It’s generally good the app is good the rfid card doesn’t work the chargers work most of the time they will sometimes not connect to the car then you have to faff about or change charger and it’s a 22kwh charger but you only get 11 kWh what’s that about

I had difficulty with a charger at the Talbot Hotel in Cork. I contacted the Ezo helpline and spoke to Kenny
He was very helpful and got me sorted very quickly.

Great service helped me with app also with charging

excellent customer support when needed not the usual voice activation rubbish consumers detest.

The charger used was located beside the Lidl in Milford Co Donegal.
Had to wait for about 20 mins as both cables were in use.
When connected was charging at around 23KW while the other cable was in use, went up to 72KW when the other car disconnected. This is always an issue with the charger rating, it's listed as 75KW but that is the max output for the unit and is shared if two cars are connected at the same time.
However reasonable enough charge, as I was not in a hurry.
One issue was that the charger was off line for the previous 4 days, which is a problem is this is the only high speed charger in this area. Acess to a high speed charged was a consideration for me when booking to holiday in this area. Not sure why it was offline but thankfully it came back in time for my departure from the area.

Easy to use app and full details given instantly. Plugin instructions easy to follow. Once I called customer service & found them pleasant & efficient.

I was charged €8 for overstay . There should be grace period of 5-10 mins to allow customers transit to third cars .
Really disappointed with this service .

If I could give less I would. Terrible company. Try calling their helpline and it rings for 10seconds then hangs up. My bank has locked £250 for 3 weeks now because I tried 5 times to get their charger working and it wouldn’t. It’s ridiculous how atrocious it is using EV networks across the uk. Also, when you call the uk helpline you think you’ve called the Ireland number as it tells you they’re the biggest in Eire 🤷‍♂️

Fast chargers available in alot of small towns, easy to use. Probably a bit expensive.

I have a home charger, but when on long journeys, I prefer to use Ezo chargers. The app and the chargers are relatively easy to use. The map on the app gives all chargers, not just Ezo, which is a help when planning a long trip. I have a competitors app, but it is not as easy to use and only gives it's own chargers on map.

The system would not start charging, I had to call the help number, she was very good.

Good chargers & lots of them.
However, instruction on some chargers to scan the QR code BUT there is no QR code displayed.
The symbol on the card box gives the impression that one can use their visa card to access power but not so.
