'm out a considerable amount of money due to a sizing defect that they surely must know about. I would not recommend this company.
Update: After telling me nothing could be done for me twice, it was this review in Trust Pilot that prompted a response from Gabriel. They did allow a return and full credit for my purchase, saying they were aware of the sizing issues. I wish it wasn't so hard a struggle to get the refund, which should have been much easier. The email only communication is very frustrating but they do respond pretty quickly. However, I'm
happy to say that in the end Farm Rio was reasonable. This has made me open to purchasing with them again. Very cute and unique clothing. Thank you to Trust Pilot and to Farm Rio for reading and acting upon these reviews for frustrated customers.
