Always So Good Dealing With Fair Deal Music
I am a professional musicians and content creator so buying and selling gear is pretty much an everyday thing for me and I have to say, dealing with Fair Deal Music has always been so smooth, friendly and easy. I really appreciate that!
I recently bought a pre-owned Ibanez JS2450MCP from them. I had some Qs - a quick phone call, quick replies, a deal was made and the guitar arrived 48 hours later wrapped perfectly.
I really appreciate it and look forward to future dealings with the store.

Guitar should have been checked
Fender Jim Adkins JA-90 guitar was delivered next day as promised. However, it looks like this guitar had been in the warehouse for a long time (it's serial number is 2023) . The protective plastic covering the pickups was extremely hard to remove and left an adhesive coating on the pickups. I removed it (it took a while) using isopropyl alcohol but I really shouldn't need to do this on a new guitar. The guitar should have been checked before being sent.

Besvarelse fra Fair Deal Music
Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your experience.
We're pleased to hear that your Fender Jim Adkins JA-90 arrived the next day as promised, but we're sorry to learn about the issue you encountered with the protective film on the pickups.
While the guitar was sold as a new instrument, it appears that the protective covering had adhered more strongly than expected during storage. We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you were expecting the guitar to be ready to enjoy straight out of the box. Although we're glad you were able to remove the residue, we agree that this should not have required additional effort on your part.
We take pride in our quality control procedures and will be reviewing this internally with our team to help ensure similar issues are identified and resolved before dispatch in the future.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and for your valued custom. We hope you're otherwise enjoying the guitar, and if there is anything further we can assist with, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
Kind regards,
The Fair Deal Music Team

Great experience.
It said next day delivery, and it was next day delivery. The Guitar was very well packaged, and no damage from transit.
The neck on my new Guitar took a few days to acclimatise, during which time I did have some concerns, but the customer support from Tariq and Tom was first class.
I'm very happy with my purchase, the price, and the fast delivery.
I will definitely buy from Fair Deal Music again.
