Somewhat disappointed
First time was ok. Then I tried to London and the description allowed using a credit card: did not work. Downloaded the app to use the QR code without succes as there was no screen on the loading machine. Third time two cars were on the place, not lading. Last time things went perfect.

The new chargers at Lidl are the bees knees and not overpriced. There now just needs to be more like them on the West of Ireland.

frustating experience
Didn't have sufficient credit to recharge- machine does not say that, just reports an error. When I did try to login to the app to top up credit, I had forgotten my password. There was a prompt to send a new temporary password to my email address, but that did not work. Very frustrating. Really trying to use any chargers other than ionity and ESB is an exercise in frustration

Would not allow me to order fob on app
Would not allow me to order fob on app, kept saying my address was incorrect. Contacted customer support, very helpful. Fob arrived promptly. Used it to connect at charging station, very easy no issues, not as expensive as other providers. Would definitely use again should I need to charge my car publicly.
